Cowboy chicken fills the void that Boston chicken used to be. Good variety of chicken plates and sandwiches. Brisket is also a good choice. Sides are flavorful. Didn't try any desserts. Definitely a must try for chicken that isn't fried. Good rotisserie flavor.

This is a great food option that’s almost fast food but way healthier choices. Service was great and the food was at the table fairly quickly. One of our sides was wrong but we didn’t take the time to address it. What we got was good and something we eat, just not what we ordered. We will go back and try some other items.

The food was very delicious. My favorite item was the rotisserie chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The cooks did an EXCELLENT job preparing the chicken. I also had a baked sweet potatoe that I absolutely enjoyed. Everything I ordered was delicious and well prepared. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant could have been better. A few of the tables were dirty which gave the appearance of an unkept dining area. There were a few flies that we had to deal with I found this a little annoying. I enjoyed the food. I feel like I want to give it a second visit in the future. I will be back for a second impression because I enjoyed the food. We will give this restaurant a second chance. Plenty of outside parking.

Ordered a chicken bowl and some peach cobbler here today. It was solid, but I wouldn't say I was blown away. For the price, it's solid. And you get big portions. So there is serious value here. The peach cobbler was definitely the best part. I definitely recommend getting it if you swing by. Overall, solid experience. Satisfied, will be going back.

I ordered two rotisserie chickens. I received one. Because I had sides the package felt weighty enough, and I couldn't tell until I was over halfway home. The food wasn't for me. It was for my family. They ate less. I wish there were better checks so that these mistakes don't happen.

i wasn’t able to get her name but the light skin lady with glasses and short dark curly hair and a light streak in it was incredibly rude at the register. we told her we were looking at the menu for a minute and she came behind the counter slamming stuff down in a rushing manner and it was super uncomfortable. she did not have a positive attitude at all and made the entire interaction very awkward and unpleasant. she asked if we wanted to add drinks and slammed the cups on the counter aggressively. the chicken tenders were pretty good but the brisket sandwich was mildly disappointing especially for the price but overall pretty decent

Terrible service!!! Watched at least 5 people come in after us and get served there food in a responsible time. I asked what's the hold up after not getting our food in 20 min and was told we're making it now. The staff was to busy playing around to see we didn't get our food. We dined in this time at the Ft Wprth location.

Great thanksgiving turkey last year. So good in fact, that we were going to order again this year. We had out of town family in this past week, the week before thanksgiving, so I finally sat down to order our turkey this morning (Monday, 11/24) once everyone left. I kept trying to click the "reserve now". I spent over an hour trying to figure out how to reserve the turkey before finally calling the restaurant once they opened. But no: there was a deadline for that. Even though it says "available October through december". And there's NO DATE listed on the website that orders have to be in by. *None*. So would you like to know where I can order a *whole cooked turkey* for family of 6, three days before thanksgiving? Nowhere. I'm so so upset. I'm a busy working mother & wife and all the running around that entails. So I was *needing* that whole cooked turkey because I can't do a whole holiday meal, by myself, in a kitchen with one small oven. All the company had to include was a deadline date, and it would have been ordered before that deadline, because I checked the website a week before ordering to make sure turkeys were being offered this year. Oh, and BTW: you're holiday turkey advertisement IS STILL UP AND AVAILABLE.

I have ordered from this restaurant (Overton Ridge) several times without incident but today I ordered using my uber eats app and the cookie was stale and I called to let them know. I asked for someone supervising and he told me it was a “”bad batch “ and to talk to uber eats then hung up on me. This was not an Uber eats issue because they simply delivered what was given to them . I will be honest I’m very surprised by this behavior from this establishment, kind of disappointed. I thought this place was professional.

This was the bloody piece of chicken I received. I’d also like to note I am 5 months pregnant AND the manager barely had time to be on the phone with me. Actually hung up on me before I was finished speaking. Which isn’t surprising considering 6 different people acted like they didn’t see a customer walk in when I got there. The service and food has seriously declined over the years. This was the first time in a while something wasn’t missing from my order but my food was uncooked.

Honestly, if I could give this place is zero, I absolutely would! I would never be back to this specific establishment or this restaurant chain ever again! We spent almost $40 worth on food there just to get bare minimum there was like a handful of pieces of okra in there. It looked as if we were missing half of the order when asking for sauces a bag it was like the end of the world there was nobody even in the restaurant to begin with, and I specifically asked for all of the sauces and barbecue sauce that we need it on the side. The manager literally had to get involved just to help the rep be able to get the items I need and we still didn’t get anything. We actually asked for, I had to ask the manager at least three times just to give me barbecue sauce. We ordered a strawberry shortcake and he just handed it to me not even in a bag as if I don’t already have a full size drink to carry plus the other bag it’s just very inconsiderate. They are completely unorganized, and every single person in there was acting like they just open that location that day. Nobody acted as if they knew anything , the service alone is one of the biggest reasons why we will never be back. The food was extremely dry. I don’t suggest this place ever there’s so many other good chicken places here.
