Such a nice and pleasant place to eat on your lunch break. Staff has always been friendly and they keep the whole place clean. Food is always good and the salad bar is always stocked and looking fresh. Since the parking garage was built it's been very accessible. Highly recommended!

Such a great place to eat!! Every Sandwich, Salad, Soup, Giant baked potato is made perfectly. The salad bar is clean and fresh with a nice variety. Atmosphere is cozy , casual and great for large groups. Prices are reasonable. Great place of you are vegetarian or just trying to eat right. And they have delicious choices for the rest of us !!!!

I am so happy to find a place where the food is good, the staff is friendly and there's no loud music playing. It gives us a place to go and eat and still visit with our family and friends.

I enjoy your Gumbo and Sandwiches. I picked up on this visit but have had delivered since. I think your restaurant offers a good break from the dang burgers, fried chicken, and fried fish baskets. Refreshing. This restaurant had good service. If its Lunch time.........well look at the parking lot on Google Maps and you will see it may be a bit difficult during the normal busy hours. So delivery for now on and still taste really good. Especially your Gumbo. Ha

This is one of the nicer Jason's locations since it's newer. The service is always fast and the food is good quality. The manager is also very kind and will sometimes walk the floor to check on customers. The last time I was there, he gave me a free strawberry shortcake since the cashier missed putting it on my order. :)

Great variety of quality, affordable meals. No matter what I am in the mood for, Jason's Deli has something I want. At this restaurant, parking is limited, restaurant is great, service is great. My daughter loves to pick out her beverage at the counter, and the free soft serve ice cream afterward. I enjoy their flavored teas. I wish we had a Jason's in Oak Cliff.

Jason deli has never been a dull spot,always active with tons of customers. Inside, the cool A/C and dark atmosphere helps me to cool down as I wait patiently for my food. I typically get it to go since I'm always in a hurry but one thing I can say about this place is that the Ice cream machine always works. 😁

This is the 2nd time I visited this location, and the second time I’ve received reliably good service! Nice, modern decor and lighting for a mid town uptown feel. If you need help, or have to exchange something they are very helpful and friendly. Great selection of drinks to choose from...every food item which I saw being taken to other customers looked fresh and good. They never serve old food to the customers! This is how all restaurants should be!

Great covered patio for midday meals. It's a covered patio with seating for 48. No space heaters - so plan accordingly. Seating inside is adequate and typical of an average Jason's Deli franchise location. Staff is amazing. Ground level parking is a treasure, if you're a lucky pirate. But likely plan to park in the adjacent multi-level garage.

This particular Jason's Deli has it all period. Let's start with customer service which is led by the Tom Brady of the restaurant industry Mr. Jake Hardin. The managing partner here has no problems filling drinks answering phones or even stopping by a customer's table to ask them how their food is. His work ethic is contagious and you see it in his staff. They are always moving, always courteous eager to get your food ready. Their food.... place every word synonymous with great in front of the menu item and your done. Trust me on this your taste buds are my taste buds😛 . Check out their salad bar for $9 bucks you get unlimited trips! Try the BLT and throw an egg on there for ya boi! Finally it's clean, tables are wiped immediately and the bathroom is so spotless and luxurious it could be in the dining area and you wouldn't notice (over exaggeration but you get the point). In closing Jake and his team are killing it day in and day out!

The food is good, especially the Papa Joe and the soups. I love the broccoli cheese soup. I'm not a fan of the changes that they recently made though... no longer do they have kids salad bars, so you have to pay for an adult one and though you get pickles with your to-go order, you have to pay extra (like $.50/spear) if you est there, though they previously gave them for free. I personally feel like these changes take away from some of the customer service.

We try to eat out mostly at local places, but for a chain this is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, the sandwiches and soups are good, and it is a pleasantly designed, warm, modern space. Super busy at weekday lunch with all the hospital and medical district business in and out, a little more accessible and quiet at supper. Good, fresh salad bar, not huge selection but enough. Parking can be a problem with Torchys next door, and now the medical offices, so we usually walk. One star deducted because it is a chain and because of parking, but otherwise very good.

The food was really nice. This is crafted fast food specializing in sandwiches. The only issue is that due to the fact that the food is made/heated upon ordering the wait can exceed 10-15 minutes. I ordered some Chili and a Chicken Panini and both were nice and hot and cooked well. The staff is friendly and if you eat in they let you sit and bring your food to the table. If you looking for a good sandwich this is way better than any of the other sandwich chains.

This was a nice turn of events to find this so close to Harris Hospital.

They have good food and an good atmosphere but this can be slow with getting orders out, especially if yours is to-go. They also are not the best with modifications and if something is wrong with the order (they ran out if an ingredient, etc.) They often do not call to tell you, they tell you when you're already there picking it up and some times don't even check till after you've payed - but when that happened they did replace the meal for no extra cost.

There's many choices of things to eat between the "salad bar" and the regular menu. I can vouch The BLT (with the egg) is really good! The salad bar seems pretty popular and I may try it one day.

