I tried giving the benefit of the doubt cause they were super busy, but I ordered my food w/ cash and waited almost 1 hour before I noticed they weren’t even making my food. They asked my order name on 2 different occasions and still didn’t even notice I was waiting until I said something. People still use cash these days and they need someone paying attention at the register. Thoroughly disappointed.

I prefer a burger of cheese, but in a punch 10 nuggets of chicken will suffice. Occasionally I will settle for the steak chalupa with a baja blast.

I went to order then I asked for a key to the bathroom. The lady at the register said she can only open the restrooms for customers. I told her I placed an order, she went to repeat that the bathroom was only for customers, I told her my order. If they would have been paying attention to customers coming in, they would have seen me placing an order on the kiosk.

I originally have this location a 5 Star for great service, but my last visit there was the worst ever. I ordered the food like I normally do on the app but when I went threw the checkout it said oops there an error with the transaction. But I get a notification that I was charged 9.74 to my account. So when I show up I show the manager and she acts like she can't be bothered. So I order it again to show her in case she thinks I'm lying. It does it again and I'm charged 9.74 again. They refuse to help and say the app is not their problem. I call headquarters and they tell me the same thing when this is 100% an app issue.

The women's bathroom has no locks on there stalls. Both doors are off frame so neither lock.

The food came out quickly. Cantina tacos were prepared the way they should be, but the chips were stale. I used to work at a Taco Bell so I know how to make all of these things from my experience and I know when things were held too long. It was 2pm at that point and there were at least 5 people on the floor. They open at 7. It takes 10 minutes to prep chips. No good excuse for them to be old. Not only that, but the lobby was a complete mess, even though an older woman was walking around with no sense of urgency acting like she was cleaning. How can you be standing around doing nothing, and miss the tables with crumbs all over the surface and chairs? They also didn't check the screens for my drink when I was served, and didn't bother to communicate to their cashier working at the front to make one for my order. All it takes is a "hey, can you make a (x) freeze for this order?" "heard" that's it. Not that difficult. She was also rude when I asked for utensils. When I was eating inside, the woman working the driver through was yelling at the top of her lungs as well. Couldn't even eat in peace. Not coming back. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible communication with each other. I know myself how easy it is to do better than this. This store needs to raise their standards.

I ordered about $30 in food paid and asked to use the bathroom, I think her name was Jackie she said wait. I did. She said leave your purse out side the door so I asked if she was going to be responsible for the money and credit cards inside and she made an audible sound and rolled her eyes and days YA RIGHT. I have made$97,000 in the last 3 months paid$19,000 in taxes on 13 hand paid Jack pots not that that matters but this all came about because quest gave me the free gift which happened to be a blanket and stupid me I stopped on the way home at Taco Bell to be treated like garbage by a 20 year old that doesn't even make in a year what I do not even 5 years she should be fired and they manager demoted for allowing these employees to treat customers like garbage because they see a blanket and assume I'm homeless. I will never EVER eat at another TACO BELL EVER AGAIN then a girl comes out and says calm down dont be rude to me I'm trying to defuse the situation and then she says next time you have to leave your purse out side the door I said BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME, EVER!!!!!!?

If I could give no stars I would. The Taco Bell near my house is closed. So I drove to this location. I arrived at this location at 7:10am. Hours of operation that was posted on there door said open at 7am. Go to walk in doors are locked. An employee appeared behind the counter pointing saying drive thru only. So I go through the drive thru. They ask for my reward code. Took them a couple min. Then I go to order breakfast because it's on their menu. Plus it's 7am I want breakfast not lunch. So I order a breakfast crunch wrap to only be told we don't serve breakfast here. So now I have to drive to the next open taco bell which is about 7 miles away and in the city that is about a 20 min drive. I am not a happy customer right now!!!

I entered the taco bell and sat down and placed my order, as I was waiting it was very loud and one of the workers was loud and rood. Another customer was waiting for 15 minutes for an order and he asked about the status of his order and one of the workers he was wearing glasses tall and had a little dark brown curly hair I think he said his name was luke he was very very rude and not customer friendly at all I severely didnt like his rudeness and attitude towards that customer he said "you can wait okay or cancel your order its up to you if you want you wait or not". Very rudely and over talking the other employees and this was at 9/25/2025 10:50pm. I also saw him exit the work station go into the eating area to also go talk and make fun of to another customer about beaing fired at another taco bell or something of that sorts and then walked back to the kitchen area very rudely and still making fun of him. I think this is not okay at all and he should be terminated and not work there as that is not okay at all to do those things are what not to do to customers and should not be tolerated at all. If I go back there and he is still there I will contact the store owner and have a word with him because employees like that are what make me not want to go to taco bell and deal with that stuff. Thank you for yalls consideration.

I don’t think my boyfriend and I have EVER gotten all of our food items here! They constantly miss details in our order, the quality of the food is truly trash.. we’ve had a mix of burnt chicken, dry tortillas, rock hard chalupa shells, flat soda, and they never grill our items! They need some serious quality control.

Terrible terrible place. Look at my Crunchwrap, then look at the ad. Definitely skimped on the meat to save on profits. Never going here again. Oh and my soda was flavorless.
