This was the slow roasted blue moon butter chicken. It was savory with just a hint of spice. The potatoes were perfect soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. The collard greens could have been a little better they were kinda dry. The place was inviting and everyone was so nice.
Early Sunday Brunch, with reservation. Promptly seated, attended to by Amber. Our order of included steak and eggs, Banana Foster French toast, side of cheese grits, Bloody Mary. Delicious options. Steak was cooked to what we deemed med-rare, and tasty. The French toast was also delicious- the toast was toasted just right. Atmosphere was pleasantly not obnoxiously loud- we could carry on a conversation and not have to yell at one another. Recommend and would dine here again.
The short rib pasta is really good. Aaron was my server and he was great! I asked about the tres leches cake and I feel like he gave an honest answer instead of just upselling me!! (It was great btw). Dog friendly patio! They got my dog water :) overall I love coming here always great!
Came in today and had amazing service from Stephanie. Meghan the manager even came around to say hi! Highly recommend the new salmon crab cakes especially if you like spicy! Steak flat bread was another delight along with the most crispy wings! We tried the 10 piece and got two flavors, black truffle and the kicken ranch. The chef definitely created a new flavor with that kicken ranch. Best wings we have ever had! Shrimp and grits was packed with a ton of flavor and even tried their new strawberry vinaigrette dressing (made in house) was very refreshing! Thank you social house!
Everything here was great honestly. Ordered wine, was given a generous pour. Ordered the pasta with short ribs and I’m still thinking about it a day later it was so good. Service was so nice I was almost a bit concerned they were being held hostage or something. Jk… mostly. Would eat here again 10/10. Only thing I might suggest is I could have gone with the music being turned down about 15%. Bit loud.
My husband & I celebrated our anniversary there last night. My husband chose this and he knew I wasn’t the bougie type, I wanted simple, but fun. We absolutely LOVED it! The drinks, the food (a must try is the buffalo fried calamari), the atmosphere…and should you go, ask for Preston’s section. He was great! Stopped by often enough to check on us but still let us have our time together! Preston, we will definitely be back to see you! Oh…and another must try is the Shrimp N’ Grits!!
Definitely a great choice for downtown Fort Worth. Wanted to grab a birthday dinner before heading out to the bars and this was the perfect place to start the night. I had the Bison Burger and it was really good. I would say that it potentially could have used just a tad more seasoning but I still greatly enjoyed it. Definitely a spot that I will be coming back to so I can keep trying the rest of the menu. Our waiter was awesome and super friendly.
Great food and environment to celebrate my birthday. We sat on the patio this time. I always get the crab cakes with side of asparagus and it was YUM! Hummas and fresh pita bread was a great start. Strawberry margaritas on the rocks with sugar rim. Our server even threw in a birthday shot. Love this place!!
We enjoyed our private dining reservation at this location in celebration of my daughter and son's high school graduation. Kyle provided exceptional service and I loved the shrimp and grits!!! The mimosa tower was also a hit! Our entire party enjoyed brunch! Side note: The capacity for the private dining room is 24. However, it's an extremely tight space and I believe 24 is pushing it...I wouldn't suggest having over 15 in the room to sit and eat comfortably.
Yowza! Stumbled across this mighty fine establishment after being in attendance at a concert for nine hours. Was famished to say the least; and this fine, honorable, and respectable establishment was able to squeeze our order in despite the fact that their kitchen was closing within five minutes of our arrival. The food arrived quickly, but tasted as though it had been crafted with the utmost care and chefery that would take forever to craft! Also, I have had many grilled cheeses during my residence on Earth, and this unique grilled cheese concoction with prosciutto and apples was by far the best! Quite pleased.
The service alone made this a 5-star experience!! Our server Frankie was so amazing. She had such a fun energy and was very helpful with food and drink suggestions. Overall we enjoyed the food. We got fried pickles and onion strings for an appetizer which we wish were fried harder/crispier but as you can see the portions were very large! Personally was not a fan of the Turkey burger. It was very unique in flavor and not as savory/juicy as I had envisioned. However!!! The pastas are great! The Spicy Shrimp Arrabiata definitely had a kick but the flavor was still amazing! Same was said about the flavor of the Braised Short Rib Pasta. Also loved the little toast that came with it! Drinks were also good. The blackberry sage mule is super refreshing! And for being on tap still tastes like a quality drink. If ever in Fort Worth again, would definitely go back!!
