I had an issue when I visited the store today and asked to speak with someone in charge. Charles stepped forward and let me know he was the right person to assist. He resolved my issue within five minutes and showed genuine empathy for me as a customer. I truly commend him for his actions—especially since he didn’t know I was buying food for my mom, who had just been in the hospital the day before. Thank you, Charles, for making the experience stress-free, for handling the situation with care, and for helping bring a smile to my mother. You’re awesome! This place has come a long way in the last few months, everything has improved greatly specially the service area, Sandy the manager has brought a breath of fresh air and positive energy to the place and it shows everywhere from the service attitude to the clean bathrooms that smell fresh! Look, the food is just OK, but you knew that because it's TGI Fridays. The servers / hostesses were very friendly and accommodating. They show up at regular intervals to see if you need anything. That may have been an easy task on this particular Saturday night because there was hardly anyone in the place.

We waited about 2 minutes to be seated, but our hostess was friendly. She seated us, where Brittany served us. Brittany was also friendly and checked on us often. The food came out within 15 minutes, which was great. I ordered the cajun chicken pasta, which was good. The only drawback was that I couldn't get the garlic breadstick that comes with it, because it is fried in the same oil as the shellfish, which I'm allergic to. They had a special on original margaritas for $7 and it was delicious. One of the best margaritas I've had in a while. The bartender even added a bit more simple syrup in my friend's margarita and rimmed it with sugar, since she preferred hers more on the sweet side. Their dessert options are lacking since they all have some form of chocolate or caramel in it. I would love to see more than three options, and options that had fruit or something else (eg. strawberry cheesecake, key lime pie etc.) The place wasn't crowded for a Saturday evening, which was perfect for me. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go back.

Great spot to get some food if you have a late flight into Fort Lauderdale and nothing else is opened. Only 2.7 miles from the airport in a very nice area with tons of retail and restaurants. It’s open till 1 AM and our server was wonderful. Very quick and super friendly food was good and plentiful.

Atmosphere inside was calm nit too busy at 6:20 pm. Our server Pierre was excellent. Food came out in a timely fashion. I had fish and chips which was hot. I was not a fan of the breading on fish which had a sweet flavor. My friend had ribs which seemed a big old. My other friend had the Cobb salad .she said it was crisp and fresh. I was advised to order burgers or salad on my next visit those items are usually excellent choices.

This place is indeed a 3 starts place. Like the reviews demonstrate. Food is ok , no good no bad, not worth the price , very 3 starts food. Server took a good 20 for each interaction with us. Act like didn’t care for much, wasn’t rude, wasn’t nice. Ambiance same. This visit was so vanilla and bored and not worth the price. I won’t come back not because of anything particularly bad, but is just not worth it. I won’t recommend it either

I was visiting Ft Lauderdale and had went out for a bit. We were hungry and spotted TGI across the parking lot. We pulled up to the spot and there weren't many cars in the lot. Walked in the door and the place looked empty. There was maybe 5 dudes at the bar. We were seated and server finally appeared. Scoping out the place it seems there was a bartender and one sever taking care of three active tables. We gave our order with no problems. We both ordered a slab of ribs. I have to say this is the smallest rack of ribs I've ever seen. The ribs were very tasty looking however. I also added salad and broccoli to mine. The food was actually good although it was lukewarm. Not hot. I didn't bother to complain because there see er had her hands full. I hope that someone called out on this day and it management intentionally schedule just one person. It worked out but I would hate to be there when there is a rush.

Next issue was with my wings my food order I ordered wings they me all drums the problem was I didn’t ask for that but I did speak with the manager and she did try to fix the problem by giving 8 flats but I didn’t complain to much I had a movie and the wings weren’t nasty.

Long wait to be seated. Short staffed. Food took long to come out and once it did it was not worth the wait. I sent my meal back and my husband was not happy with his entree, but decided to just eat some of it and discard the rest We watched several families walk out do to long wait. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

We came to TGIF for a quick bite before a movie. Front host was on his phone and a bit rude when we asked for a booth instead of table. They didn't have any strawberry lemonade. Waiter Matthew said it's been that way for a few days something with the general manager and ordering. Matthew was very good and efficient. Wings came out and (usually I order all flats since I don't care for the big drums) ALL Drums. We were pressed for time so we just ate them but we let Matthew know and he came back and said the manager said it's nothing she could do. He asked if we wanted to speak with her and we did. She came out and was very nice and said she had the cook making us some more with flats for no charge. Not sure why this couldn't be relayed first but she redeemed herself once she came to the table. I guess they thought "it's nothing I can do about it" would make us just say ok. I recommend front hostess that does seating be more friendly and attentive. Also for manager to show her face if customer has a problem instead of relaying the message with the waiter.

