Razoo’s Cajun Cafe is a warm and welcoming spot that delivers a great overall dining experience. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The food is flavorful and well-prepared, with satisfying portions at very reasonable prices. Our experience was made even better by our waitress, Dasha, who took excellent care of us and truly made us feel welcome with her friendly and attentive service. Overall, Razoo’s is a fantastic choice for good Cajun food, great service, and great value. We’ll definitely be back!

Was there on 12/10/25 for company Christmas party and had a very enjoyable time. Jaime was our server and she was a rock-star! Got our drinks out fairly quickly as we were a large party. She was super helpful and polite. 10/10 I would sit in her section again! And the food was great. I had the stuffed chicken with the rice as my side and it was delicious! Overall 10 stars, but I can only give five sadly

We had Jordan as our server & he was AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The food was so good! Best Cajun I have ever had 👌 They were having a hard time in the kitchens, so our food took a long time, but the staff was SO friendly & the food was definitely worth the wait! And even though we didn't complain (they were busy so we completely understood), they still said the meal was on the house due to the delay, which just absolutely floored me & was such a nice thing that they definitely didn't have to do. We will 1000% be back, the food alone would have won me over, but the atmosphere & service just knocked it out of the park for us! 🩷

So I used to live in Lafayette so I’m kind of a self admitted Cajun food snob. That being said, the food here is delicious. It’s not a boojee pretentious place. It’s a solid Cajun food place that has great food at a great price. I had the chicken etoufee and it was fantastic. Dark roux based and full of flavor. Nothing crazy. Just delicious. I had a hard time deciding because of the fantastic menus choices. Red beans and rice, blackened redfish, jambalaya. Even chargrilled oysters! Highly recommend. Can’t recommend the gumbo even though I didn’t try it because they put okra and tomatoes in it. Iykyk!

We are out of town folk and we randomly stumbled upon this place. My son and I were a little skeptical, but very quickly, the skepticism went away. As soon as you set foot into the door, you're awed by the vibrant colors and the friendly staff. We were seated in a reasonable time frame given the full restaurant. The server was very friendly, provided great suggestions and was quick with our food. He checked on us frequently. The food delicious, it was our first time trying Cajun food. We bordered alligator tail, delicious btw, ordered a craw fish bowl (the name is escaping me), and blackened chicken. Absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I ate here on a whim. We had never been here before. The location is right in the heart of downtown Fort Worth located in Sundance Square. The food and service were spot on, the atmosphere left alot to be desired. It's very loud and doesn't lend itself for conversation, unless you're okay with yelling at your company to be heard. Our server was great and patient explaining the options and making recommendations. She was spot on. Highly recommend the chicken and sausage gumbo and the fried catfish.

This place is a vibe. Razzoo’s feels like Mardi Gras exploded onto the walls — neon signs, jewel-toned booths, glittery chandeliers, and a mosaic wall made entirely of colorful broken plates . It’s chaotic, loud, and unapologetically fun — exactly the kind of setting you’d expect for gator tail and voodoo shrimp. Tried the gator tail, voodoo shrimp, queso, and crawfish étouffée. The flavors were great — comforting, hearty, and full of personality. The voodoo shrimp was a standout and the étouffée had that rich, slow-cooked depth I love. The queso was creamy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly, my favorite bite of the night. I just wish they’d turn up the heat — it could definitely use a little more spice to match the atmosphere. The peach cobbler is amazing, perfect end to dinner! If you’re craving Cajun classics in a place that’s anything but boring, this one’s worth checking out. Come for the food, stay for the sensory overload.

Get some Cajun spice in your life! We are staying Downtown Fort Worth and wanted to grab something for dinner. Quite frankly our expectations weren’t high because it’s downtown, meals will probably be over rated and over priced, boy were we WRONG! The food was amazing! We had the grilled oysters as an appetizer, the red fish and stuffed shrimp. Then we just had to grab something for dessert to go. The spices were perfect, portions were large and price was better than expected. The atmosphere is a cafe style and the service was not bad. They have inside and outdoor seating. We chose inside because well, Texas is hotter than blue blazes….it was overall a great choice!

I was craving Southern cuisine and this place had everything I wanted. Gumbo, Etoufee, Jambalaya Gator etc. The service was good and all the dishes tasted like I was back in New Orleans! There was a lively atmosphere to match with the decor.

When work brought me to Ft Worth I was excited that there was a cajun inspired restaurant downtown. Growing up on the Gulf Coast placed a forever weak spot in my heart for Cajun, creole and anything of the like. I came during Happy Hour and started with Boudin balls and gator bites. They came out quick and blazing hot--yummy, a perfect start. I really wanted the Crawfish Etouffee but also had a taste for a few other things as well. In walked the Cajun Skillet which consists of Etouffee, Shrimp Creole, a cut of Andouille sausage, bread and red beans and rice. While the etouffee and creole dishes had a good flavor they lacked warmth as it seems they were platted and not sitting under a warming light. The rice dishes were light on substance and heavy on rice. Bread was smashed thin and lacked garlic inspiration. Service in the bar was excellent. I wanted to love this place but I will try one many other dining choices next tine.

Restaurant was super loud, service was not good. They brought the soup and appetizer out with the entrees, all at once. Gumbo was really spicy and wasn't advertised as spicy, and we dont mind some spice, it was too much. The stuffed shrimp was overcooked and there was barely any rice with it. The chicken was good, but the portion was small. Overall just overpriced for what you get these days. Our tab was 85 dollars for 1 appetizer, 1 gumbo, and 2 entrees, plus tip, and we got waters. Wasn't the worst experience, just a bad value at this point.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Razzoo’s. The visit started off rough the moment we walked in—the manager seemed completely thrown off by our party size, which wasn’t a great sign. It took way too long just to get drinks. Soft drinks took about 15 minutes, and the bar drinks took another 10 and didn’t even show up until the first round of food was served. Then things got even worse. Half of our table received their food, finished eating, and only after that were we told there was a “printer issue” and the rest of our meals hadn’t even been made. We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. In total, we waited there close to two hours for all of the food to come, and three plates came out wrong on top of everything else. To be clear, our server wasn’t the issue. He was working hard, staying on top of what he could, and he handled the situation better than anyone else there. The problems were definitely coming from the kitchen and management. The manager did end up taking a little bit off the bill. Pretty disappointing overall.

Portion sizes are now VERY TINY!!! I've been going here for almost 30 years and food was always top notch and portions were sizable. Now the portions, especially for grilled gator tail, have decreased to HALF the size it was a couple of years ago. The price definitely did not decrease. I will not be coming back.

The food is always amazing! Prior to my recent visit, the service had always been great! However, Tyrone was very UNPROFESSIONAL and did not attend to our table at all after taking our order. He also made statements that highly emphasized that he does NOT care for law enforcement. Tyrone is the sole reason I will NOT be returning to this location and have spread the word to my coworkers who regularly frequent this location.
