Ambience is good, Place is clean and the interior looks great. Plenty of Parking space and drive-thru is popular but the line is flowing smoothly. A cozy hangout to be in the area.
I’ve been to a bunch of Starbucks locations and they’re all great but this location, specifically the staff and the quality of the drinks was exceptional. I left the store smiling because the staff was so pleasant. Plus it’s pistachio season and they made my drink perfectly. Like 10/10 best cold brew. Shouting out specifically: Nico (The barista who made my pistachio cold brew) for Drawing a kitty on my cup and making my day. And for making a really amazing cold brew!! Next thanking Casey for her customer service, she was so kind and welcoming and her smile could light up a room. She is perfect face of the company and greeted me with kindness and empathy. Speed and efficiency didn’t stop them from paying attention to me and attending to me as needed :) Lastly, Sean was awesome and kind and efficient. Quickly moving through orders but smiling to welcome me as I walked in to pick up my order. Starbucks is lucky to have all of these wonderful staff members. Even though it was a busy morning I didn’t feel rushed or like hurried in any way, and this team is really making the difference. I have locations closer to me but I will be coming here specifically from now on!!!! Thank you so much :) Starbucks make sure you thank this team for another happy customer enjoying her drink! I simply love this location!!! They have an amazing interior, and the place is giant. Not to mention tons of parking space, and very nice employees. I order 4 heavily customized venti’s, 3 cake pops, and a cinnamon pull apart bread, and they were all amazing! My order was done in record time! A huge order and they quickly made it. Even the exterior is super nice with a large covered outdoor space. I love this place and will be definitely coming back!
UPDATE of 5-Star Review from previous location… A Gorgeous New Space — Same Great People, Same Great Coffee I stop by this Starbucks almost every day after working long shifts at a nearby veterinary hospital, and it’s consistently one of my favorite parts of the day. The team here has always been incredible — welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind — and I’m happy to say that the move down the block hasn’t changed that one bit. The new space is beautiful: bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The addition of a drive-through is a great upgrade, but the interior alone makes it worth stepping inside. Drinks are always made perfectly, and the customer service remains top-tier. I’ve noticed a few confused reviews mentioning that the old location is “under construction” or “closed.” Just to clarify — the store has simply moved a short distance down the block, and it’s absolutely open for business. Please keep in mind that app listings (like Google Maps, Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) can take time to update, and those updates are handled by third-party systems — not the store itself. There’s no “mass text” or universal button they can push to update every app overnight, so let’s give them some grace while everything syncs up. This location has only improved with the move — same amazing team, same quality drinks, just in a bigger and better space. Highly recommend stopping by! Frank

Donald and Prince literally saved my life. I walked in at the most obnoxious time possible and they didn’t even bat an eye. They could sense how badly and how urgently I needed those 3 shots of espresso before night out. They executed my order perfectly, with ease and all while executing a beautiful close. Whoever the manager is, give Donald and Prince a lil something from a very satisfied customer ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Special shoutout to whomever put on my daughters Green Peach Iced Tea "you're so peachy and sweet"! Totally made her day. We placed our pickup order on 2/11 @ 2:20pm at the Franklin Sq location.
I just went there for green tea. I went through the drive-thru. It didn't take long. The person that waited on me was very nice..
Service is a little slow. Coffee is good, but way overpriced.
This Starbucks was a few feet down by Moe Mexican Grill. This is a breath of fresh air. The drive thru is very long, like a capital U. And there is so much more space for customers to park and walk in. So, they have ample parking! There's an outside patio for dining or sipping coffee , Tea, or latte's. I guess smokers would find a paradise at this location. The food and drinks are standard at all Starbucks so don't expect a new location to outshine any other Starbucks. I have a thing with customer service. I handed the cashier my money to add to my gold card. I held my hand out to receive my change but she laid it on the counter. I asked for a receipt and she was actually trying to put the receipt in my hand. I know people have superstitions about putting money in people's hands. The superstition is, if they put money in your hand, you're taking money from them so money will be taken away from them for some period of time. But you can look it up! The ambiance was relaxing , nice furniture and of course it was immaculate. I got the grande pumpkin spice latte, taste like coffee with pumpkin spice syrup. I'll go back to my chai latte. This location is excellent on entrance and exits. There's two ways to enter and exit. So It's convenient to stop in.
