So first let me say I commend ALEJANDRO for keeping his cool and remaining professional in a situation that could've have really overwhelmed him and honestly got him out of his character. I came in for my order at 6:04 but received it at 639 due to lack of accountability and teamwork from the people that were supposed to be there to help at that time. They showed up when I got back after getting home and seeing my order was wrong. I got back at 735p. I don't know what time they were supposed to be there, but as a previous store manager, seeing how the party came in with no urgency, KNOWING they were already late, is just crazy and selfish to me. No i don't know why they were late (none of my business) but I do know what it looks like when somebody actually CARES that their team was running around like chickens with their heads cut off because they were short a LATE person that smiles and has time for conversation with other working employees when they get there. Thank you Alejandro for your consideration and hard work in that very busy situation. You did great. shout out to TANAJSHA who was sweet as he'll, understanding and super cool with conversation and customer service. Also shout out to LARRY, I never saw him not moving at all even with a crowd of upset and impatient people in the building waiting for their food. Keep going and doing great! You three turned around my experience with your kindness and understanding and In return I'm happy I could help Alejandro feel better about how everything was going! Remember if you need a solid manager or PERSONAL TRAINER, you got my email!

today Sunday, September 22 at 11:14 p.m. I went to buy my pizza at the haute splash shop with mcrt. I must say that I do not speak English very well, but the person who attended me was very generous. the treatment he gave me was simple and concrete. the pizza looks beautiful and it was as I wanted it. a lot of cheese and a lot of meat. now I will go to eat it to see how such. very good experience. thank you for giving my pizza as I wanted it.!!

This location is a nightmare. Although this is a popular location, they need help. When all the men are working and there are no women, it's nothing but confusion. The one lady that I usually see that keeps the store together was not there. The men work hard but they need a women to keep them organized. I'm not trying to be mean but that's what I see.

Tried to order a delivery at 9:30pm. I had to call three different times. First time i was put on hold and the never answered back, it was a mexican lady that barely knew english and a black lady. I called back again, a guy answered, then they hung up on me. I called back again and a white lady answered the phone. I told her my address, she then said theres no address coming up, i made sure she had it right, and she did not have it right. I corrected her mistake. She then told me again its still not coming up. She told me maybe the zip code is different. She tried a different zip code and told me again there isnt any address coming up. Ive lived at this address for 10 years. I order stuff all the time at this address. She was rude with me the whole time. I asked for her name and she told me she doesnt give out personal information. I told her you work for the company so i want to get your name. She said sorry sir i dont give me information. Horrible service. I called another pizza hut 1.3 miles away and they told me they dont deliver to this area. I was ordering for my grandma. She wanted a pizza so bad. I tried to get her a pizza and now my poor grandma has to go without her pizza. My grandma is sad now and now shes not going to eat. Ridiculous service from pizza hut.

Marinara not with the bread sticks, and pineapple all over my pizza? I went and looked at the order after it was delivered and it did show that it was ordered with chciken sausage and pineapple along with what i did order, But I didn't order any pineapple or chicken sausage whatsoever. Its a shame, haven't ordered from PH in a while due to issues like this. Seems like the store still hasn't got their act together. It really is the basic things. What drives me crazy about it is after tip it was $47!

Ordered on the app for pickup, just a simple pizza melt. Show up at time it said for me to pick up and waited an extra 25 minutes for the order. Ridiculous service too! Avoid this place

Three employees were just standing around on their phones and eating pizza in clear customer view. They would go straight from eating pizza with bare hands to preparing/handling customer’s food with the same bare, unwashed hands. Total lack of professionalism, customer care, and sanitation. Just plain disgusting to be honest. Time was approximately 10:30pm on 08/22/25 for management review. Staff definitely needs training/accountability on food safety standards and customer service. Wait time was also about 10 minutes longer than originally stated.

Service is horrible, we placed an order and the delivery driver delivered it to the incorrect location. It shows on our camera. Then called and they placed us on hold for 15 minutes so I called with my phone and a girl answered was rude informed that we never got the pizzas. She said It will take another 40 minutes. She then presumed we canceled the order. So we went in person and the guy didn’t want to disclose his name. The lady was upset because she knew she hung up on me yet I came to take to the manager. The just said they will reimburse from their screw up. They do not care for the people. I need to speak to cooperate from how rude they were. They ended up just going to next person and avoiding us.

The food looks like it went through a tornado. When we called there was no offer to have the food redelivered or anything. I ask to speak with a manager and the manager would not get on the phone. I told them I wanted a refund and I was told I needed to contact DoorDash......I didn't order from DoorDash. So she tells me the are short handed and they are using DoorDash to help deliver.....and ? This is who's problem? You hired them, I hired YOU! SO now I have to call corporate to try and get my money back for this train wreck. So order at your risk, we will order from Papa John's next time.

Workers don’t care and don’t pay attention Literally taking a smoke break three of us were waiting inside to get attended. One was a DoorDash worker so his time is being wasted. The other lady was waiting on some breadsticks. I was just doing a pick up order.

I order 4 boxes of pizza, two boxes of pepperoni and two boxes vegie then when I went to pick it up the food was bad my kids couldn’t even eat them.I will never order pizza from this store for sure ! After spending about $51 dollars and more
