New location near my area where I live. Clean Location, Friendly staff. First time trying Pollo Campero. A Guatemala based chicken fast food chain. The name translates to Country Chicken and definitely a different taste! Good Sides. Worth trying :) I would try again sometime

Wow. This place is amazing. The chicken is absolutely delicious. I ordered the 4 piece meal half Campero fried and half roasted. Both are so delicious.

I ordered 3 piece chicken meal and it cost less than $10 before tax! It came with one side but no drink. The chicken was very good! Tasted similar to Gus's fried chicken. Will definitely go back!

Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and presentation on a cute colorful plate. Staff very friendly and location very clean. Music was delightful but lacked an occasional Latin style mix of vibes. Honestly, the whole experience was Excellent!!!! I shared my experience with my coworkers and family. Thank you all for your hard work, commitment and Great Pollo!! PS: The chicken breast was not dry!!!!!!! Very moist and juicy!

The food is always great! The service is absolutely top-notch every time. I've tried the fried chicken, the grilled chicken, the nuggets, and a few sides and the Jamaica drink. All awesome! The nuggets some times take a little time, but they are worth the wait. Going back to the service being awesome, I was waiting for my nuggets today, and they came to the table to offer me a complimentary dessert for my wait. That doesn't happen often at other restaurants.

Claudia makes this place better, she is very nice and helpful. Her customer service is excellent she even gave us chicken empanadas so we could try them ☺️ we will be coming back for sure because of her

Definitely worth the money. Everything was hot and fresh , I tried every side and was impressed. I got fried chicken and it was so flavorful and juicy and had way more chicken than bone - unlike other places ! Overall I loved it here .

First of all, the manager Claudia was the nicest, most attentive worker I’ve ever met. She literally made us feel like we were in a 5 star restaurant. She catered to our every need and the food was amazing too! Will DEFINITELY be coming back !!!!

The flavor of the fried chicken was spectacular. Order at the counter and have your food delivered to your table, with actual silverware. No plastic utensils. I will definitely be back for more.

Been meaning to try this place since I saw it pop up. I'm glad I finally did! The food was great. Chicken was actually seasoned which I love. So you got a little taste of the seasoning as you eat.

The chicken is very good. Seasoned almost to perfection. No complaints on the food quality and taste. Downside is that it's difficult to communicate with some of the staff due to language barrier.

Easy to miss but worth finding—this small Guatemalan chicken spot off the N. Freeway in the Alliance area is clean, colorful, and welcoming. We had the grilled two-piece and a chicken sandwich, both with yucca fries and Jamaica drinks. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the prices were great. There was a small delay with my order, but they apologized and kept me informed, which I appreciated. A solid stop in a busy area.

Restaurant was clean and eye-friendly. Food was good, just not up to my anticipation, no real difference from other fried chicken places. Workers seemed confused, or not fluent in the English language. Handicapped parking is convenient.

The chicken tasted old like it had been reheated or just sat there for a long time. The tortillas were cold and our Mac and cheese was also cold. I was expecting to have fresh and flavorful food, but after this experience, I don’t know if I will be going back. I hope they take these reviews into account as these next few weeks will be crucial when gaining new clientele.

The chicken sandwiches might be better in taste, but we didn’t order any. El Pollo Loco, is definitely better, and this appears to be a “copycat version”, that isn’t all that good. I will say the beans are pretty tasty, but the rice is awful, the cole slaw needs a lot of work (too wet and drowned in mayo and sugar), and overall we just didn’t enjoy it. It’s a new eatery, so maybe with time, they will adjust somethings. Try it yourself, because your experience could be different from ours.

I ordered the two piece Meal. Man I was looking forward to trying this place too. The breast roasted undercooked. The Yucca fires cold and not crispy. Then you get a second side ( a roll or tortilla) i choose neither. The flavor was not good to me. No drink included. No options to choose what part of the dark meat you would like. They sent me a nasty tasting wing skin on chicken was so soft ot was nasty. I roast my chicken just right and have crispy skin. I won't eat here again. Cowboy chicken is where it's at and worth the price.