Braised Beef Short Rib!! 🐄 An incredible experience! Fall off the bone tender with a gravy that compliments this and makes it memorable. The cheese grits and asparagus were a treat as well. Hats off to Ally she's awesome! The Bison Burger 🍔 ! Excellently made, well balanced, and the grilled onions rocked! Sydney (waitress) is a super 🌟!
Usually, come sit at the bar on Fridays. Bartender is always attentive. Beer is cold and the food is good. Had the Short Rib Pasta last go around and really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a nice casual spot with a lot of beer choices, this is the place to visit. Recommend both Pasta plates and their steak sandwich is also very tasty.
We were on a double date that started at Kung Fu Salon. They weren't serving food, so we walked the couple of blocks to Social House. They validate parking, which is nice. We were welcomed and seated quickly on a Friday night. It was nice sitting by the fireplace since it was a cold outside, and we had just had a short stroll in it.😁 Our waitress was great, I hate I forgot her name.😕 There were so many delicious options, it was hard to choose. We tried the salmon croquet sliders. They were very tasty. 😋 I had salmon asparagus and mac & cheese. It was all very good. I would have liked my asparagus a little less cooked, but it still had a good flavor, and I would still order again. I also did the margarita flight. It was just enough of each one and a nice way to sample. Everyone one enjoyed their food, Chicken Fried steak, shrimp and grits and Buffalo Chicken sliders. The sliders were big, they were almost like a sandwich! Will definitely go back to Social House!🤩
Barbara is Amazing!! Her hospitality is awesome. She made me and my husband feel like family!! Thank you Barbara we will be back!!!
Great food - first time here and really enjoyed it. Barbara took great care of us and answered all of our questions about the menu. Will be back for sure!
Valeria the host from san Luis was awesome. What an incredible work ethic. She made sure we had an incredible experience at social house.
Came here with my fiancé and had a great time. Stephanie provided us with amazing service and the food was great. 10/10, we will definitely be coming back!
We always have a wonderful experience at the Social House! Josie & Michael are great on the bar and we always enjoy visiting with them when we’re in town! Great food, drink and atmosphere!!
Went there for brunch was very satisfied with the food & service. Barbara was so nice & helping. The drinks were amazing. They have a variety options from food & drinks.
We had Great time at the Social House with our family. 4 of us came in for brunch, and the food did not disappoint. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich and their Bloody Mary. Great spot for a midday meal!
Barbara, the bartender, prepared an absolutely delicious Tito’s Bloody Mary! Go see her and tip her as deserved! Well earned. Thank you Barbara! 😎

WOW! Came to town for the rodeo and had the best bison burger in the world! The only thing better was my server, Barbara! She was attentive, efficient, and kind. Will definitely be back! Thanks!
Josie the bartender was great; very kind and recommended items off the menu with knowledge. Nice happy hour options 3-6 M-F. Apparently you also get a free shot on your birthday !
Barbara was amazing! She was so sweet and incredibly helpful with the menu, making great suggestions and making us feel comfortable the whole time. Service like hers really makes a difference. Thank you, Barbara! :)
The service is amazing. My mom got the short rib pasta. I got the Chicken pasta and added shrimp. It was just okay. Reminded me of the Olive Garden. Nothing to write home about. Nice size portions.
We love the social House when we are in town! Josie & Michael are the best! They are very personable and professional! We enjoy their company and look forward to always coming back!
I had a great experience at Social House. The food was good and the environment was inviting. Stephanie provided amazing service and answered all of our questions. I would come back!
I have not been into this restaurant in at least five years. But was in the neighborhood and dropped in for Saturday brunch. From beginning to end I was very pleased. It was around 1:00 on a Saturday and we were seated quickly. Our server (wish I could remember her name!) recommended an awesome drink to help a hangover! Food, service, and atmosphere were absolutely great. Thank you!
Stephanie made our visit outstanding. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The short rib pasta was absolutely amazing! Rich, tender, and packed with flavor. My drink was never empty thanks to her great timing and attention to detail. Service like this makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back!