The staff is SO nice! I ate there frequently because I stayed at the hotel next door for over 4 months. The food is always good, the delivery was fast, and even late at night their salad bar is well stocked. They stay very busy because they do such a good job. The only bad part is PARKING. The parking situation is terrible! Much too limited. Whoever designed that little business complex should NOT be allowed to design another.

I love Jason's Deli, and come often, however,the there stars is because this location has decided to use plastic utensils for ice cream. Everything else is reusable besides the ice cream bar. Solid 5 stars for many years, and my family has been regulars since this place was built... but prices are way up and portions are down. The service isn't what it used to be, either. We ordered a manager's special with a half sandwich and side salad, but were charged for a full sandwich and separate side salad... Which was over $21 for one meal. When we pointed it out, we got nothing more than a blank stare. I chose not to argue, but we won't be back. All total, 2 adults and 1 child was $52 for a meal of soup, salad, and sandwiches. Plus, they ask for a tip now, which just runs the bill up even further.

The food was just okay. My sandwich that I ordered the burnt ends were cold and dry. I am not sure if that was how it was supposed to be. I don't know if I will go back and give them another try.

I love Jason’s deli! My go to place to eat when I want something quick and healthy. I always get the tune with egg sandwich, it’s so good. However I did get food poisoning once from the tuna and stopped eating at Jason’s for a while. When ordering through DoorDash couples of times there was always something missing, your drink, your chips, an extra side, etc. Luckily they are great when giving your money back for that item. And better yet my college orders online from Jason’s deli ALL the time and I’m still not sick of it yet! 😆

I love Jason's Deli. Anyone that knows me knows that. I eat there easily 50 times per year at various locations. But this locations salad bar is seriously lacking in temperature control and food safety. I will always be a JD fan and continue to utilize the world's last great salad bar. But this location is clearly skipping some steps.

The food is up to par with all the other location the salads are amazing! Now to the reason for 3 stars the parking is the worst. Even at 1 there's no place to park near the restaurant had to park at another restaurant. It was also quite cold inside. I will say it was clean and the workers are always busy and do seem mostly friendly. The only issue is I ordered the salad bar and went back to get a second plate and was told I only get one. However that's not the way it works.

We were at Jason's Deli 07/22/2025 around 12:15pm. The tables were covered in trays and trash from the customers before us. The tables had not been wiped down and the floor needed to be swept. We had difficulty finding a clean place to set. The salad bar needed to be restocked and even the ice cream cones were out of stock. I like Jason's Deli and go by the other stores often. I will not be taking my family back to Midtown Ln again.

Placed a curbside pick up order. Pulled in and waited over 20 minutes for my order. So I walked in and it was sitting on the shelf. Looked around at the staff and they were just hanging out talking. There was only one other customer and they were waiting. Food was cold and the service was bad. I just picked my food up off the shelf and walked out.

Just don't get take out or curb side delivery here. You'd think after all this time, when restaurants were transitioning due to Covid, that they could figure it out. 2 call in orders. I get there, they're not ready, and honestly, the staff, including the manager, are incredible rude. Both times the restaurant was empty. You'd think they would more appreciative of their take out business, since their dining room is empty. And honesty, their food quality has gone down.

This was one of our favorite locations up until recently. Got an order to go and first we were missing items, then as we made our to-go salads we had an employee standing over our shoulder waiting to refill we assumed as we made our salads. My husband has a disability and struggles in public places that's why we had placed a to go order with the employee standing behind him he felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to wait to finish making his salad. Once the employee finally left he went back up to finish his to-go salad and was approached by the manager that he was only allowed one time as if he had got food ate and went back up which he did not. He said he did not and that he understood but the manager and the employee continued speaking loudly about him finishing his tray to the point that we had to leave because he began to have extreme anxiety. We have never encountered a problem like this or with anyone there and it is shocking that the employee and manager would be so disrespectful and shameful with someone. Whether they know about his condition or not to be so balantly rude was really disconcerting. I don't think we will ever be going here again. What happens if my daughter who also has mental disabilities has an issue are they going to shame her too?

The service was excellent. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 Texas potato. Sandwiches were a mix of good and bad. One sandwich had its bread burnt. Another sandwich had more bread than meat. The Texas potato has brisket meat on it, which has a very sweet BBQ sauce on it. I am not a fan of sweet. Big disappointment. It also was dry, and the skin had 3rd degree burns on it. I guess the potato was a leftover from the previous day. Don't think that I will be returning there.

I have been coming to this Jason's for 6 years. I know most people who work here including managers. I had gotten a sandwich and went to the salad bar to get me a few tomatoes and olives. I was told by a worker that if I didn't buy a salad bar I could not get anything. I wasn't get a salad, just 4-5 tomatoes and 4-5 olives. I explained that to her and said continued to say I couldn't get anything. I will not go back to this location. It has gone downhill since Jake left as the manger. For less than the smallest container they have of tomatoes and olives, they have lost a regular loyal costumer that comes here at least 3-4 times a week. I'll take my money to another location.

