Excellent!!! We can't say any differently! Traditional flavors, but very good and above all carefully prepared! The variety and freshness of the fried foods during the aperitif were a pleasant introduction. The braised meat deserves special mention, especially the maltagliati, whose deliciousness managed to stand out despite the appetizers and risotto. Recommended and also open to your four-legged friends.

We celebrated our daughter's baptism and it was beautiful, an elegant place, very good food, very welcoming and friendly people, reasonable price. We were at Villa San Martino in Fossano in May 2016, invited to a confirmation. The restaurant is a villa converted into a restaurant in a hamlet of Fossano called San Martino. The place isn't very easy to find, as there are virtually no signs. Once you arrive, the venue has ample parking, an outdoor green area equipped for receptions and aperitifs, and a children's playground, although there are no playgrounds. Another flaw: the grass wasn't cut, so the venue was somewhat unattractive. The venue has a very large room with round and oval tables, beautifully set and typical for weddings. The atmosphere is elegant. The appetizers are served plated. The first and second courses are brought out on a tray and placed directly on the plate. They always serve the food fresh. The food is good, well-prepared, and fresh. The only flaw is that the food is sparsely seasoned, almost unseasoned, so much so that it lacks flavor and you struggle to fully enjoy what they're bringing you. The prices are average for confirmation and wedding lunches. Even though it wasn't an exciting experience, the place is definitely recommended.

Insufficient service and a lack of attention to table service worthy of a restaurant like this. The staff is too young and unprepared to perform their duties as waiters, and too inexperienced in serving, especially at the tables. The food is generally good, but sometimes tasteless, especially the side dishes and vegetable-based dishes. The atmosphere was initially very stuffy due to the summer heat...after explicitly asking the restaurant staff to open doors and windows...it was a little better, but the place lacks air conditioning or ventilation. It's a shame about the location, which is surrounded by vineyards...in the countryside (aside from the rather neglected garden), it would be a good place to use as an outdoor area for the restaurant itself.

Good quality food but the quantities leave much to be desired. Service and cover charge to be reviewed, 1 sandwich and 3 bags of breadsticks for the whole lunch. Water was never brought to the table

It's a shame to have to give it one star; in my opinion, it doesn't even deserve one. We came for lunch during the week. The location is quite run-down, dogs roaming around, the stench of urine is so bad, the service is inattentive, the prices are outrageous, and the food is of poor quality. What more can I say? We waited standing for 15 minutes before being shown to our table. TO FORGET.