When I walked in on November 22nd I was seated by Destiny my and everyone else server. The only server on the floor. We almost waited 1 hour for our food. Destiny waited on all the tables besides the bar where there was 2 servers that would not come help her. 2 ladies walked out because it took to long to take there order. Destiny did the best she could but my food was not good my bun on my burger was hard. So I ate my meat only. My man 3 pick wasn't good his ribs didn't taste like nothing. First Time. Impressions? This location looks old and antiquated. Hostess appear to be disinterested. There were signs throughout the restaurant ; indicating that if you sign up for the rewards program; you get a free appetizer. OK. That piqued my curiosity, That was until I realized you only get one choice, but I thought okay, chips and salsa should be okay. To bad for me and my guest. They were stale dried out chips with flavorless salsa. They would have been better to buy a jar of salsa from Publix because this salsa was flavorless. My guest and I both ordered the whiskey glazed Burger with seasoned french fries. The burger was great, the fries were just regular french fries, with no seasoning. I don't see any reason to go back. Disinterested staff, below average food, and overpriced for the quality food you get. I've already deleted their Rewards app.

Beware of the worst, most inattentive, most inept, most unbelievably horrible service you will EVER get. Food was lukewarm at best and half of our order was incorrect. Took over 30 minutes to get appetizers and even after putting in entrée orders before we got the appetizers, it still took over 30 minutes to receive those after the appetizers at the table. My son’s drink was empty for the entirety of the meal And when he was finally asked at the end if he’d like a refill and just asked for a water, that water never came. Said something to the manager he apologized and went to the kitchen to check on our food and then never came to check on us, never asked how anything was. To say the server was slow would be a severe understatement. Stood in the server station on his phone until I turned around and asked him how much longer we would be waiting for our appetizers because it had already been 30 minutes. He also kept trying to bring us food and drinks that were not ours because he couldn’t keep track of anything. To top it all off, when you’re paying on their little handheld device, the smallest tip percentage they give is 18% and there was no option for a custom tip, cash tip or no tip. It’s like they know that people aren’t going to tip well or tip at all so they force them to. Random guy walking around offering to make balloon animals for the kids and then making a super weird comment about tipping him and then walking away and then hovering around throughout the entire entirety of the meal. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation.

This place needs new management, dirty table, food leftovers on the floor. I order an steak medium-well it was dry, my broccoli was brown (old or overcooked) mashed potatoes not creamy.... maybe I had high expectations!

Waited 30 min to pick up an online order of chicken wings. Had I not already paid for my food I would've left. There was no hostess to seat waiting customers, most of whom eventually sat themselves.They then had to flag down a server to attend to them. Even customers at the bar were waiting to be attended to...some of which left without being served after a reasonable amount of time. The place wasnt busy at all. Overall terrible service and food tasted mediocre, my chicken wings being cold. I would not be coming back here and would advise others to do the same.

The young lady at the bar was very rude. If I didn't make contact with her she would not have served me and my girlfriend on top of that a couple walked in behind us and she got straight to them wiped there spot down and all and didn't clean our spot when she came over. The server was nice but the food came out terrible. We waited 30 minutes for chicken. Came out super dry. On top of that I asked for Buffalo sauce and they gave me hot sauce twice which was ridiculous and then they finally admitted it's hot sauce. Then I attached pictures of how much dirt n dust is around the place. You can tell these people do not clean the dining area at all considering the amount of heavy dust on top of all the wood around you and the lighting. Super dirty! Management and owners should be ashamed of this place because this dirt is literally falling into food. 🤮 never again at this location

We got sat down in 3 mins but she sat us away from everyone we sat down for 10 mins and server didn’t come to us at all. I went to wash my hands with my kids and I sat down again still the server didn’t come. I went to the kitchen to ask for a server because the people who there after us got served before us. This place has went so far down hill. Im suprised its even still open. Everything that use to be on the menu that was good is no longer on the menu. Service sucks and so does the food.