The bartender Josie is absolutely the greatest.!!! Very attentive great at her job very spunky great smile, and beautiful soul. If you were around to catch her when you are at the spot. You should feel lucky. We always come back just to see her
Came to have drinks with the bestie and get some work done. Barbara was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was so attentive without being over bearing. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I will be coming back to see her. I already got her schedule. Thank you so much Barbara for being an amazing bartender. I appreciate you so much!!!!
We visited The Social House twice in one day and both experiences were great! We were meeting several people there to eat prior to us all going to a show nearby. Validating parking was super easy and we got several hours for free. Due to this, we drove 1 car over to our event, so we only had to pay for 1 car to park at the event location instead of 2. We then came back to The Social House after the event to have a couple of drinks and get desert, since we had to drop our friends off at their car. Both times we had no wait and the service was excellent. The food and mixed drinks we had were very good as well. We had the Salmon Croquette Sliders and they were FANTASTIC! We also had the bison burger with regular fries. The burger was good, but the fries were very delicious. For dessert we had the Mont Blanc and it was awesome. We tried a few other dishes people at the table ordered and all of them tasted great. Would definitely recommend and next time we are in Fort Worth we will be stopping by.
Just had lunch there today! We had Steph, she was absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail and bright personality made our lunch so special! She was wonderful and we will be back again
The Social House is an absolute gem, but the real reason this place deserves five stars is Barbara. Barbara didn’t just provide service — she served. Impeccable vibes, flawless energy, and handled everything like a true icon. Slay behavior in the most respectful, professional, angel-on-earth way possible. If there’s a heaven, Barbara already has a reserved seat. Will 100% be back and will be asking for her by name.
Girlfriend and I walked in from out of town after watching a fantastic play at Casa Manana on Valentines Day at 7PM... without a reservation (what on earth am I thinking, right?). Met Greg at the front stand; I don't know how he did it, but he graciously took us in and accommodated us. Greg is our hero! this guy should run for president! He seated us next to a fire pit, what a great ambiance. Sierra was our waitress and WOW, what a pleasant young lady she was! She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and answered all of our questions with such enthusiastic excitement. She made a few recommendations that we both went with. It's as if she knew what we wanted... before WE knew what we wanted. The food was absolutely amazing! Sierra carried a conservation in such a polite and upbeat manner. We wouldn't have minded if she pulled up a chair and dined with us! Sierra is definitely an asset to this organization. We would gladly take this 2-hour road trip daily to dine at Social House, just to see Greg and have Sierra provide the outstanding service we received. Thank you both for giving us a great memory we will never forget. Can't wait to see y'all again!
My experience here was pretty good. I ordered the fish and chips with a side of Caesar salad. It was a large meal. The side salad was a regular bowl size. The fries were thin, but tasty and the fish was beer battered with a noticeable beer flavor. Our server was personable and attentive and i appreciated that it was open so late.
Always love coming here! Barbara is always awesome, comes and says hello to me by name even when she’s not taking care of me. Highly recommend! Really good happy hour and very popular spot for weekend brunch.
100% recomendable familiar de negocios cómodo y confiable 👌

I’m not from Texas and wanted a low key good experience for my birthday yesterday, so went here! Atmosphere is a 10/10- they have outdoor patio seating, and indoor seating and a nice selection of decor and amazing ambiance!! I had a margarita flight and boy the drinks and the strength didn’t disappoint!! The blueberry lemon drop was amazing as well!! I loved the option of self seating and our waitress/ hostess was amazing and attentive! She even brought me out a celebratory slice of chocolate cake!
After a fantastic day serving delicious food from my food truck at the Ft Worth Stock Show, we were craving a spot to savor a delightful meal in a wonderful ambiance and unwind and we did that next to the gas fireplace... I really wanted to try the fish n chips but they don’t have cocktail sauce and I despise Tarter so instead I enjoyed an amazing bison burger and fries, while my wife savored the chicken brûlée salad... Everything was delicious, and we are already looking forward to returning.
