Omg major upgrade and improved hospitality! I went there for lunch yesterday evening and I went for breakfast today and this young lady was still there. She recognized me after checking on me before to see if I needed anything else and even came out to introduced herself and as the new operational partner but she didn’t have to because I had already noticed the major difference in the quality of food, the speed of service, the kindness of the staff, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. It was honestly the reason I came back for breakfast lol. It has now become my location of choice because wow.

This restaurant is a few years old and well kept. I enjoy eating inside because it's clean and the friendly employees. The food is always hot and tasty. It's one of my go to Whataburger locations. Update: still one of my favorite location. This location is very fast getting good quality food to the customer. Best fast food in Azle. Beef cooked fresh! That's why it's takes time to cook.

Best whataburger in the area. Restaurant is always clean and food is always hot and fresh. Employees are also competent and friendly. Could not ask for any more.

I stopped by to get some breakfast the guy that took my order was either in a bad mood or just doesn’t like his job. Anyways he was talking on the phone & I looked at the menu while I waited for him to hang up.(literally not an issue.) when he’s done talking on the phone he doesn’t even ask me if I was ready to order didn’t even look at me, he simply said are you going to order. I proceed to order and I asked for a caramel iced coffee, worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life super bitter no type of flavor at all. The hot food itself was very good but this guy needs to work on his customer service skills, such as greeting customers because another couple walked in & he looked at them, didn’t say a word & left them standing there. I believe his name is Abel.

I wish I could give less stars. This place is an absolute mess. Management needs to be replaced. I've never been a slower whataburger, and they get your order wrong 98% of the time.

Last night I stood and waited for around half an hour waiting for my order to finally be handed to me as the drive-thru person took mine twice that I counted, perhaps more. The side eye to check if I was looking was the dead giveaway.

I was traveling from South Texas, lady made me purchase something in order to unlock the bathroom so I could use it. Whataburger in my area (Johnson county) has restrooms public you can be in n out in a jiffy. I guess this location just doesn’t agree with southern hospitality.

Stopped to get some food after work. Waited a few minutes no one said anything over the drive thru I said hello and the lady said give me one second. I waited legit 15 min and nothing at all. The parking lot was empty and only two cars in the drive thru one pulled to the side.

This place is terrible , takes forever to get your food and when you do there's something wrong or forgotten. They cant even take a order properly through the drive thru you gotta repeat yourself over and over. Avoid this location ! I'll drive out of my way to go to a different location just so I don't have to go to this one !

I waited inside for my order for 30 min, employees are very rude and just walk past you and ignore you. My food was not good, my burger was dry and not made right and fries were half way when I told her she said that’s how they come. Do not recommend coming here at all

This place is horrible!!!!!! Don’t go here!!! Me and my wife got 2 whatacatch meals. The fish was refried twice and burnt. When I called for a refund the manager said “ I guess I have to change out the oil.” Then he would not refund our money until we brought back the burnt food. Why would anyone take used food back into the drive thru!!! What a terrible manager and experience!!!!! Manager Jeff was terrible!!!!

I am literally dropping my rating down from a 4 to a 1. July 15, 2022 night crew that was there after 12 a.m. the service was unexceptionable! You could not tell that there was any management going on what so ever. I won't bost not bout about this cause if I'm writing something it is very serious and I've given this particular store chance after chance.

They have terrible customer service and such a shame. First off when I was ordering at the speaker the lady was rushing me talking fast and barely listening, I couldn’t even finish my sentences. Then when I get to the window and she repeated the order back it was something on there wrong mind you the line is already long so now I have to wait for them to make it right. Some dude brings me my bag and literally throws it at me with an attitude I said thank you and he walks off all stank with an attitude.. so I check my bag cause I didn’t like the vibes I was given and good thing I did cause these people over salted my fries to the point it was crystallized I could see the salt coming off the fries... that’s disgusting who wants to taste a mouth full of salt like be real.
