LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. Amazing yummy selection of all kinds of teas/drinks! My go-to would definitely have to be the Mango Green Milk Tea w/ Boba! SO REFRESHING 💖✨ wish they had popping boba/bubbles, add that to the menu AND MY HEART IS YOURS!!! (pictured is the Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea)

We went to the grand opening and it was packed! Totally worth the wait which really wasn't that long considering the amount of people who ordered (and the four people who ordered 20 drinks for themselves) and were waiting. I got the kiwi fruit with aiyu jelly and it was amazing, my husband got the Okinawa pearl milk tea and again, it was amazing. I am a huge boba person and even make my own drinks at home but I love trying places around me to get new flavors. Since it's only 10 minutes away it was a no brainer that I had to visit ! Love it and will definitely be returning!!!

Our drinks came out quick and tasted great! Mel was super nice and provided awesome recommendations!!

I went yesterday with my kids. Ivan was friendly, patient and gave me great recommendations for first time boba drinkers! It was a little busy but we still got our drinks quickly. Love that they have games to play.

Had a fantastic experience here! I came in today for the first time ever and I got the friendliest reception from the service staff.

The two ladies working tonight were awesome. They both greeted me and approached me with nothing but kindness. They were so sweet and willing, and my boba drink was buttoned up to the TOP. As a native Minnesotan, this was my first experience here in Texas having a Sharetea drink. It was exemplary, and will definitely be a staple visit whenever I’m in town. Would come again, keep it up guys.

I went yesterday with my kids. Ivan was friendly, patient and gave me great recommendations for first time boba drinkers! It was a little busy but we still got our drinks quickly. Love that they have games to play.

The bubble tea here is really good, pretty standard bubble tea shop setup, you choose your drink/ice level/sugar level. They put a TON of boba compared to other places. The shop itself was clean, spacious, they had some tables and board games as well. The only thing that I think could have been better is the boba was incredibly chewy. It wasn't bad by any means, but I've never experienced bubble tea where I got tired of chewing half way through my drink.

Always receive the absolute worst service at this location from the baristas, they are always extremely rude and extremely slow. Nick is the only good worker left at this location, all of the other staff is constantly on their phones and act irritated to take any orders when the store is completely empty otherwise. Drinks are good but cannot say the same for customer service.

I visited Sharetea on Sunday, 5/18 around 1 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The drinks were filled with too much ice, even though I ordered regular ice, it felt more like extra ice. More importantly, the customer service needs improvement. There was this one girl working the front, and while my friend was still deciding what to order, she showed clear impatience and rudely asked, “Anything else?” without a smile or any courtesy. When we picked up our drinks, there was no thank you or acknowledgment at all. It wasn’t even busy there were no other customers inside at the time so there was no reason for the unfriendly attitude. There are definitely other places in the area that offer better customer service. I hope this location can work on improving how they treat their customers 😪

Go to a different boba place. I visit this location two days ago with my husband and ordered a matcha pearl milk tea while my husband ordered the panda milk tea. Today I brought my two daughters to order again the matcha pearl milk tea, but the employee must have heard our order wrong even though when asked what kind of tea I wanted I told him Matcha! When we picked up our drinks it was wrong so we let one of the female employees know and she asked for us to pay for the difference in price which was fine. Then that employee leaves to the back leaving one female employee alone making all the drinks. I waited 20 minutes for my drinks only because I had to ask for them. The worst part was that she made me feel like it was my mistake. I don’t expect great customer service but the attitude directed to me was not needed when it was the male employees mistake. There were so many employees there, but only 1 making drinks? I actually lost my cool. If you end up going here don’t tip at register. Tip in cash after you get your drink because the service most likely will be terrible. Read the reviews on google and yelp. It’s an often occurrence. Just save yourself the frustration and time. Go to Gongcha or Ding Tea where it’s always pleasant.

Secondly, when asked about it to the order giver, she said this is our ideal way, and that’s how it is. The result such a bland milk tea. Felt like having just iced mild. Lastly, it’s so pricey for the peculiar quality they give. I have been going to Gong Cha and they proved yet again that they are the best by far. I had no choice but to try Share Tea due to traffic and experience was horrendous, would neither recommend nor come back again.

Showed up on Sunday just for boba, turns out there’s no boba on a Sunday at 7:00 pm. And there’s one hour wait until there’s some more. How’s the one thing people show up for not available?.

Usually love grabbing my coffee boba here before work, but today was a whole mess. Three employees just sitting around, didn’t even check online orders. The girl with glasses was rude and unprofessional—gave pure attitude for no reason. Do better, Sharetea Fort Worth.
