Food and service is always great here! We usually come here at night. One of the few places to get good food and drink after 9pm.

Service was great and staff was friendly. Not overbearing or "hovering". Happy hour specials add value and they have plenty of TV's with most sports available. Booths also have their own TV's. Wall decor is too notch. 👌

It was my first time here. The service was friendly. I had the fried pickles and the garden salad. They were good. However, the prices are a little higher than other places nearby that have just as good food in my opinion. The atmosphere was upbeat. It’s definitely a popular hangout for the locals. I’m giving it 5 stars because of the good service and even though the food was a bit overpriced in comparison with other similar local venues, it was good and prompt.

Stopped in for lunch recently and had the pleasure of Sky as my waitress. She was very warm and welcoming. Also she helped out tremendously with understanding menu and making a great choice for my visit. Definitely will be visiting again soon.

I had a fantastic time at Twin Peaks! The queso was rich and flavorful, the boneless wings were perfectly crispy and sauced just right, and the apple turnover was the perfect sweet finish to my meal. On top of that, the service was outstanding—Kenz and Chloe were not only incredibly attentive but also brought such a friendly and welcoming vibe to the experience. Their hospitality made the visit even more enjoyable. Can't wait to come back again!

I was looking for a place to go watch the Sunday football games with my football fanatic of a son. After reading many mixed reviews, I figured I’d give this place a shot. I’ll visit again without hesitation. We were greeted immediately, the staff was really nice. The food came out quickly and was better than expected based off previous reviews. Kayla was a sweetheart, very attentive and very helpful when it came to the menu and my glass was never empty. There’s really no question whether or not I’ll go back. My son loved it!

My family and I came in from leaving a restaurant that was very rude so we really didn’t know what to expect. Boy was I surprised the ladies at the door greeted us and was ready to seat our party. We were seated and Fatima immediately came over introduced herself and took our drink order. She suggested a drink for my sister and myself which is called liquid marijuana and when I tell you it did not disappoint we laughed and ate and enjoyed ourselves. Twin Peaks thank you for saving the night. Fatima took very good care of us and I will definitely go back.

I’m not usually the type of person to go to a sports bar or a setting like Twin Peaks, but this was a special occasion. The service, the ambience, and the food was all on point. My waitress was Fatima and she made the experience all the much better as she was attentive and very well mannered. she recommended the chipotle chicken and TP light with it and safe to say, it did NOT disappoint. If you are in the area and wanna go to a sports bar, I’d recommend this Twin Peaks location without hesitation!

Normally they are all great but this girl just wanted to stand by some guy and flirt the whole time. I gave 3 stars because the manager made it right and I appreciate him for it.

This was located near our hotel room. The weather was fantastic so we decided to check this out. This would be our second time to a Twin Peaks. What I liked about this place was that it was had outdoor seating that had water close by. This was definitely open and big. We sat at the bar and ordered some appetizers. I will say that it took sometime to place an order and get beverages. It really amazes me to see that Management pushes the envelope to flirt with the employees. In my books that should never be allowed or done in front of the customers. No matter what industry it is. Customer service is not a priority to them. If that is not a concern to you. Then perhaps you may want to check this place out since it is different from the rest of them. That is why I am giving them a 3 stars.

I came here for the whole year of 2016 NFL season and the customer service was good. I went today to catch the final quarter of a NFL game with my toddler daughter. The greeter asked where I wanted to be seated I said it didn’t matter as long as I got a high chair for my daughter. After a minute she said she only had somewhere it can be booster seats. It was not that busy and there were plenty of areas empty. My waitress did not introduce herself like they usually do and after awhile she had an excuse of covering another table because another waitress left so it seemed like she was running behind and it took awhile to get simple refills. I set aside dirty dishes so they could be picked up but like I said service was slow. Then I saw another customer come in and got a high chair for their child. Later that day I went to a local family sports bar called No Frills and their service was far better even though they didn’t have a greeter. I never had an issue with this location till today.

