drive thru staff were very rude and kept interrupting me as i was ordering. while i was ordering drive thru staff kept saying “is that all or you need more” and i genuinely was baffled…i hope next time i go they are more nicer..i genuinely like the bagels..

We do not have an Einstein bagel establishment in deep south Texas where I live so we were excited to stop and pick some bagels up for the road. However, this location did not have all the flavored bagels prepared, the bagels we received were cold along with the eggs & bacon that were inside. It was extremely disappointing for the amount of money that we spent.

Was very excited to try this place. Incase you don't Know what a $9 breakfast bagel looks like here you go. It is a Nothing's special Bagel, It was supposed to be hash brown bagel, with cannot tell it's aoili sauce at all, two luke warm eggs and very cold cheese. Won't go back for that for sure.

Horribly managed. I’ve given this location multiple chances and 15-20 minutes wait time in the drive through in a short line is unacceptable. Each car took 5-8 minutes to receive their order. Writing this as I wait - there is one car in front of me at the window and two cars ahead of that one when I started waiting for my order 14 minutes ago. Someone needs to teach this staff efficiency because every time I come it’s an incredibly slow and inefficient despite it not being busy and multiple working the counter.

I got two all nighter sandwiches and 2 hash browns this morning. Got home, cut my sandwich in half and immediately saw someone’s hair IN MY SANDWICH. Immediately threw it away. Whoever is cooking at this location needs to get that under control. This location takes forever to get you your order every time and the person working drive through is always not super pleasant.

This is one of the worst run places I’ve ever seen. Not only did they not confirm the order before trying to hand me the bag with a missing sandwich, they completely skipped out on the egg on one of my sandwiches. It’d be one thing if they were busy or if this was the first time, but I’ve had this happen to me at this location several times over a couple months period. Do not leave this place without checking your order.

This location is in serious need of new staff that has knowledge of customer service and food service/quality. I was given food that was touched by other customers due to the workers fault. I did inform them to redo my order. I honestly avoid this location and just go to the university one. (Even though is an inconvenience) Please hire staff that actually like to work and have people skills.

Absolutely terrible location. This is the second time I have come through only for them to be out of my first second and third choices of bagels. Waited 25 minutes in a line of only 4 to 5 cars only to be told.they were out of anything we wanted. Its unfortunate because the bagels themselves (if you can get the flavor you want) are typically delicious.

Visited on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 10:55 AM. Ordered a sandwich and iced coffee. The sandwich was provided, but the iced coffee was missing. After waiting 3-5 minutes at the drive-thru window, it was closed without explanation. I had to wave to get attention and mention the missing drink. When the coffee arrived, it was hot, not iced, and handed over without apology or confirmation of the correct order. No receipt was provided. The service felt dismissive and unprofessional. Disappointed and won’t return to this Einstein Bros location.

It would be a higher ranking, but the people make the place personally. 6 people working and trying to get take out it took 40 min to receive my order. 15 min to place my order, 15 min to get to the pay window, and 10 min to get my order. When I got my order, I checked it, and it wasn't correct. I went in to get the correct order. It took an additional 10 min. My complaint was the one taking orders and the face of the establishment. "Whatcha order" and "whatcha want" isn't an inviting interaction. When she was handing me the order that wasn't mine, she asked me, "What you get." I responded with my order, and she tried to get me to pay again. I informed her I had already paid and she looked in the bag and handed it to me. I asked if it was the order. She looked in the bag and handed to me saying "yeah it is." The condescending tone in her voice was the only reason I checked before leaving. Working a drive-thru window is difficult, but it doesn't give you the right to talk to customers in that manner regardless of being stressed about other things not working. The food and coffee were good. The 2 gentlemen who were at the front counter taking orders in the lobby and the other one on the make-up table were great. Figured out what happened and where my order actually was.

Ordered online. Ordered the Nova Lox with twice baked hashbrowns. Got an egg and sausage sandwich with and a blueberry bagel. The receipt was stapled on the wrong order. Tried to call the store and got hung up on twice. If they had a zero star choice that's what they deserve. Customer service SUCKS

Normally i leave well enough alone and just don't come back, but I can't let this slide. I don't know where the motivation or customer service went, but it's definitely NOT at this location. 10 min wait in line, 10 min wait on the food. Took a bite out of the all nighter and didn't taste bacon. Took it apart and found 3 specs of bacon in this 8$ sandwich. When I asked about it I got "well that's how we do it now." Before I could say nevermind, just give me my money back she walks off with it, comes back and hands it to me with no changes and walks right back to the prep counter. Comes back with a bag of bacon crumbs to shoo me off. Wouldn't have minded the wait if the service and food weren't that bad.

Awful, awful, awful! Customer service was absent. There was no greeting from the employee working the drive thru window, said good-morning to her and thanked her, not a single word in response. Everything was tossed into the bag. The single bagel wasn’t toasted and barely had any shmear. But the brisket bagel….literally what on Earth is this?! If I’m paying nearly $10 for a BRISKET bagel, I, at the very least, expect to receive more than a pinch of brisket on a cold bagel. First and last experience at this location.