The worst! Where do I start, had to wait 20 minutes to be seated because there wasn’t anyone up front, then sat down another 12 mins without seeing anyone, then order drinks got that in another 45 mins. One of the Worst Experiences Ever – Manager Ashley at TGI Fridays, Hollywood If I could give zero stars, I would. My visit to this TGI Fridays in Hollywood was absolutely awful, and the main reason was the so-called “manager,” Ashley. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of making customers feel welcome, she acted like we were a burden just for being there. When I politely asked about an issue with my order, Ashley was condescending, rolled her eyes, and spoke to me in the most disrespectful tone I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. A manager should set the example for good service, but instead, she showed none of the basic qualities of hospitality—no patience, no courtesy, and certainly no respect for the customer. Food took forever, drinks were watered down, and when I finally asked for the bill, Ashley shoved it at me without even saying thank you. I’ve dined at TGI Fridays locations all over the country, and this was by far the most unprofessional and disappointing experience. Ashley should not be in a customer-facing role, let alone running a team. If corporate cares about their reputation, they need to seriously reconsider who they put in charge at this location. I will NEVER come back to this TGI Fridays in Hollywood again.

Dear TGI Fridays Management, I’ve been a loyal customer of TGI Fridays for over 10 years and have visited many of your locations across the United States while traveling for work. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this particular location was extremely disappointing. During my visit, a manager or supervisor named Ashley and a server named Lyric both displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward me and my wife. The way we were spoken to and treated was unacceptable, and it left a very negative impression. My wife was so upset by the experience that she no longer wishes to dine at TGI Fridays. It was clear that the staff at this location need better training in customer service and professionalism. The management team should ensure that employees uphold the brand’s usual standard of hospitality and respect. The food quality and overall atmosphere also fell short of what I’ve come to expect from TGI Fridays. I had a very disappointing experience at Fridays. The food was horrible- the rice was undercooked and cold, the fries were cold and soggy, and the steak was not properly cooked and served cold. It took over 30 minutes just to get someone to take my order, and when the food finally arrived, it was already cold and not at all enjoyable. Overall, it took almost an hour to receive my meal, and the quality was far from acceptable. Due to the poor service and food, I will definitely not be returning.

My food wasn't bad but some of the other people I was with did not like it. A friend got the new "Sleigh-cation" drink off of the Christmas menu, it taked like straight pineapple juice. We got there 5 minutes after opening, the only people in there, and it took about 40 minutes for food for 4 people. It took so long my friend took a nap while we were waiting. It took another 10 minutes to get our check when we were still 1 of 4 tables. The place is nicely decorated for Christmas, but I would much rather a good meal for all than a pretty looking place. We will not be coming back.

11/02 “Let’s get something different tonight, I’m tired of us playing it safe” famous last words before we decided to order TGIFridays. My husband and I decided to order TGIFriday as a treat. Unfortunately we were EXTREMELY disappointed. From missing items, to mysterious items to just bad tasting food. My husband got the New! Fridays Feast Pick 2, no AB sauce on the chicken fingers (although we asked for it), no side order of garlic bread we asked for, and no side order of apple butter sauce. The chicken fingers have 0 flavor, but also tasted like it was fried in old oil. The half rack ribs tasted burnt and had no meat on it. If I’m being honest, the ribs (in both his and mine) tasted exactly what old sewage water smells like, I know it’s a gross thing to describe it to but it’s the only thing to best describe it. I ordered the FRIDAYS ™ Big Ribs, Mac and cheese was decent, the ribs like I said were not good, my order was suppose to come with a Coke Zero and I got some mysterious apple juice/Beer looking drink that smelled like nothing so I could not tell what it was (immediately down the drain) clearly not what I ordered. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes and I did not receive it, the 1 item my toddler really wanted, gave him my Mac and cheese and my husbands fries instead. In total including driver tip, we paid $60.89. An it was not worth it. Kinda of disappointed. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young lady who I told what happened and she said she wrote down my name and number and she’d let her manager know to give me a refund , she also said if I don’t see a refund reflect my account to call in 2 days to speak to the manager. It’s really a disappointment because we have had TGIFridays for years and never had an issue till now. Not sure if it was just location that was a miss or if TGIFridays has just lost its quality. 😔

I wish I could give it a-0, stopped on my way from the airport to grab a bite to eat. The place was empty (should of been a sign) they took about 5 minutes to acknowledge us, we sat down and look down and roach is casually strolling, let’s just say we ran out of there so quick. The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in my LIFE! Waiter (justin) was on the phone the entire time. We were never checked on. We ordered coke. Charged for coke. He brought a lemonade (which was water down to absolute hell) He decided he wanted to try to memorize our order,( which he took from us while at a different table talking to other customers), had to come back to ask, and was still incorrect. Got the appetizer, chicken was over cooked. Utensils was dirty. Got our meals, I ordered fish and chips. The EASIEST thing ever. Fries were over cooked, fish was oily and dry ( don't even know how you can have both) tartar sauce was gross. The other two meals were mediocre (one was completely wrong) but not as bad as mine. We couldn't complain because he didn't come back until it was closing time. The plate was VERY hot so I wouldn't be surprised if it was just microwaved. I am NEVER coming back to this location or any other one for that matter. I had to spend $90 for the worse experience in my life. I will be contacting corporate! 😡 Update: to put into perspective how horrible service was, we got there at 11:45pm and left at 1am due to orders taking long and not being check on.