Food was okay. There was 7 of us had two shots and McKenzie went and got manger and wouldn’t serve us anymore. Mind you we were there for a few hours. It’s a no for me every time we come they do the same thing. Also it was happy hour so the drinks were not even a full thing only half with the rest of the glass filled with a big ball of ice!

My husband and I decided to visit Twin Peaks last night with some friends, eager for a pleasant evening together after a long day. Usually, we frequent the Arlington location since it's close to home, but this time, we thought we'd try out the one in Fort Worth. Unfortunately, our experience at the Fort Worth location left much to be desired, especially when it came to the service. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by a host named AUTUMN (written in brooch), a black woman with mid-length black hair. Despite there being available tables, we were made to wait for a staggering 30 minutes, while Autumn seated two other guests who arrived after us. The waiting time alone was frustrating, but what made matters worse was Autumn's demeanor. She was incredibly rude to both myself and my husband, which left us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. As paying customers, it's disheartening to be treated so poorly, especially when we were looking forward to enjoying our evening out. Despite the disappointing service, the food at Twin Peaks was enjoyable, particularly the chipotle chicken wings, which were flavorful and delicious. In light of our experience, I strongly urge management to address the issue with Autumn's behavior and ensure that all staff are trained to treat customers with respect and courtesy. Every customer deserves to feel valued, and it's essential that the service at Twin Peaks reflect this standard. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the poor service from the host Autumn greatly impacted our experience at the Fort Worth location of Twin Peaks.

Update: Hit or miss as of lately. Came in last night and asked for a table on the patio. Hostess was unfriendly, didn’t even speak. She sat me as far out on the patio as I could be. Waited 10 minutes and no one came to help me. Left and went to another establishment in the same parking lot. Management had changed lately and it’s been negative from a customer standpoint. Unless you are one of the regulars who sits at the bar every single day you’re not prioritized. Do better. Original post: Allie and Ayline were awesome tonight! They always are. Anytime they are working the bar you can count on everything being great!

We got seated quickly within the first minute of our arrival and our initial server was relatively timely in greeting us. We had our drinks and ordered the appetizer about 10 minutes into the visit, but then the wheels fell off. They changed almost every TV to the Ranger game (DFW so no bigs) and then turned off the ambient music and the game volume on... at what seemed like level 10/10. It was so loud we were having to yell at each other and even at our poor waitress for her to hear us. We finally asked to be moved to the farthest table outside on the patio, but boy it was worth the move. The view was extraordinary at sunset. But we're now 30 minutes into the visit and still no appetizers. They finally arrived during the second inning of the game (which we could still hear, but not as loud) and our meals arrived in roughly the third. My NY strip was a bit overdone (asked for medium and got nearly well done), but all in all the food was good. Our new server Sky was good, but drinks did take up to 10 minutes wait for a simple coke. She was busy and it appeared at least one server was just hanging out on a couch on the patio and several kitchen staff hanging out at a patio booth so that would explain why she was overworked. For them to not be at full capacity for a Friday night, but still fairly slow on service is a big reason for the scores. They were good when they could have been great.

Food was good, waitress was sweet, however we came during happy hour and got the mini tacos. It said $3 for happy hour. Typically the 3 mini taco appetizer is $7.49 so of course we figured the happy hour price was a good deal. But come to find out during checkout the happy hour price was $3 EACH so it was $9 for the 3 tacos which is more on happy hour than the regular price. After speaking with the manager he confirmed the happy hour price is more expensive so needless to say we opted for the regular appetizer price. They need to rethink their marketing.

Our group of nine came for a birthday, and Kenna, our server, ruined the experience with a bad attitude, poor service, and no effort to acknowledge the occasion. From refusing separate checks to making us yell orders and pay individually at the bar, it was the worst service I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect basic courtesy.

