Our waiter was awesome! He took great care of us. Wish I would have remembered his name . He was so very helpful. Our food was great as always. We got fresh hot bread sticks and refills without having to wait and ask . He made his rounds and checked on us. We had the trio meal . And never ending soup & salad !!! Everything was awesome.

🫒 Great experience at a chain restaurant - Olive Garden is a comfort food for us, so we know what expect with the food, and we were pleased with the experience! 🪴 Food: we ordered the Cheese Ravioli, the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, and the Kid’s Pizza meal. This came with breadsticks and salad, with the option of replacing the salad with a soup. No complaints with the food - it was delicious and met our expectations. Service: we had a fantastic server who was attentive and kind. She made sure that our kids were looked after, and ensured we had a good time. There quite a few large parties when we came in, but they seated us at a booth in a timely manner. Atmosphere: family-friendly.

So this was the first time me and my wife had been to olive garden in along time. We went in the middle of the week and it was pretty empty which I felt would lead to a fairly romantic afternoon but that was quickly ruined by some of the young staff laughing and talking loud in the main entrance which echoed loudly off the walls and ruined that ambiance. However with that being said our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We got breadsticks and salad. The salad was fresh but didn't have enough dressing which she brought extra dressing on our second salad. The bread was okay but got hard way to quick... it didn't taste like what I used to remember it being like but it wasn't bad. My wife got the eggplant parmasan which she said was really good she didn't have any complaints. I got the shrimp scampi and it was underwhelming personally. The noodles were cooked perfect but it lacked flavor. It had butter sauce but just wasn't very flavorful at all. I should've went with the lasagna but figured if give the scampi a shot. We will be back to give it another shot.

I went to Olive Garden with a friend yesterday. It was just getting past the lunch time so we thought it would be very busy. It wasn't crowded too much which made it easy to hear and talk. The young lady who waited on us was very nice and the food was very good. Got great service.

First and foremost, in no way am i angry or upset, its just kind of frustrating paired with the fact that i went on Tuesday and had not realized the charge until now, not sure if this can be resolved. Our server brought the two tables she seated after us their breadsticks first and drinks, service was slow and our table felt ignored. The bill was ~$35.31 before i put tip, i rounded it to 38 which made the tip ~$2.69 WHICH I WROTE DOWN along with the total as $38. Restaurant charges my credit card $45.69. This makes no sense. If you subtract $38 from $45.69, it is $7.69 which i’m assuming they read my 2 as a 7. However, i DID WRITE the total as $38. EVEN THEN, That totaled up to $43 HOWEVER I WAS CHARGED $45.69, where did the extra $2.69 come from? I think they mistook 38 as the total WITHOUT TIP and on top of that put the $7.69 tip! which would equal the $45.69 i was CHARGED! Unacceptable how they read it wrong and had my card charged $7.69 more than intended to. I went on Tuesday and haven’t realized until now, they are closed at this time. I will update tomorrow when i call asking for an answer. Update: the restaurant/manager was very kind and helped me get a partial refund to get it to the original total including the tip it was meant to be. Original total was actually $35.69. I was charged $45.69 so the whole tip was wrong as the server or someone else put in $10 as the tip instead of the amount i put in. They were kind enough to give me a partial refund of $8 and it was quick.

I recently ordered a curbside pickup meal from Olive Garden, ready to eat today. When I opened it, there was no sauce included for the breadsticks, and no sauce for the fried ravioli appetizer either. There were also very few ravioli in the package. I remember when you could order a sampler and get three different appetizers, but they don’t even offer that anymore. I’m exhausted by companies offering less food, lower quality, and higher prices. On top of that, customers are still expected to tip, yet we’re not even receiving all the items we ordered, with sauces routinely missing. Corporate greed feels like it’s at an all-time high, while the way we treat one another as human beings feels like it’s at an all-time low.

My son and I went to Olive Garden. I ordered the chicken gnocchi and salad. The soup was cold. My son ordered the meatball appetizer and it was cold. Absolutely disappointed with this restaurant. Yesterday evening we gathered here to celebrate a birthday party and our server Diondre was not attentive in the least. Throughout the night we had multiple drinks empty for at least 10 minutes, at one point someone from my party wrote down our drink order and sought out the manager (Ana) and only then we got refills. At this point we had our salads and bread sticks but no drinks and Diondre was not around to ask him for refills, and when I finally did his response was let me get their food first and I'll be right back ( he did not). Then when our food arrived that is when everything went from bad to worse, the first person to recieve their food could immediately tell the noodles where old and cold and when he tried to return the plate to Diondre he responded with dont shove things at me and proceeded to get into a screaming match with the person at my table until Ana came out (my noodles where cold aswell and a steak was ordered medium rare and it came out medium well). From the time we ordered to the time of this incident was roughly 30-45min. Then came the next incident with another server who graciously decided she was going to take it upon herself to "help" because the first interaction we had with her went like this. Luca: Are you going to use those plates? Us: a collection of "what plates" and "sorry" Luca:Yeah didn't think so. ( As she snatched the plates from someone that was actively handing them to her) Then she came back to continue serving her tables with no name tag on when we asked her name.

Visited to celebrate a friend’s birthday and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Our server Mya was attentive at the beginning of the meal, but midway through she became engaged in an extended conversation with another table, making it difficult for us to receive service. I eventually had to ask another staff member for assistance. My friend was given a complimentary tiramisu for her birthday. While eating mine, I bit into two sharp pieces of plastic, which could have caused injury. We immediately informed the server, but there was no visible concern or effort to address the situation or follow up. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and failure to respond appropriately to a serious food safety issue made this an unpleasant experience.
