Opinions de Maggie's RnR Fort Worth
I came here for lunch. I had the tajin chicken tacos with a side of street corn. The tacos were absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and service were great! I will definitely be back again!
First time here and I loved it. I had the Big breakfast with a strawberry margarita 😋😋😋. I will definitely be back.
Everything was good and friendly too. Cobb salad, chicken fried steak & artichoke, wonton chips. Really good.
I walked past Maggie's R&R on Sunday on my way to another restaurant on Magnolia that turned out to be woefully disappointing. I had noticed that Maggie's was completely packed, which is usually a good sign. So, I came back on Monday to try it and was pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly and the food was very good. I had the chicken pasta, which was excellent and the portion was generous enough that I was able to take some home for dinner. I would definitely recommend it. From the outside it looks like it might just be burgers and fried food, but the menu was a pleasant surprise.
I had ordered ft worth burgers from Maggie’s and it was the first time I had burgers from them. I had it delivered to the BSW oncology bc my mom was receiving therapy from and bought 7 burgers for the staff and my family. They were on time with delivery, handed it to me, Hussein, the delivery driver was cordial and amicable. I got all my stuff. The sode sauces were great and most importantly the burger was mouth watering delicious. I hadn’t had a burger that soft and tasty in such a long time. Best pick I would say I had for the day. Great job everyone and thank you .
I'm all for reviews and I check Google, Yelp, and every single thing you can think of before dining at an establishment. I viewed a couple of recent ones before dining and was a little skeptical; however, I dined anyway because the atmosphere and food looked so delicious. Boy, am I glad I did! I have no idea how anyone could leave a bad review. Everything was perfect, from food to service, to the aesthetics, cleanliness, down to management. Carlos did such a wonderful job handling our party; he was so friendly and patient and trust me we were not the easiest party to deal with. We ordered so much food; I got to try a little bit of everything, and let me tell you, not a single thing missed the mark. Highly highly highly recommend this place for a great vibe, good food, excellent staff and management, and overall a good time.
Maggie R&R is a gem! From the moment you step inside, the cozy atmosphere welcomes you. The menu is diverse, and every dish is a masterpiece. I had the grilled salmon, which was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were incredible. The attention to detail in presentation is impressive. I also tried their signature dessert, and it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. If you're looking for a place that combines great food with a warm ambiance, Maggie R&R is a must-visit!
I enjoy Maggie's multiple times a week. The food is delicious, I wish it was a little more consistent but still very good. The service is always pretty good, especially Sabrina! Everyone is great, the outside patio is really cool. Accommodating to watch a game or listen to live music. Great vibe, I wish there were more places like this but hey, great job Maggie's!!!
It was my first time here and I had the wonderful pleasure of being served by London and Mallory and WHAT AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! Amazing food, great vibes, and even better tasting food! Had the brisket nachos and a fish taco with a “Jennifer Aniston” for my drink and I think I just became a forever customer. Will be coming back and bringing as many people as this place can hold!
Great inside and outside dining restaurant. The relaxing music makes it a nice place to brings friends and family along with the friendly service they serve you with. The food here is huge and this is the first in awhile I've had to get a to-go box. I recommend the cheese fries and the double double bacon cheeseburger when eating here!
The service was excellent, despite being very busy. The fries were real and wonderful. The lettuce tacos were very good, and juicy as you'll need two to three napkins. The double cheeseburger had the most bacon I've ever had on a hamburger. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option.
Great atmosphere and service. Food was good depending on what you get, everyone in our party had different plates. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the bacon 🥓, needs to be a little more crispier. The different fried chicken plates are really good.
Food was almost good but too salty. The flavor and texture of our dishes was good EXCEPT and excessive amount of salt. I like salt, but this was too much. Couldn't even eat some of the dishes because they were too salty. Specifically the fries, fried pickles, nachos, and fish. The other flavors were good (like fish wasn't too fishy, nachos had flavourful toppings and ratios) but the salt just made it inedible. Some side were great though, mashed potatoes and green beans. Some of the best I had. Service and atmosphere were great. Tv's were a little loud for me, but that's personal preference, I'm sure others enjoy watching sports at restaurants. Server was always nearby if we needed something, lots of refills. Overall, I'm giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt that their food isn't normally this salty. I can tell the recipes were thought out, maybe someone just had a heavy hand that day.
My wife and I enjoyed the great service & food. Seats were uncomfortable and difficult for me due to multiple back surgeries. Manager was awesome and the restaurant image of great service with true happiness. This was my first visit and would highly recommend it to Ft Worth patrons. 🇺🇸
The atmosphere at Maggie's RnR is definitely the highlight — the outdoor seating was a great spot even on a hot day thanks to the fans and shade. The service was solid and the vibe was laid-back, which made for a pleasant experience overall. As for the food, it was just okay. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get a virgin margarita, seems like a simple request for a brunch spot with a full bar. Also, I wasn’t expecting pork in the breakfast potatoes, and that wasn’t clearly listed on the menu. That caught me off guard since I don’t eat pork.