I'm at the counter ready to order, just waiting, guy behind the counter wants to take my order from like the other side of the counter while he's on an ipad and not even looking at me, then the other guy taking the orders (basically hiding) is behind the cake pop glass (which I can't even see) and says what do you want to order, at this point I dont know whos taking my order or asking, confused. And with an a bad attitude. Finally the guy hiding behind the counter pops up and say 's what do you want to order again. I get they are pretty busy and rushing. But there wasn't even a line behind me, and got my 1 of my 2 drinks wrong. 1st World problems I guess.
I’ve usually had a good experience at this location, but tonight was a bit disappointing. I stopped by around 8:30 PM to grab a quick drink after a long day. When I walked in, there was no line, but both Kris and another employee were engaged in a conversation. While they were restocking, for what I am guessing, tomorrows day, they didn’t acknowledge me or even offer a simple "hello" or let me know they’d be with me shortly. I stood there for a while, feeling completely ignored. I had to be the one to initiate with a "hi," and the response was pretty minimal. When Kris finally asked what I wanted to order, I had trouble scanning my rewards through the app. Despite struggling with it, Kris didn’t offer any help. I had to ask for assistance before receiving any support. It felt like I was putting in more effort as a customer than I should have had to.
Listen, I went there the other day, and they had this young man with eye shadow on, and had some sort of black ink coming off his eyebrows that looked like horns. He was acting bizarre and standoffish. Didn't take my name for the drink, but everyone else's drink had their name. Very odd, probably won't be going back. And lastly, the coffee drink I ordered was terrible. And he didn't make it.
Ever since this starbucks has opened up i been getting coffee from here and every single time i have gotten it, it wasn’t good. Today i got two drinks a brown sugar shaken espresso and they forgot to add my oat milk in the drink. The other drink i got was a mocha frap and the frap isn’t even brown it’s white….. I don’t know what the workers are doing but they need to fix whatever it is they are doing. I am not paying 6 or 7 dollars for a drink to be bad.
Without a doubt worse Starbucks you can ever have!! The breakfast sandwich and burritos are horrible, never try it. The coffee is average, but dont even try the gingerbread latte. Its bad!! I'm officially quiting from Starbucks. Dunkin is much better.
They never put a straw for ur drink its so annoying. This is the 3rd time they forgot.
Terrible customer service, and drinks are not made well consistently . If you ask the evening crew workers to remake a drink because it wasn’t made right they give an attitude or list a number of excuses as to why it looks/tasted a certain way. Not sure where they got the evening staff from , but they need more training on how to make drinks and how to treat customers. Very upsetting as a long time customer in this area. I will be going elsewhere.
They have terrible service. I was there this morning, and I waited for my coffee for too long. In the end, I didn't even get my coffee. The server didn't do anything; she just gave me my money back and said it was fine. I hope they fix this problem.
New location looks nicer but customer service is horrible, the male staff member needs to learn how to interact with customers more and not be cold and rude as observed and interacted with. Didn’t even bother to take my name and was super dismissive
This place is not in business but Google and Starbucks App indicate that they are open. App even let me place an order today morning but when I got there to pickup my drink, they're doing some kind of construction. It made me waste my precious commuting time and money for nothing.
I gave the cashier $20 for a coffee that cost less than $5 and only got back 60cents in change. When I asked them for the rest of my change, no one could help me and they made me feel that it was my fault. No one asked for my contact info. Eventually I got my full change back but it was not a pleasant experience. A giant like Starbucks needs to remember customers come first, I will not be going there again!
This morning, I purchased a venti hot matcha. The barista didn't completely froth or blend the mixture. Once I got on the highway, I sipped clumps of matcha powder... in every sip! Ughhhh!!! I called and was told they don't refund. Totally wasted time and money.
Had to change my original review after this place "remodeled" They now are trash as my star rating indicates. They have 3 espresso machines but only 2 people working them 99% of time even when extremely busy. Workers barely seem to know what's going on, understaffed and unrestrained. I waited over half an hour for a mobile order recently while staff made drinks for people who never show up. Really unprofessional, should have kept old building and saved money, big failure.