Our party of 4 arrived shortly after opening @10am snd there was already a good amount of people seated. We did not have to wait for a table so the timing was great since around 11 or so we noticed a line starting to form at the entrance. We have visited this establishment a few times already and usually we have a good time eating and drinking. The drinks are a little pricey but delicious, worth it imo. The food, unfortunately, is usually subpar at best. The chicken and waffles are usually a safe order but otherwise, nothing worth mentioning. This last visit, I ordered the chilaquiles and they were such a let down I couldn't even finish them. Aside from being dry, they were missing the avocado mousse and queso fresco. The ambiance is a lot of fun and the drinks are great - which is why we keep coming back. If you're just looking for a place to drink and hang out - def recommend.
Social House is a really nice establishment with a patio. We went on the 4th and babe got the BBQ hamburger, which he said was spicy but really good. He also got the onion ring thingys with sauce, and I can vouch, those were amazeballs. I got the spicy red sauce shrimp pasta. It was spicy, which I love, but it literally taste like a Supreme pizza with shrimp. I'd definitely try something else next time. Babe had a cherry old fashioned and we are old fashioned specialists lol, and he said it was amazing!!! I had a good sweet tea. My 1st cup had a small bug in it, but the 2nd cup was great. Our service was good and we will come back if in the area. Maybe when it's cooler to sit on the patio. I was cold inside. Lots of parking around around. Hope you like the pics . Not a 5 but still Elle Approved.
Great spot and would come again! The menu seems fairly priced with a good happy hour M-F. We ordered a frozen mojito that was absolutely delicious. Then we split a pesto chicken flatbread as an appetizer which was also quite good (probably wouldn't want to pay regular $14, but half off for happy hour at $7 felt good). Both of our entrees were good and there were plenty of desirable things on the menu. Casual, bar atmosphere. Good area to walk around in and they also validate parking IF you park in the garage!
A little more lively/noisy than I like, but the food and the service were good. The fish & chips were tasty - even as leftovers. Parking here is tricky. Don't scan the code in the garage - just make sure you scan the code in the restaurant for a 4 hour free parking pass. (Otherwise, they'll charge you like $34 for parking.)
We were looking for a fun place for brunch with friends today and decided to try out The Social House. The staff were accommodating when our reservation went from 4 to 5, for which we were grateful. We had beignets, coffee, short rib hash, and shrimp and grits. We loved the addition of mustard greens in the hash and shrimp and grits. The food tasted great. Lively atmosphere for Sunday brunch.
I can see the appeal of this place. Very esthetic kind of brunch place. I came right as they opened on Saturday and there was plenty of open seats. Staff was friendly and attentive and food came out pretty quick! The coffee was huuuge which was nice and the food was decent! But for the price was a bit high for a basic breakfast (I got the all American breakfast with a waffle and coffee) and it was roughly 25 with tip. Although the flavors were different than your average place it was by no goes leaps and bounds different. Id say this is a cool place to go once in a blue moon to chill with friends and have a good time.
My food was not great. Got the steak sandwich and added avocado. Sandwich had very poor flavor, aoili was not good at all. I will say the steak was small.chunks and very very tender which I enjoyed. I got a side Cesar so can't rate fries. The desert was amazing though! I can't remember the name, but was basically strawberry shortcake with ice cream (far right). I got a mixed drink that I forget the name of, but was jalapeño Infused with berry flavor. Great and decently strong. Steak Sandwich: 3 Desert: 10 Drink: 8.5 The customer service was phenomenal, seriously. From the second I hit the door the hostess was incredibly friendly and was cool with just chatting while I waited on my party. Would definitely go again. My friends ALL enjoyed their food and deserts! Cheesecake, and Banana Fosters.
This was a nice vibe the atmosphere was very welcoming. The drinks were 🔥🔥🔥. I had the meatloaf it wasn't great but it wasn't bad. I would give it a 3 out of 5 rating. The macaroni was a 2 out of 5. My wife had the pasta and she rated it as a 3.5 out of 5. All in all this was a good outing
Definitely worth the trip! Waitress was so nice, food was great, and the atmosphere was nice! Also parking lot right by the area.
Good happy hour apps & beverages. Waitress (Autumn) was super nice, attentive & polite! Atmosphere was middle of the road sports bar oriented; every single screen had a game on. The sports bar theme didn’t compliment holiday cheer or their cool FTW location & their menu -might as well be in the suburbs (w free parking).
