Store was very clean inside, bathroom as well. Kitchen is viewable and was clean and organized. Service was very helpful and polite. I like that they have a display showing actual sizes of their pies. I got the extra cheese because they were out of bacon.

Marco's is a great place to get good yet affordable pizza. I walked in and ordered. It was quick and convenient. Pizza was hot and very tasty. The cheesesticks were fantastic. I had enough left over for another meal thd next day.

Pizza is still good but it wasn't similar to all the other pizza's I purchased. I think a new hire made my pizza this time. It's all about being trained correctly by staff members. Because of this last pizza it maybe a while before I return. The pepperoni toppings were great but the crust at the bottom, the cheese, and hamburger meat was hard. I got there right after it came out the oven so it was no reason for anything to be overcooked. Really disappointed in Marcos this time.

Customer service wasn't the best. Was new to the area and when I walked in they seemed upset that I was even there. Didn't feel welcome at all but that's okay I understand things can be stressful. I'm just being honest not hateful. I also ordered two pizzas one pepperoni and one cheese... Very simple yet they gave me two pepperonis. I still ate them and I'm not necessarily complaining but if you can screw that up then I don't know what to tell you. There was also a homeless man who ran inside the store and started yelling at the top of his lungs and punching the walls then walked out. Not the best area

I ordered a medium pizza from this location online. I followed the online tracker and when it told me my order was ready I asked for it at the counter. The counter was unmanned, but I was able to ask what I presumed was a team leader for my order and was met with a sharp and rude statement that it was not ready!!. Eventually the manager or presumed manager walks in the door asking me if I had been helped. I told this man that I had been waiting for quite a long time and that I wish to cancel my order. He agreed that I had been there a while and he asked the crew about my order. There it sat for quite a while and the manager told me he would refund me the cost of the pizza. This happend a week ago yesterday and I still have not received the refund. The manager allowed to to take the pizza and it was delicious, but don't tell me you will refund me then blow me off. While I enjoyed the pizza the service will keep me away.

Ordered a Chicken fresco pizza with no Onions. Was quoted a 15min pick up time. Arrived in 15 min and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my pizza only to be made Wrong. When brought up to the manager her options were to remake and only give me a $5 credit on a $15 order. Ridiculous. Then after waiting 10 more minutes for my pizza it gets pulled from the oven early and is still doughy. I had to go home and put it back in the oven myself. First experience at Marcos and definitely probably my last. Thanks for a credit I'm never gonna use.

We ordered delivery though their app. I ordered XL -extra cheese pizza… well it didn’t look extra large and even though I paid for extra cheeses the pizza was dry. It didn’t look or taste like it had extra cheese. Very disappointed. Also ordered 15 wings well done with the garlic sauce and the wings were not even close to well done! Soggy! And no sauce to be seen even though you pay for the extra sauce! This is the second time I order but the first time I ordered through DoorDash. This time I ordered through their app. $64 for an XL-extra cheese (that’s barely had any cheese) pizza and 15 wings… pricey specially bad when you don’t get what you pay for. Very very disappointed. I called them the next day and they said they would offer me a credit in the app. Let’s see if that happens. You can see in the picture- does it look like I paid extra for extra cheese?

We order from here on the weekly. We are an autistic family and they have been great and kind for years. I understand we are not famous however we are " know". This is my first complaint ever. We ordered cheesy bread, 1 xl pepperoni magnifico, and 1 xl 2 topping . All for delivery. The second pie came to us totally wrinkly and there were slices that literally had no sauce, no cheese and no pepperoni on sections of it. Having, of course, worked in the industry in the past, this sould have never gone out. My receipt had no qr code for a survey, no phone number to call. I placed my order online and I also tipped very well. This was very disappointing.

I had them the first time & it was really good so I decided to go back and order again.. NEVER again . Received my pizza & found a blonde/brownish piece of hair in my food . I know mistakes happen but that is disgusting . Please wear a hair net or multiple if you are making people food . Gross !!

The pizza was fine, but this store continues to fail to follow special instructions. They failed to cut my pizza in triangles as asked, and cut it in squares. They've done this even when I called the store directly. The squares cut rings the pizza experience for me. I quit ordering for a while then decided to give them another chance. They blew it again. I will no longer order from them and encourage others to take their business elsewhere, where they can about your requests.

Food never showed up, tried calling and got no answer, even after being on hold for 30 minutes. Will be charging my money back and will never do business again.
