Excellent food and service and prices are what you would expect in a airport hotel. Great German traditional food options as well as seafood and vegetarian dishes. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Mein Sohn ich waren über Nacht im Hilton Hotel und haben abends und morgens im Restaurant gespeist. Eine kleine Karte am Abend, aber gute Qualität. Morgens dann ein sehr lecker vielseitiges Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Extrem leckeres Essen, aber der Service ist noch eine Nummer besser. Vor allem Sarah, unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und fachkundige. Sehr zu empfehlen auch die Weine. Sarah kennt sich auch hier aus. Nochmals vielen Dank an Küche und Service!

Zuallererst erwähnt sei die sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende junge Mitarbeiterin, die uns an dem Abend bedient hat. Das Restaurant hatte gerade Spargelgerichte, die perfekt gegart und zubereitet waren. Preise gehoben, Portionen aber großzügig. Ambiente eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, amerikanisch, Hilton-Style eben.

Wir hatten ein wundervolles Abendessen, die Speisen waren sehr lecker und der Service wirklich freundlich. Das Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen, wenn man kein Gast bei Hilton ist.

Essen ok und eher teuer. Aber das ist am Flughafen ja üblich, und dafür passen Qualität und Preis. Aber der Service: TOP. Unsere Kellnerin Camille aus Frankreich war super bemüht, charmant, schnell und extrem hilfsbereit. Ich muss sagen, so einen guten Service habe ich selten bekommen. Vor allem, weil Camille einfach freundlich und nett war. Ein großes Lob, und ich hoffe, dass ihr Chef ihr das lohnt.

Sehr lecker und gemütlich

We ate at RISE during our night stay at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport. The service was wonderful and attentive. The menu was mainly “spargul” or asparagus in English. A lot of customers were turned off by it, but they don’t realize the cultural piece asparagus plays in the German food, especially white asparagus. I got the schnitzel with and though the schnitzel was nothing special it hit the mark. My wife had the risotto and found it delicious. We’d eat here again, especially when asparagus is in season.

This was a surprisingly good restraint in the Hilton Hotel. I enjoyed the service and they cooked my sirloin steak to the right temperature. If you are at the hotel and don’t want to leave this is a great place for dinner.

This is the maybe 4th time I ate here at the end of a Germany trip. This is obviously a very good but also very pricey restaurant. My observation over the years is that the food isn't quite as great anymore and that the portion size has increased. My aged beef steak was ok but a tad on the overdone side (not quite medium anymore). It came with chanterelles (Pfifferlinge) which had very very little taste honestly. I suggest to experiment a bit on those in the future. The mushed potato with chanterelles was also a bit boring. Maybe the best actually was the bread prior to the meal - delicious sour dour.

Ein sehr entspannter Abend und somit ein "gelungener Start" in den bevorstehenden Urlaub. Ein super Service charmant gelenkt durch unsere Servicemitarbeiterin Sarah. Trotz großem Andrang immer ein nettes Wort. Essen war gut preislich dem Standort angemessen. Wir hatten Spargelgerichte perfekt gegart und eine sehr schmackhafte Ingwer Möhren Suppe. Gerne wieder.😃

Uncharacteristically deplorable experience. Save your money and go next door to Burger King. I travel to Germany every two months, and have stayed at the Frankfurt Airport Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn quite often. I have enjoyed the sirloin steak at the Rise restaurant several times… but not tonight. I ordered the sirloin steak medium. It took forever to be served, it was obviously rare, with no steak knife. I did the best possible, but there were such large grains of sinew that it was impossible to proceed. I waited quite some time for the waiter to approach, and rather than send it back, which would clearly take another 30 minutes, I simply asked for a steak knife. The steak knife was not much help as the flavorless and tough cut of meat was quite the challenge. The mushroom sauce I ordered as an accompaniment was easily comparable to Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup. The staff was obviously short handed, as I counted only one waiter and one manager/wine steward. They were clearly overwhelmed. I understand there is a Marriott around the corner of The Square. You might have better luck there.

I’ve been to this restaurant four times, and three of those visits came with issues with my food. This suggests a systemic problem, and I cannot recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing evening and a reliable dining experience. The service staff is very professional, but the restaurant manager leaves much to be desired. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

Bei aller Liebe, aber so schlecht habe ich seit Jahren nicht gegessen. Mag sein, dass ich da sehr anspruchsvoll bin, aber das Essen hat einen Stern verdient, mehr nicht. Den zweiten Stern gibt es für die Service-Mitarbeiterin, die versucht hat, das Ganze noch zu retten . Auf sehr freundliche und professionelle Art. Schade, dass man im gesamten Gebäude (THE SQUAIRE), nicht gut essen kann.

Das Abendessen lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Kommt mir vor als wenn der Lehrling im ersten Lehrjahr kocht. Der Service dagegen ist professionell und sehr freundlich. Kümmern Sie sich um einen guten Koch .

Wenn das die Bäckerei ist, dann bin ich nicht so begeistert. Bei einem Sandwich ist das Brot so dick geschnitten dass es im Mund schon staubt. Aber nette Bedienung ( junges Mädchen )

Wir hatten für acht Personen über unser Hotel, das Hilton Frankfurt Airport, einen Tisch im The Rise Restaurant reserviert und sind pünktlich zu unserer Reservierungszeit erschienen. Vor Ort wusste jedoch zunächst niemand etwas von dieser Reservierung, obwohl ich sie auch auf meinem Handy vorzeigen konnte. Nach kurzem Hin und Her wurden uns schließlich zwei Tische nebeneinander zugewiesen – nicht zusammenhängend, aber für uns zunächst in Ordnung. Nach etwa 15 Minuten erhielten wir Erwachsenen die Speisekarten mit dem Hinweis, dass die Kinderkarten noch gebracht würden. Danach wurden wir jedoch komplett vergessen. Wir saßen weitere 15 Minuten ohne jegliche Bedienung, während andere Gäste um uns herum versorgt wurden. In der gesamten Zeit bekamen wir weder Wasser noch Brot noch irgendeine andere Aufmerksamkeit. Schließlich sind wir aufgestanden und haben das Restaurant wieder verlassen. Fairerweise möchte ich sagen, dass die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort offensichtlich stark unterbesetzt waren – nur zwei Servicekräfte für das gesamte Restaurant sowie zusätzlich eine sehr große Gruppe. Dafür können die einzelnen Angestellten sicher nichts. Für uns war der Besuch dennoch sehr enttäuschend. Wir werden dort nicht erneut reservieren und können das Restaurant leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