This was our first time here. Our server was Mary Sue I believe she was telling us how she use to be a diesel mechanic. She seemed strange to me like a weird personality but whatever. We placed our order, appetizer came out with burger. Different servers brought out our drinks, we never saw Mary or Mary Sue again. She didn’t come back to see if my husband wanted another beer, to see how good was, to give me a refill. Another waitress helped us I wish I knew her name she was brunette, petite with freckles very sweet. I asked her where Mary was she said she saw her not long ago but that other waitress brought us our check and to go boxes. My husband did want another beer and I wanted a coke refill. The mashed potatoes reminded me of elementary school in the 1980’s not good at all, like they had sat there all day long. The burgers were really good but the service with Mary was absolutely horrible she just never came back. Oh and I took some photos for this review and apparently you have to ask the girls for a photo which I thought was weird but ok. I really wish this had of been a better experience I don’t understand how Mary even has a job there. I saw the manager leaving I wanted to say something so bad but I didn’t. I should have. I’m still thinking about it. I’m including receipt so you’ll know which server it was.

Review is for 2/13/2026: I have been to other Twin Peaks and this location misses the mark. Parking lot was packed with almost no parking but oddly not many customers inside though there was a large amount of workers present. Stood at the entry desk for what felt like an oddly long period of time before someone asked if we had already been seated which clearly we had not since we were standing at the entry desk. They then had to get 3 more people to the front desk to figure out where to put our party of 3. Assuming due to rotating servers but nonetheless was a very messy process just to get a table. Moved tables due to it rocking in every direction. Table we moved to... just as bad and said "no worries... at this point, we just want to order." Server did not know what a "House Marg" was. Did not know what a "Makers Mark - Neat" was. Did not know any question we had about items on the menu. We received incorrect drinks to start and heavily "watered down". We received things on meals that we asked to be removed and missing things we asked to be added. She had to come back SEVERAL times to ask what it was that we said since she wasn't writing things down each time. She inputted the wrong meal for one of the meals so food was coming out at different times. Still tipped generously though it was below the minimum the kiosk system that I was handed would allow since it started at 22% and went up to 30%. Have not seen this at any other Twin Peaks and thought that was odd. Food was great though! Wont return to this location but this experience hasn't ruined the Twin Peaks name.

We sat at the bar, it wasn't very busy. The girls weren't really attentive since we weren't drinking alcohol and were woman. We had to ask for refills. The didn't ask how the food was. They were too busy complaining how much they hated the job, talking to the 2 men next to us. They also weren't making the experience memorable. They were constantly on there phones .. Even shared vapes with the guys at the bar. Meanwhile we had to ask for a refill.. . Not the best experience especially since my friend has never been to twin peaks. At least the food was amazing. Also, the tip was 22,24 and up .. they did the BARE MINIMUM and expected 24%.... I am an excellent tipper but experience was not IT.

So when we arrived we were seated almost immediately and it wasn’t busy. Our server was great at first with getting our drinks (non alcoholic)but I’ve noticed our drinks from the bar take far too long to get to us, we hardly saw her out unless it was to put an order in, other than that she was in the back the rest of the time. I even noticed our drinks sat out for 15+ minutes at the bar and someone else always brought them to us, I’m guessing they noticed they had sat out for too long. We ordered margaritas, but even for the others who ordered beer it took forever. When they asked for seconds it took more than 20 minutes they ended up going to the bar and drank two beers and sat there for 20ish minutes When they came back to the table their beers still hadn’t shown! Until literally a couple of minutes later, so obviously they were rang up. That definitely shows it’s not the bartender's fault, they were very attentive but our server wasn’t. We went out to celebrate my twin brother's birthday so we ordered dessert and literally waited forever for it and nothing! She even came out to talk to another table and pick up her tab at another and ignored us. When she came it was to drop off the check, but by then we just wanted to leave because we’d been waiting for too long. Her name was Gisele. At least that’s what was on the receipt.