We paid to park in the parking lot directly behind the restaurant which was $5 and change for like 6 hours (very reasonable). Made our way to the restaurant and were seated immediately. We had the option of outdoor or indoor seating and I preferred the indoor. The gentleman came over and took our drink orders and the young lady came and took our food orders shortly after that. We ordered the Fish & Chips for my wife, as well as a Blue Lemonade, and the Chicken Tenders & Fries for myself. Both meals came with a small cole slaw. She enjoyed the Fish & Chips and the Blue Lemonade. I enjoyed the Tenders & Fries, but would have preferred it to be more seasoned. We both agreed the fries were really good, but we could have went without the cole slaw. The waitress did a fantastic job
This place has been on my list to visit for a while now! Came in for brunch a couple weeks ago as soon as they opened (11am) to avoid the crowds. We sat on the patio since the weather was nice. Our server was prompt and attentive. The only issue was one of the meals was not put into the order therefore one person had to wait longer on their food while the rest of us ate. Pictured are our orders of the steak & eggs, chicken & waffles and the chilaquiles. The drinks were great but very light on alcohol.
Rustic, friendly and welcoming! Parking was unique. Ambiance was very homie, laidback. Now the food was definitely lacking! The hibiscus margarita was not good at all. Nashville hot chicken was not hot or had any Nashville flare, should be called original crispy chicken sandwich and the fries were cold for the sandwich! The street corn was below average. The chicken tacos were on point tho! very moist and packed full of flavor (basically why this review is three stars). Lastly I believe this spot is for bar hoppers that has some alcohol in their system to suppress their taste buds which allows for them to rate this establishment 4.4/4.5 stars. Overall worth exploring as an option.
I had such high hopes for my first time here. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed and I’m afraid my first visit was also my last. The seating arrangement is very unorganized and the hostesses seemed confused as they sat customers. We were initially told our wait would be 20-25 minutes, which turned out to be closer to an hour. Even though there were empty tables and several parties, including us, were waiting to be seated. We were told they don’t seat people by the number of empty tables and the kitchen was behind, so that was holding them up from seating customers. That made no sense to me but we continued to wait. It was so bad customers started to leave. I might have understood if this was an unusual situation for them, but one of the hostesses told us that they are always busy like it was today. If that’s the case, I’d think they would have a better plan for dealing with it instead of having their waiting customers stand and wait so long. The parking situation is horrible for the location, which is pretty much out of their control. But it just added to my frustration. Our appetizers were pretty good, but my entree was underwhelming. I ordered the Southern Penne Pasta, which the menu described as having blackened chicken. It wasn’t. And it was bland. We ordered drinks, never received them. Tickets got lost. All in all, our visit was a hot mess! On a positive note, our server, Ellie, was nice though.
Rating: 4/10 Date Last Visited: 9/23/2025 We ordered the Cheese Fries ($9), Southern Penne Pasta ($17), and Southside Philly Steak Sandwich ($15). The steak sandwich was pretty good - the steak was cooked well and was very tender and flavorful while the peppers, onion, and cheese completed the sandwich. My only complaint was that the sandwich was a bit too buttery and felt heavy. It comes with fries, but I switched to mashed potatoes at no extra cost. Unfortunately, the mashed potatoes were not good and tasted store-bought. The cheese fries were pretty mid too, the fries were not crispy and the cheese added no additional flavor. I didn’t try the pasta, but my friend didn’t finish it all and didn’t take the leftovers home, so that wasn’t a good sign. The service was good, and the overall vibes of the place is nice, especially the outdoor seating. Overall, I would not recommend for the food - maybe just a place for people who don’t care too much about the food to have some alright food and socialize.
When we arrived, we were seated promptly; however, it took a significant amount of time for a server to come to our table. My son and daughter were seated with me, and despite several members of the wait staff standing nearby and looking in our direction, no one acknowledged us or offered assistance. After waiting for quite a while, my son eventually had to get up and ask if a waitress could help us, as we were close to leaving. We were then assisted by a server named Lexi, who was excellent and very attentive. Unfortunately, despite her great service, the overall experience was disappointing due to the extended wait and lack of initiative from the wait staff before we were finally helped.
Please don't let the one star fool you. It's due to the bartender that worked lunch today. She was not only slow but super slow. She was extremely inattentive, which is the worst trait one could have at this position. A good bartender is not only friendly but serves you beers without you asking: to get a beer from this girl was like pulling teeth. I thought about giving her 50 cents for a tip, but I'm just not that mean. Hopefully, management will see this and correct the problem. I'll be back, but I guarantee it won't be for lunch. And if she's bartending the next time I go, I certainly won't stop. What a shame!
