I go to coffee shops all the time- and the service and standard that I experienced from Judith was a very first I’ve seen in a Starbucks. She was engaging with multiple customers, came to my table twice for food drop off and continued service..! But not just my table, everyone’s. It’s people like Judith in these stores that make a huge difference, plus she was incredibly kind and helpful with suggestions and menu knowledge. Will come back to that store, which is typically out of my commute, just because of that interaction. Cheers!

I'm from out of town and came to the Starbucks because I drink a lot of starbucks, and Angel was so amazing working the bar, I think he died twice and nobody even helped he was so amazing. It was a great experience overall, my server was Monica and she went above and beyond to help us with our order, if everything came out all good. She brought a really good vibe as soon as we sat down. The food also made my stomach full which was really good.

Enjoyed our meal very much. Hurricane sauce is really good and we always like zydeco pasta. Mainly I want to give a compliment to our server, Bryson. He was so friendly, helpful, fun and attentive. He did a great job making sure everything was good and keeping our drinks topped off. If you go (you should go) ask for Bryson! Also want to compliment the manager and Bryson for working to keep the restaurant clean. He cleaned the table next to us better than I’ve ever seen anyone clean a restaurant table and I appreciate that so much!

We had Jodi as our waiter and she was absolutely the best! Sweet, kind and very attentive! Will be asking for her next time. Aside from our awesome waitress the food was absolutely delicious we also got a couple of drinks with actual fresh fruits that was nice and refreshing. Can’t wait to be back. 10/10

I went to Razzoo’s for the first time tonight and was blown away. The food was excellent I got the crab legs and the bread pudding. But what truly stood out was the amazing service. Our waitress Jodi was exceptional. She recommended great drinks and appetizers. Can’t wait to come back again, I will definitely be asking for Jodi!

I ordered seafood gumbo from Bryant Irvin location for Xmas dinner. I picked it up Xmas eve around 5 pm. The service was amazing but the gumbo stole the show. I would like to commend the chef who prepared the gumbo and also the staff. Asia took my order a week earlier and she was the bomb. There was such ample servings that my dinner guests took some home. Kudos to you!! I was charged about $9 per guest, but received so much more.

I'm not really sure what this place does differently but what it does is makes them better than the rest. I honestly had all but given up on Razzoo's as a company and restaurant completely. However, my wife was craving Cajun and we had never tried this location. From the moment we walked in the experience was the best experience I have ever had a Razzoo's attentive and friendly greeters and host to a wonderful hard working waitress named Brooke (she honestly could work circles around almost every other Razzoo's server I have been sat with) to the food being consistent quick and delicious and fresh which has not been the case at the Sundance Razzos,The Burleson Razzos or the Alliance Razzoo's. . . . Maybe they should visit this store more often to see how it is really done. I don't mean to throw shade but this Razzoo's is the only one worth going to in the area. Mel the manager was a pleasure to speak with. I personally asked to speak with the manager because I just wanted to know what they did differently. Shout out to the entire staff at this location y'all are all Rockstars and should all be recognized for your hard work. Thanks for treating me and my wife like family the Cajun way!! If corporate reads this. . . Do something about the other locations. . . Revisited several times since the original review still the best in the area hands down. Came tonight on 12/27/2025 Troy was absolutely fantastic his people skills and can do service attitude really speaks volumes of his professionalism not to mention the training and management here.

I LOVE THESE OYSTERS! Razzoos has the cleanest oysters in the area, hands down. Nick, our bartender, was super friendly and took care of us this afternoon. Definitely recommend coming and trying any of their crawfish dishes!

Amazing food!!! The food had great flavor, came out fairly quickly, and portions are more than enough. Our waiter was Jordan and he was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu items, and everything tasted just as he described. We ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo, bacon/shrimp grit fritters, gator tail basket with fries and dirty rice, and 2 kids cheeseburger meals. I rate this restaurant a 10/10. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at our first time at this Razzoos’s location! Our server Dom did an amazing job and it was a great family experience. Dom recommended the seafood trio étouffée and stuffed fish and he was right! They’re amazing! He also kept us up to date on the progress of our order and made sure nothing was missing through our whole experience. Little to no wait to enter the restaurant as well. Overall great experience and great Cajun food, definitely recommend.

I for one like Starbucks coffee but as far as how it used Rio be to go meet friends at Starbucks things have changed. The process are ridiculous now ands you can get bigger servings for a fraction of the cost at ditch Bros. Does it taste the same? No, but it does the same thing.

Starbucks has become so mid now 🥲 still the most convenient but definitely nowhere near great.

The guy up front named bob was rude and judgmental. I ordered extra cold foam on my drink because I love it and he made a horrible face. I explained that I knew it was a lot of foam but it was what I wanted and he was rude about it. He gave me a grande even though I asked for a venti. Had to return and have the remake the drink as mine was full of chunks. They were kind about that and the rest of the staff was delightful. Maybe just need to tell Bob to work on his people skills if he’s going to work in customer service.

Submitted order for pick up by friend. The reason for the low mediocre rating is that several items were missing. Also, I received fries that I did not request. The seafood gumbo was not warm. The Coke was flat. The green beans looked like mush. However, the fried catfish, shrimp, and crawfish tails were tasty as expected. usually come here everyday for coffee cause i can walk from my office but today i went and ordered a tall matcha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam and they gave me that disgusting protein cold foam and i know it is because 1) i tried it and did not like it previously to this, it was too starchy and 2) the matcha drink would settle below the cold foam and 3) the cold foam is consistently bubbling like my protein powder does. leaving this review so people check their drinks.

This starbucks is closer to my house so I come here only because it's convenient. Every time I ask for light ice they still fill it all the way up with ice. This is not the first this has happen so make sure the customer's order is accurate. No I wasn't about to get out my truck or go back around when the wait time already be long.

Went in today to purchase some drinks , the cashier named Judith was with a really rude attitude . She was looking at me crazy when I said “soft top” she rolled her eyes and said “Why do y'all use that terminology? It’s literally called cold foam” Every Starbucks I go to is known for that name . I don’t know why she saw that as a issue . As I waited for my drink .I observed that she giving the other customers a hard time, the customers ended up leaving . Starbucks needs to better their staff . This is not the only bad review is see on this individual. I know people have their bad days . But it is not our fault .

Took my 2 youngest this weekend to see the Christmas tree and live music, my oldest asked for her “pink drink” which I had purchased 2, my youngest had to use the RR so I proceeded inside the Starbucks which had the RR open to the public. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I was second in line when an employee named Judith came in from outside. She asked to cut in front of me because her break was about to end and she needed to use the restroom. I explained that I had been waiting a long time and suggested she ask someone behind me. She responded that she could not wait and said she was going to cut in front of me anyway. She then stood directly in front of me at the restroom door, knocked on the occupied restroom while yelling to the customer not to open the door, and blocked the other restroom as well. As soon as a restroom became available, she entered ahead of everyone waiting. This behavior came across as unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate, especially while customers—including families with children—were waiting. I understand employees need restroom breaks, but the way this was handled was unnecessary and made the situation uncomfortable.

I work close by so our office does coffee runs and one of our orders is always wrong! They don’t add the cold foam or something is always missing. Come on Starbucks it’s already expensive enough to not get the cold foam I pay extra.