We tried this place for the first time. The beer wash cheap, they had alot of good deals. The wings were smoked, I liked them, my husband didn't he thought they were a lil tender. The atmosphere & service sucked. When I walked in, the 3 girls in the front said outloud, "they're married" I didn't think much of it, it was just a lil awkward for them to say that. Anyhow the server, was slow and kept forgetting whatever I asked for. The one that really bothered me was when I asked for water 4 times. She brought it, after I got my michelada... my bucket of beer... my wings... and my husbands burger. It wasn't that busy, yet it took forever for us to get every thing. The people behind our booth were cursing at their children (a toddler a d maybe a 4yr old or so), I know that's not the establishments fault, but goes to show what type of people visit this place. Overall the service was slow,If my table was only men, the service would have been faster (table near us had 4 men) We still tipped the waitress good, we just don't feel like we would come back.

This location is horrible. My family received their food quickly, but I never got mine. I sat there watching everyone eat while waiting 30–40 minutes, and my food still never came. The waitress was kind and tried to help, but the manager, Todd, refused to compensate us when I declined food that was never served. Completely unacceptable customer service. I can see why this place is closing down.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without question, the single worst dining experience I have ever encountered. My friend and I were seated and then completely forgotten about. We sat at our table for over 30 minutes without a single server or waitress acknowledging our existence. When we finally managed to flag down a passing waitress, all we got was a dismissive, "A server will be with you." That server never arrived. To make matters worse, the hostess walked by our table multiple times—meaning the neglect was clearly visible—and made no effort whatsoever to alert the staff or fix the situation. The supposed General Manager was nowhere to be found, which explains the complete breakdown in service protocol. Corporate take action! This isn't just "slow service"; this is outright indifference to the customer. Save yourself the time and frustration. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

The wings were tough because I asked for breaded but got naked wings. The ribs were thin & burnt(char-broiled)...not they were burnt.

They seated us and just left us alone never even took our drink order. We were sitting there for at least 20 minutes before finally walking out. I'm a disabled veteran and it was my 51st birthday and I wanted to celebrate it at twin peaks but after absolutely no service except being seated in used my better judgment and left.

Im not the type of person to complain but it First time here and my expierence was bad! We got seated and waited 20 minutes before i had to speak to a manager just to order drinks. Girls kept passing by our table and just looked at us didnt even bother to ask if we’ve been helped. Ordered a sprite for my 2 yr old daughter and gave us a regular cup for an adult. When ordering i asked the waitress what flavored wings they had and she said “its too many, i forgot”. (they didnt have flavors on the menu). We were jot offered any refills. And to top it off we didnt get what we ordered at that point my sons birthday dinner was ruined.

Came here to watch the Dallas stars game I ordered the Double Stack Nachos with Chicken and a couple drinks. It took them over 2 hours so I told them to just put it in a To go bag instead of a plate and all they did was give me chips. No chicken no nothing just straight chips. The server Beathsy kept apologizing how my order kept getting lost. As well as the bar couldn’t get my drink correct so I settled for a don Julio sprite it’s what they brought me even though I ordered a pineapple don julio. So after 2 hours all I got was 2 drinks and chips. Overall it was terrible. I called the manager said he’d reimburse me. Which is cool but who the heck goes out to eat and isn’t able to eat. Terrible dining experience. Don’t plan on ever going back.

Came in at 10:00 for an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:44. Waited 30 minutes. 3 different people asked if I had been helped. I told two yes and the third asked if I needed a manager after waiting 30 minutes with a lot of run around and no updates. This is horrible. The food was also cold. How is it cold if it was still being made for more than 30 minutes after the pick up time? Then, rudely- a person told me that the order was ready. Poor atmosphere. Poor food. Very poor service. I spent 55.00 on a straight trash experience. I should be refunded for this. I don't want to return. Also, the manager NEVER came out to ask me about my experience. I left with my food at 10:45. One entire hour after the promise time. This was beyond frustrating.

Extremely disappointed. I paid $15 for a drink that was only about 2 ounces. When I asked the manager for a refill, they refused. For that price, the portion size is unreasonable and the customer service was poor. I will not be coming back.

Food wise will never come back to this establishment. Especially when you’re spending good money in a place like this and servers expect good tips So I was expect phenomenal expectations from this establishment very very disappointing, especially with the management To not accommodate the customer, I waited over 45 minutes for my food and it did not even come out. Fresh will never come back to this establishment.