All of the appetizers were fantastic. The beef shortrib pasta was great. My Ribeye, was mediocre at best. Would definitely go back but would not order the steak again.
Food was quite good. We were there for a brunch. There were approximately 10 of us in a private room. Service was attentive, atmosphere fine. Coffee was much needed and tasted great. Bloody Mary's were wonderful.
Es buen sitio para jóvenes la comida es buena.
Excelente ambiente, atención, la comida
The food was not seasoned at all. The service was good. The food was a little pricey and the bathroom needed to be cleaned. I'm glad I gave them a try however I have no desire to return. On a positive note their pineapple margarita was AMAZING!!!! The margarita flight is expensive for the amount that you get.
This is a great location with a really nice outdoor patio. At the hostess desk they post a sign boasting they don’t use plastic straws in their establishment due to environmental reasons- which is fantastic- although I saw a few tables with drinks and straws..including my own Moscow Mule..so it appears they do use straws, or have them if you need them I guess :/ Entrees seem a bit overpriced, but it was still a nice meal. Plus our server was friendly and attentive so that made for a very good experience!
Hubby and I grabbed a bite before heading home. Social House is conveniently located across from Movie Tavern, so we decided to have our anniversary dinner there after watching a movie. The whole experience was okay. Our server treated us to dessert, which was nice of him. I figured I'd try something different and was sadly disappointed, the bananas foster was definitely not for us. The decor and bar are nice. It was also a bit pricey for the House Specialties. Other than that the company was great and we had a fantastic evening 😃
If you like small portions, poorly seasoned food, and prices that do not reflect the latter qualities, Social House is your spot. I visited the establishment for brunch on a Saturday and payed $55 for plain potatoes, bland avocado, and a portion that would have cost $10 at any other joint. The service was fine though.
Good job the food was good because the rest is mediocre at best. Salmon sliders were delicious and the restaurant was pretty full but service was fine but the waitress didn’t know drink ingredients and there were flecks of something in my cocktail and it was remade but came in a different small glass. The back hallway was filthy and while the ladies room is under renovation and it looks like it’s going to be nicer it’s pretty gross right now. Chairs at our table were pretty worn and uncomfortable like a mattress that had been slept on too long.
I’m disappointed with my recent visit to Social House in Fort Worth. We arrived at 3:35 PM and were seated around 3:40, but brunch service was already cut off by 3:45 even though we arrived before 4:00. That felt misleading and inconvenient, especially for guests traveling from long distances. Coffee order issue: my cup arrived barely warm, with the Bailey’s shot delivered separately in a small cup rather than a shot glass, and delivered minutes after the coffee. The timing and presentation were off, and it detracted from the drink experience because my coffee turned cold quickly. Expresso Martini: served in a very small glass and topped with a lot of whipped cream. The drink was overly strong for my daughter, to the point of needing help to finish it. Shrimp and grits: portion consisted of only a teaspoon of grits hidden under greens and Cajun sauce. When we asked for more, we were charged $5 for an additional bowl, which felt excessive. Despite leaving a generous tip, the service and quality didn’t meet expectations, especially given our history with the restaurant. It’s disappointing to see a once-frequent spot decline in both service and value. If management wants to respond, I’d welcome a constructive reply addressing brunch timing transparency, drink presentation, and portion/deal pricing.
It's just okay. Bar counter is very old and looks nice from a distance. When you touch it, you realize the clear finish is peeling off and flaking off of it. Definitely needs to be refinished but would look great afterwards. Not particularly clean. I went when it wasn't very busy but still there was debris and some food scattered on the floor in a few places. There were two hostesses that were only moderately friendly. Bartender was nice and quick though the drink, Moscow mule, was disappointing. Might be fine for a hang out place if it's near you.
Nada fuera de lo común. Buenas hamburguesas
The wife and I had lunch Friday at the social house. We started with the Crab cakes that were delicious but small. She order the chicken fried chicken with green beans and mashed potato’s. The chicken came out hot and delicious but the green beans and mashed potatoes came out cold. I ordered the fish and chips, the fish was very delicious but the fries/chips were so greasy and soggy. The fires were limper than noodles, very gross!