I find it really frustrating that Jason's sells sandwiches with a pickle but doesn't give you the pickle if you dine in. They only provide one if it's a to go order but most places will give you one when you dine in if you ask which I find annoying that you have to ask when it's supposed to come with the sandwich but I always ask. The manager at this location however kept insisting I could only get one on a take out order and only gave me one after a lot of complaining on my part that it was on my receipt and I wanted it.

The cucumbers had mold on them and were brown and mushy, and were obviously bad and past due. Unfortunately that alone ruined our appetite for the rest of the food.

I ordered a pastrami sandwich. The menu describes it a half a pound of pastrami. What I got was closer to 3 ounces, maybe 4 at the most, but I doubt that. No where near half a pound. I won't make that $14 mistake again.

I will start out by saying they have great food!! I will also add I can cook great food at home. This isn’t about food this is about a level of service and the way you’re treated as a paying customer in public in front of other people! I went to Jason’s deli with two other ladies today and put my ice cream cone in my empty water cup and the very rude employee advised me I needed to pay for my cup of ice cream because I put it in my water cup and “only water goes in there.” 🧐 I believe the ice cream is complimentary for paying customers, so why exactly this lady was turned all around watching me and forbidding me to put chocolate syrup in my cup of ice cream is beyond me. It’s just ice cream why on earth should this even be a discussion!!! She scolded me like a 5 yr old child and honestly as a black woman I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of all these other people that looked nothing like me! I went to the front asking to speak to the manager and as professional as he seemed he just kept saying well she’s a really nice lady just trying to follow the rules. Unacceptable!! absolutely unacceptable The Ice cream clearly states free, for paying customers of course. I’ve spent 100$ here in the last 2 weeks, so why am I not considered a paying customer, allowed to have my ice cream cone in a cup without complete and total embarrassment. I’m so disappointed in the way this entire situation was handled and I won’t personally be returning. I do give credit where credit is due though there is some respectable, kind workers there just not this particular lady which the manager refused to give me her name. Very unorganized, African American manager or employee offers no smile or warmth when delivering the food to the table. No napkins, told her they brought me a soup I did not order I wanted chips but I’m sure they charged me for it no offer to correct the mistake. Tables dirty I had to ask them to bus them so we have a place to sit under the ice cream machine they have a bucket and it has salad inside. Very odd experience and we won’t be back. Not the level of serve and experience we are used to to

I order from this place a sandwich, they send me a sandwich with NO BREAD, I spend $30 of what little money I do have and they send me this joke of a meal, no calling me to check about my preferences, just out here sending sandwiches with no bread, should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!!!!!

Jasons Deli is one of my favorite restaurants to eat and enjoy myself. Today I went to this location ive never been before. The food was amazing but the customer service is horrible. While I was enjoying my food with friends, a worker, I think she was Rachel, kept starring walking over to our table bothering us. Her communication was negative. She was talking to another customer who asked her name and she mocked her. She was talking loudly to the other employees about what they talked about and was laughing. Made my lunch hour very uncomfortable

Was trying to enjoy lunch, as a nurse I rarely get to an actual break. Spent $40! The team was amazing! Patient and fast. However Rachel was very unpleasant. She made our experience uncomfortable. Its one thing to explain policies. Its one another to be rude and unprofessional with it. When I asked for her name, she hesitated. Then she came back and looked at my work badge and she said okay then made a comment loudly, "she asked for my name, I can play that game, I'll ask for hers." Then proceeded to talk loudly to the other employees (who looked uncomfortable with her talking to them in that way) and was gossiping and laughing about my experience and issues. The staff there was amazing. Unfortunately Rachel made my visit uncomfortable and for someone who doesn't get a chance to relax, I'm sad this was my experience.

Went to pick up two mobile orders. When I got there, one wasn't ready. Instead of letting me know when it was ready, the manager literally just tossed it on the shelf without saying anything. Waited another 5 or so minutes and saw the employees on the line just standing around talking or on their phones so I asked if there was an ETA on the order. They said "Yea it's right here". So I grabbed both the orders and they caught an attitude and said "You have both of those?" And I responded yes and I had been sitting there waiting so someone could have told me it was ready and then one little girl behind the counter wanted to pop off and say "We called it out", but I'm curious how she would know that when she JUST got up to the front one minute before and was in the back when the guy put the order on the shelf. This location has been a serious disappointment the last few times I've come here and the attitude from the 3 staff behind the counter today were completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I have never seen a JD so dirty in all my life! At least half of the tables were covered in dishes and no one was bussing them. Napkins and food were all over the floor. The manager was snippy with me when I tried to pay with a $100 and he got my order wrong. When I asked him to fix it, he acted like it was a major imposition. What is going on Jason's Deli? I've been co.ing here for years and it has never been this bad! This makes me really sad because if it stays this way I won't be back!!
