We visited the other day. Ordered but the microphone wasn’t properly working & the sweetest lady came out to confirm the order so they would get it correct. Order was perfect - I would say customer service & food quality was great. Thanks again for attention to detail.

John was a very kind person and made it a point to ask your name with your order and still remembered it when you where leaving he said goodbye and called your name. Very glad to have stopped there. And my order was correct.

Nice clean new Whataburger location. Staffed with enough employees to serve you quickly. Employees seem happy. Food was good, prepared quickly, special order was accurate. Two lane drive through is more than twice as fast as the near by Chick-fil-A.

The new kids nowadays should Pack the fries to the top not give half a box when we are already getting cold fries. And they need to learn to comprehend a custom burger.

Prices getting outta control. Paid almost $17 for a burger meal. Cheaper to go to chilis at this point. Then they don’t fill your fries all the way either. No napkins or spicy ketchup either

**Update**: **The food was served relatively quick. The problem was that while everything tasted okay, it was hard to enjoy because the food was delivered to us at room temperature. It was particularly difficult to enjoy the fries. I did not make a big deal about it because I had brught a large group with me. I hope they get it right next visit. It was a bit embarrassing to hear from others in my party that their food was served "cold" too.** _________ Previous visit- The restrooms we're very clean. While the picture shows that their kitchen floor is not spotless, you can notice that there's no food on the floor. The dining room was not dirty either, aside from a napkin here and there. The entrance did have an overflowing trash bin with dirty carpets, even at the drink station... Cleaning these could have easily earned them the five stars. I would definitely recommend this location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They were able to fill my order. Dry and I have had better. Went back by what a burger last night. Thought I would get something healthy. Ordered a chicken apple cranberry salad. $8 and it is so small you can see the bottom of the bowl.

Are experience was awful lol My grandmother was ordering me Whataburger and she told them it was my birthday so we sat down to eat our food in her car and they forgot our fries then she went back inside and got me fries came back out open her food and there was no Patty in her burger just tons of mustard lettuce and tomatos

Hamburgers were crushed almost beyond recognition. Ordered a chocolate shake and was served a yellow, vanilla tasting shake that I sent back can I have some chocolate syrup added. The replacement was only slightly tinted with chocolate, and even my wife noted tasted more vanilla than chocolate. This is the 3rd WB I've run into this problem with. After finding 3 McDonald's that the chocolate shakes were "out of stock ". I'll stick to DQ until further notice.

They absolutely do not care!!! I placed an order for a simple BOB meal at 04:27 with one car in front of me. At 04:39 I made it to the window to pay. I was asked to pull forward behind the car in front of me and wait for my meal. They brought the front car their meal and disappeared. The guy gets out of his car with a crumpled up bag saying this isn’t his meal. I noted the specific grease stains on the bag as I figured it was my meal. A worker returned with his meal and took the other inside. After two other cars behind be got their meals, I went back inside and no one wanted to respond to me. After more frustration, one worker finally brought me the bag with the grease stains that had gone back inside; it was now 04:48, 21 minutes after I had ordered my meal. My food was cold and my meal was unwrapped. I expected slow service from this location and often get cold or stale tots and don’t complain, but this was pathetic. I left a message for the manager to contact me and they have not responded. I took the survey and they have not responded.

I have given this location several chances. This evening in particular I ordered Uber eats. The food is not edible at all. Whoever sent this out did not care that this was my dinner after a long shift or that even though they sent bad and stale food I will still tip the delivery driver and go to bed hungry because I care about people.

This Whataburger is horrible!!! Rather than doing the right thing and making fresh hash browns for the customer, they put all the cold, stale ones that had been sitting there for hours and were completely inedible in a large container and put it in my bag. Unbelievable!! The girl working the drive thru was not friendly either.

Waited in line to order a shake, ordered it at the drive thru and then get to the pick up after 15 minutes just to tell me they don’t have any shakes. Forgot my friends ketchup, they literally do not care about their customers.
