First time bringing the family here. Was Pleasantly surprised at not only the quality and taste of the food but the price as well. We have been to any number of steak houses, they were much higher priced, and few were any better than what I was served here. We all got the steak and lobster. I got mine medium rare and it was spot on and tasted wonderful. The bread was good and our server, Jessica was a blessing. With my wife's allergies being bad and always an issue it is always a blessing when we get someone who is sympathetic to her issues and willing to help. She brought out anything in question and allowed us to look at the ingredients and decide for ourselves and that was much appreciated. Will definitely be back!

I ordered I believe what’s called the Alice Spring Chicken and it was only ok. A tad bit dry and not as tender as I would have liked. I also ordered a baked potato with house salad with were really good. Server was good as well

I love outback. I usually get the sirloin but got the ribeye there was a whole lot of fat. It probably had maybe 5 or of the 13 ounces that was edible. The potato and shrimp were amazing as always. My man’s filet was good. The salad, bread and blossom were outstanding. The drinks were good as well.

It has been a while since I’ve been to an Outback Steakhouse, but I was glad to have gone today. The restaurant was clean, the service was good enough, but my bone in ribeye was really good. The baked potato was baked perfectly, but it came with a sparse amount of fixings. However, the server had no problem bringing me more. Their salad was standard, but I really like their house ranch dressing. Always have. Back to that steak. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare, and it was pretty perfect, super tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly! I also had a glass of Shiraz which paired perfectly with it. My husband tried the Wallaby Darned and enjoyed it. I would’ve taken half a star for the restaurant having limited inventory, as we were there early, yet they had no prime rib, nor did they have coconut shrimp. That was really disappointing, because I was in that prime rib mood. Overall, that was a very good meal.

Update: Added 2 Stars for great customer service. They reached out to the Mr. and asked if this review was for his order. Whomever he spoke with apologized and took care of this to his satisfaction. We appreciate it and will give this location another shot. Original Review: This gets 2 stars for portion size. The pictures say enough about the old grease they used for everything. If it weren’t for the old grease, the Shrimp and Blooming Onions could’ve been good. The wings… no ma’am. Too much salt. My head still spinning. He didn’t even finish them. $50 wasted.

As you can see the photo I uploaded I was very disappointed the chicken that I ordered was supposed to have Brie cheese on top no Brie as you can see the small piece of chicken that looks like it was cut in half from a regular size chicken breast but yet this is supposed to be a $17.99 menu I did get the three course meal the cake looks fabulous the salad obviously looks good big enough portion you guys very disappointed on the entree. And needless to say the lady that took my order at the bar I gave her Part card and the rest in cash $25 in cash to be exact because my order was $45 needless to say she pocket that whole entire $25 cash and put it straight in her pocket so management team if you are reading this those are the kind of people you got working for you highly disappointed

Salad was old and withered and we were told it was tossed with the dressing however the dressing was served on the side with it! We asked them to take them back and remove them from our bill and the server did not! The chicken and steak meal was served without the gravy on the chicken as shown on the menu! My lobster was served without the butter! I had to ask for it! I don't think Outback is up to its standards anymore! Really sad@ we won't be returning!

The Outback at 6744 NW Loop 820 Fort Worth does not use the walaby darn recipe. They use appricots and not peaches. It does not taste good.

Worst "steak" I have ever been served. My serrated steak knife couldn't even cut it. They did take it off our ticket. I would never go to another Outback Steakhouse. Didn't deserve a single star.

Even customer service is full of it. I sent in a complaint to the website posted in the robotic response, only to not get any form of response.

I am so mad rn. I just spent $50 to leave hungry. Customer service at this location is lacking. I was given a tough filet I couldn't even SAW with my steak knife, my wife ordered a well done burger & was given a raw mushy cold burger... she spit it out & i lost my appetite. I spent $50 including a $15 cash tip i left for the server because I felt so bad & she didnt cook the food so she shouldn't suffer. This wasn't handled like it should have been. I shouldn't have had to pay for anything when both the entrees I ordered were not even close to properly cooked.

Last time eating here after years & years of coming here. I have been ordering the 6oz victoria's filet since outback opened. My last couple of visits the filet has been very small & once it was a sirloin. The steak is under seasoned as well as the potato. I had shrimp & scallops with my steak this time but they only tasted like strong seasonings & some weird thick butter sauce. Thankfully the bloom'n onion was good. The quality of restaurants is so low now there's simply no reason to go out.