I went to The Social House Dallas for lunch with moderate expectations, hoping for something decent to satisfy a craving. Unfortunately, I left disappointed. The meatball appetizer lacked flavor, though the bread served with it was delicious, crispy, buttery, and full of flavor. My ribeye, which I ordered medium, first arrived well done and was dry and under seasoned. They tried to fix the mistake, but the second ribeye was closer to rare and had a grayish color that was not very appealing. On the bright side, the asparagus was tasty after I added salt and pepper at the table. The sweet potato fries were crispy and perfectly fine. The service was mixed. The hostess was not very welcoming, but my waitress was kind, accommodating, and clearly tried her best to improve the experience. Despite her efforts, the ribeye just did not deliver. I probably would not return.
Place is at 25% occupancy. Bartenders and staff milling around, chatting having fun while my husband waits 10 minutes for his 1st beer after being told the keg was being changed. Burger was delivered. Had to wait another 10 mins for mayo because there was zero staff on the floor. Had to get up to go find someone Then, waited 15 minutes for the 2nd beer while staff is huddled up at the end of the bar laughing and having fun. Waiter made excuses. They comped the beers but that's not the point. Someone needs to ensure their staff is focused on their patrons' experience rather than acting like a bunch kids at a frat house.
I called ahead to book a table. When we got there on time they said that they didn’t have a reservation for us. She asked if I called this location. I double checked and yes I did. She then said we don’t take reservations for the same day. Well after all that they finally seated us and we ordered. A $40 steak was a 1/2” thick and bland. The potatoes were chunky and dry the asparagus was ok but a lot was like a tree root. It’s a not return for me.
My food was ice cold, my girlfriend's plate hot as Satan's beard. I had to send mine back. The service was not great so i had to wait a long time just to tell her it was cold. Service normally is bad when the gratuity is automatically included on the bill. I left a cash tip because I don't really look at the bill so she got a nice 40% tip. I hope she provides better service to the next person. I have no reason to ever go back and unfortunately can't recommend this place. Same experience as an Applebee's but more expensive.
The service was terrible, the chicken sandwiches tasted rubbery, the burger and steak sandwiches were good but that was all. The server claimed it was busy and didn’t check on us from the time we got the food for 40min, yet she was chatting with another server. Finally when she came didn’t care to ask how anything was, and took foreverrrr to bring the check. Sadly this ruined the vibe. Although the place itself is cute. $17 for a rubbery chicken sandwhich, won’t be back.
The food was subpar. My first choice was salmon. After one bite, I was displeased with the taste and texture of the salmon. So, I decided to play it safe by ordering a burger and fries. Big mistake! Why would you serve a dish that looks subpar??? The tomatoes need life support and the fries were scraps. That's all I am going to say.
The best thing about this place was the water. The atmosphere was ok and the service was good. The food…..honestly some of the blandest tasting food ever. I ordered the past with the rib meat and it was bleh. My husband ordered roasted chicken with greens. The greens were horrible. I don’t know what others are talking about but this restaurant left me underwhelmed definitely especially considering the cost of the food.
Terrible service we went in and ordered our food and this dude literally started ignoring us out of no where saying we aren't acting right bare in mind we go to this place and order the same thing every Sunday. there was four of us and he only served a beer to the one with the same ethnicity. We ended up eating with not even water to drink. The manager cane over to address the issue and she too had attitude at the end trying to tell us to shut up. Still great food there not gonna lie amazing Atlantic salmon.
I had a really disappointing experience tonight. When I arrived to pick up my to-go order (which I had placed about 15 minutes earlier), the bartender with red hair didn’t greet me or seem welcoming at all. As I was standing there waiting, my order suddenly showed as canceled. When I showed the waitress the cancellation, she acted surprised as if it just happened on its own — but it definitely seemed like someone at the restaurant had canceled it. When I sat at the bar, the manager came up but didn’t apologize, didn’t ask about my order, and made no effort to fix the situation. I ended up having to reorder everything and wait all over again because I didn’t have time to go somewhere else. Overall, the service was careless and unprofessional. Definitely not the level of customer service I’d expect, especially at night when it wasn’t even busy.
