It’s Dutch Bros y’all! This is awesome! They have the best hot chocolate/chocolate milk. So many different drinks, but they also have the best customer service in the industry. I don’t know how they do it but I’ve been to Dutch Bros in Oregon, Arizona, and now Texas, and every store has the great customer service! Keep it up DB! 💖💖💖

This was my first Dutch Bros experience. I was disappointed by them not having the signature cups with the logo during my visit.The young lady who took my order at the window was very sweet and helpful. We were both foodies and began to talk about different restaurants to visit within the area. The gentleman who made my drinks was very helpful as well. I looked at many reviews beforehand and decided to go around 5:30am to avoid a long line. I was the first customer to arrive, I asked the staff what is the best time to come? I was told anytime before 8am. I purchased the Blended Golden Eagle and Blended Dutch Canyon. I added caramel syrup, cinnamon sprinkles, whipped cream, and caramel sauce to each drink (No additional charge). Both drinks were delicious, but I would recommend the Golden Eagle. If this location isn't near you, don't worry. I was told many locations will be open by late 2021/early 2022. Note: Whipped cream does not look like pictures on website due to the lid size. But, i'm sure you can ask for a swirl of whipped cream on top with a different size lid/no lid.

Please make sure you put a stopper on all hot drinks … burnt myself this morning with this matcha and spilled all in my car due to the lid not being securely on . I have to go home and change and probably need to go to urgent care .

There is a young woman working there her name is Sonia. She is very nice every time I go there, she has a great personality and very friendly!!! One time I ordered my grandson and shake and she gave me a cup of ice to keep it cold until I picked him up for school.

I am a very frequent customer at Dutch Bros and truly enjoy coming by, which is why I’m disappointed to write this. During my recent visit, the employee outside did not respect the order of cars in the two drive-thru lanes. I arrived first, but the situation was handled poorly, which caused another customer to become upset and use inappropriate language toward me. The employee was also rude and did not help de-escalate the situation. This is not the first time this has happened. I value your business and would hate to have to choose another place because of ongoing issues with the lane process. I hope this can be addressed to prevent future problems.

Went from a 5 star to a negative if I could. I have ran into the most rudest employee over 3 times now. Very disappointed in Dutch . Probably never going back again!! I went from Starbucks junkie to Dutch bros fanatic! I always get the golden eagle with protein milk and soft top👌 I don’t like the double lines, it causes chaos and confusion at times. But besides that love the coffee

Each time I’m asked to scan my QR code, it appears it isn’t actually scanned, as my points are not being applied. This has happened multiple times, and if the scans were completed, I would have accumulated more points by now. Additionally, I requested light ice but received an excessive amount of ice instead. I hope more attention can be given to accurately scanning rewards and following drink customization requests.

Got turned down at the window after waiting for 20 minutes in line all because worker “put cones” to close off exit. We arrived way before she ever placed anything at the drive thru. 25 minutes before closing.

Went for an afternoon pick me up and all I got was trash! The drink looked disgusting when they gave it to me and it tasted even worse than it looked! Had maybe 4 ice cubes that were already melted.

Went there this morning all excited to order my drink. I order my drink pay for it and even leave a tip just to get the wrong order because they made a mistake. I ordered a medium cookie butter with extra drizzle get to the window and they give me a hopscotch small cookie drizzle idk what the heck is a hopscotch drink. Anywho please train your young employees to pay attention and listen closely

I have had the 2nd worst experience here. At approximately 6:20 AM, I give them one more try. I ordered my usual oat milk matcha hot latte. I ended up with 2 brown coffee like brown drinks. Normally, I would have thrown them away because this is the 2nd time they have gotten my order wrong. It is not even a complicated order. Upon my return, 1 young lady said she couldn’t take the drinks back (she actually made them both), another young lady comes and asks what the issue was, and the guy who took my order went outside to take the order of the car behind me. They didn’t double the cups so I now have a burn on my arm nor did the place stickers over the top ms if the drinks. I tried the drinks when I drove home, and they were AWFUL!!!! The have been trashed AGAIN!