I placed my order online and the pick-up time was 9:45pm. After arriving at the restaurant and not being acknowledged until 10min after my pickup time an associate came and asked how she could assist. I stated I was here to pick up a Togo order for Martel Williams and the associate responded it's not ready it will be 15-20min. I asked to speak with a manager, and the associate came back with 7 online order tickets in her hand laid them out in front of me stating the manager is busy and proceeded to tell me my order has not been started. I was asked if you would like a refund and I stated yes; I would like a refund and to cancel my order. After waiting another 10 min plus I walked back to the kitchen doorway, and this associate stated the manager would issue the refund later as he was busy and was not free to do it at that time. I asked for some type of documentation for this refund for my order, and she said I don't have anything, it will be 7-10 days, and you'll have a refund back on your card. As I was about to leave the associate came back out and said I helped and made your order I gracefully declined the food. I found it VERY odd that my order was not ready nor even started yet suddenly, this entire order was in hand and ready. Very poor customer service at this location VERY.

I dined in at this location on 10/5/23. Although the service and atmosphere were great, I was highly disappointed with the food. For the price being charged you would expect to receive filling portions. The size of the chicken wings were appalling. I don’t think it was appropriate to even serve something to the public. I expressed our concerns to our waiter and her exact words were “Yeah customer’s have been complaining all week for some reason the chicken has been very small.” I was stunned by this response because it’s no way this should be served, let alone charged that amount of money for wings. Overall, I won’t be coming back to this location highly disappointing.

Ordered spinach and artichoke dip. They gave me half bowl of spinach and artichoke with a plate of half done chips and sauce that wasn’t salsa. Charged $15 plus dollars for and when I asked the waiter, who was handling the bar and the entire restaurant, she said yes that’s it. I know why FRIDAYS are going out of business. Music is so loud that you can’t even think. Feels like a lounge rather then a restaurant. The menu is awful also. Happy Hour. Check it out before coming.

Food was overpriced. Honey mustard tasted grainy, chicken tenders came out cold and were stringy. Service took over hour and a half to bring 2 brownies and chicken tenders out. Wasn’t even half capacity. All the decorations were just AI generated images. Wretched

The service and food weren't good. The music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. For a Thursday night, it was like they made it like a club environment. The football game was on, which was fine, but the place wasn't packed, so why was the music so loud? We won't be back.

I like to file a complaint against Miss Ashley that works at TGI Friday. She’s very rude and disrespectful to customers and on Monday night. I came there to purchase some chicken and she refused to let me order what I wanted to order and then she told me oh you can’t take the chicken out and I’m paying for my chicken. She was hostile and rude in TGI Friday on Sheridan Street in Oakwood Plaza. This kind of behavior is not acceptable with customers and she’s very disrespectful. She disrespect Black that come in at A order chicken and tell him you cannot take the chicken out and I never seen a sign that states you cannot take out what you pay for at 11 o’clock at night so something need to be done about this restaurant is not clean at all behind the bar and her name is Ashley. She states that she’s a manager in TGI Friday but she’s very disrespectful in route to Black patrons that come in she don’t know how to talk to. She talked with hostility in her and she no longer need to be employed for that company because she’s very rude and I’m making this complaint because I’m the customer that was there with a witness that witnessed her behavior while we was there and told her that she was not been custom service professional so I like to file this complaint about this restaurant because we don’t need this. You know behavior in a restaurant and it’s like she’s spitting in peoples food. You know with that attitude Mary Hall and then she gonna tell me I can’t come now after I told her that she was rude. This is my complaint and I like to be able to speak to the CEO of this company and they need to know that they shouldn’t have employees that work for their company with this kind of attitude.

spent an hour waiting on my food only a single burger and watched other families who came after that got bigger portions than what i got get their food first i dont mind waiting but an hour for one burger was a little much and i was confused as to why tipping was not able to be my choice i had 3 options and all were over 8 dollars even though i barely got acknowledged by the staff

TGI Friday's WAS a good restaurant but this one sucks!! My gf and I ordered a appetizer and 2 beers, after a half hour of waiting we asked to at least get our beers, 30 min later we got water that's a hour just to get water. I took a quick headcount and maybe 25 people in there so no reason to take so long. It took 1 1/2 hours to get our order. I refuse to order meals and left unsatisfied!! We'll be going to Applebee's for now on.
