I decided to try something new today and stopped by CAVA—and I’m so glad I did. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this definitely won’t be my last visit. I ordered the Spicy Chicken & Avocado Bowl with a side of Spicy Pita Chips, and the flavors were incredible—fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced. A big thank you to Laura for being so patient and helpful while I figured out my order. Your customer service made the experience even better!

I'm so lucky today's pet sit is located near a delicious place to eat. I ordered the chicken harissa bowl and I wasn't disappointed. Not too spicy and good portion size. I washed everything down with the pineapple apple mint drink. The brownie was super small but pretty sweet so I guess it was ok for the size.

WOW! Last night, was my first time trying CAVA with my daughter & it’s easily gonna be our new favorite restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious, flavored to perfection, sustainably sourced & not to mention actually good for you too! I had the chicken bowl & added steak to that & nearly licked my bowl clean LOL. Everyone was so friendly & the service was delivered with a smile also! Check this place out if you’ve not already experienced it. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Ok...I just found my new favorite restaurant. When it's hot outside and you need a refreshing meal, the Lemon Chicken bowl is on point! Absolutely delicious, filling and light. Only 690 calories. My girlfriend got the Harissa Avocado bowl and it was delicious too. Her sister got the meatball gyro, but I didn't try that. She said it was delicious too. If Mediterranean food is something you like, put this place on your list of places to try. I'll be back in a few days to begin my exploration of the menu. Side note, the restrooms were clean, paper towels, soap and toilet paper fully stocked. That was even after the lunch rush.

The food is good and fresh here. I like that I can get a bowl exactly the way I want it. The price is 11.15 for a bowl or a pita. The bowl is big. I am not sure about the size of a pita. Service here is efficient and nice. They do not ask for tips here. Order at the counter.

Our office orders from them at least once a month and when I say they NEVER send the Pita Chips, I mean NEVER. The food is excellent IF you can get it. You can't call & speak to anyone. Tried going back in once and they offered NOTHING. Customer service, and packing food for deliveries needs to improve 100%, make it as good as the food is.

This is a great place for fast, casual Mediterranean food. The flavors are spot on but it was all a bit too oily for me. My pita wrap was soaked by the time I sat down (6 minutes) I couldn’t pick it up. I re-wrapped it in the paper and liquid poured out of it onto the table. My husband ordered the spicy chicken and his was full of liquid. I was bummed bc the pita became soggy quickly. I got the Greek chicken. I would probably ask for dressing on the side next time. Workers were nice but their menu inside doesn’t show any of the extras you can purchase. Thankfully there wasn’t a line so I could ask questions. I purchased a side of saffron rice and it was so dry and tasted a little off. I’m glad I didn’t order a bowl. The pita chips were incredible! Loved those and their drink selections. They have great topping options.

The food was okay but subpar compared to other Cava locations. We arrived 2 hours before closing and the food was not fresh. The employees were already taking out & breaking down the drinks as well as some of the food options. One of the employees was very rude and stayed in the way of people getting ice and tea (the only drink option left). I usually love Cava but this experience at the Bryant Irving location was not great. Management needs to attend to several issues.

Not a good evening, me and my friend were grabbing a bite. The lady at the front with the piercing working the line was being greedy with the portions sizes. She half scooped every item because she was in a rush to close. They close at 10 we came in about 840ish. Our bowls were only 1/4 filled with everything included. Don’t advertise full bowls if that’s not what you’re going to give.

I recommend double-checking your online orders before leaving. My bowl was missing the rice and pita bread, and the lamb I paid an extra $3.55 for ended up being mostly a lump of fat. Overall, I was very disappointed with the online ordering experience. I’ll gladly spend $20 for lunch elsewhere.

This location really needs to work on customer service. The staff rarely acknowledges customers and often comes across as rude. The complimentary pita isn’t offered unless I ask, and my to-go order was handed to me with no bag. They also automatically charged me for a small drink without asking what I wanted.

Parking is consistently horrible at Waterside. It’s as if they attempted to squeeze in as many space as possible and it coincidentally made parking worse. It never made sense to park in the parking deck for picking up an order from a restaurant. It’s an absolute shame that after placing an online order at CAVA, you are forced to wait in line with traditional dine in customers. I’m not understanding why togo orders aren’t housed on the shelf. Why waste my precious time?
