Consistent food, atmosphere, price, and service. You can't go wrong. Only thing I can recommend is if you can convince your family not to get onions in the burger if you're on a road trip with them because everyone will have onion breath in the car and it's not preferred.

We stopped to eat on our way home from Six Flags. The food and service was great. Also one of the co-workers gave my kids stickers and a hat.

This was only my second time eating at In-N-Out Burger after living in the area for over a year. I wanted to wash the debate regarding whether What-a-burger is better. Well, I still think both places are equal in ratings. But, I must say the In-N-Out staff provides great service and are extremely kind. Staff members such as Nate were extremely helpful and took great care in making sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back. The food is great as well.

Excellent In N Out location. Service and food are top notch. I appreciate the lower prices for a quality cheeseburger that this chain offers. This particular location has excellent service. The employee Cade in particular seemed to go above and beyond the typical expectation of a fast food restaurant, seeing that we had kids with us and willingly taking the food to our table for us. 100% recommend this spot for a quality cheeseburger

God bless in and out, I wish we had one in Decatur and I didn’t have to drive all the way to Denton. It’s such a blessing to be able to go order food get it in a timely manner. I’ve never had them mess it up. I have celiac and I order everything Protein style, which is incredible and it’s nice to be able to have the french fries because everything is safe. They always have great attitudes. The food is always amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say.

In-N-Out is the most consistent burger place in the world. Make sure you get that double double Every store has great customer service and quality food. French fries made out of actual potatoes. Always super clean and super friendly

Best burgers in town. Always get mine just how they come except I have them grill the onions. I get two for 12, my roommate eats three for 18. Their shakes are good too. Extremely good prices. I just wish they delivered. Definitely my favorite burger place!!!

This store is managed very well now, I used to come here a while back on January and the entire team looked like they didn't want to be there. Now they are so kind and uplifting. They even left a bite on my cup saying I'm Worth It! That made my day, my wife left me last month and been in a very bad spot. Smoothie King has made me feel better emotionally and physically. I’ve been coming to this location for about a month now. I pass 3 just to come to this one because of the customer service and attention to detail. It doesn’t matter who you get everyone is well equipped with the knowledge about what you want or need. I could go on and on but THEY DO THINGS RIGHT HERE, FAST WHEN NEED BE AND EFFICIENT!!! I was able to make it in on an early Saturday morning and although he was very busy with drive through orders, he greated me and let me know he would be with me shortly. My smoothie was perfect! After he rung up my drink I decided to purchase a B-12 drink similar to 5 hour energy shots and he still was pleasant and helped me with my purchase. I will definitely return to this location. It is located conveniently right off of the highway and the bathroom is very clean and maintained.

I am from Southern California and I know my In-N-Out. This location in Ft Worth was good, but their lettuce and tomatoes were not crisp and cold, like how they always are in CA, and the burger patties were a bit too salty. Still good, but I think California does it best still.

First time ever having a In and Out burger. I will say the burger was good tasting old school flavor and love that. The fries were different in taste to me. But overall i give them a B for sure.

Be ready to wait for your order. I made a walk in order to go. Waited for 15 minutes for my order. The place was very clean everyone was nice. Only 5 tables were taken. Not a busy day at 2pm

Ordered two smoothies; my wife & I's usual. Both smoothies weren't "blended" well. We could not consume either through straws. The staff weren't helpful at all. I love Smoothie King. Lucky for me there is another one on my way home. I won't be back to that location. I get service like that again at another location & Smoothie King will lose a customer entirely!

I had the worst experience at Smoothie King and I will never return. I was treated with blatant racism by staff who clearly didn’t care about customer service or basic human decency. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel like a bother, not a customer. They were more focused on closing the store than actually helping me, rushing through my order, rolling their eyes, and talking to each other like I wasn’t even there. When I asked a simple question about my drink, I was met with attitude and complete disregard. It was clear they didn’t want to serve me—and it felt like that had everything to do with who I am. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in a business before. Smoothie King should be ashamed to have employees who treat people like this. If this is how you allow your staff to behave, especially when it comes to racial bias and disrespect, you’ve lost not only my business—but the business of anyone who values equality and basic decency. DO BETTER.

Cashier has no idea how to do her job or to accept points and rewards through the app. Charged $17 for a toast and a 20 oz smoothie. Only after reminding her that we ordered a small 20 oz did she take five minutes consulting with a more experienced staff member and reduced it to $14. Pathetic. Go to a different location if you expect anything resembling average service and quality.
