Owner, Ashly, was very friendly and personable and the pizza, I had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of meat lovers, was very good. The crust was very good and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

Just kidding. Hated it. They locked the door 5 min to closing . In our faces and then kicked us out of the parking lot while we were googling other places to eat. We were in a Mercedes . Obviously not riff raff. Oh well. Their loss.

The calzone's are really good that place is very nice the sad part is it's not going to be out this address much longer it's going to be moving up the street a little bit so you might want to send one of your cruise out to get the new address

I stumbled upon this small pizzeria not expecting much. But boy, was I wrong! I only got a pepperoni pizza and a turkey sub and they were the best I've ever had! My steak sandwich was delicious but wished I ordered the whole. My husband’s Stromboli was amazing! The picky kids loved their chicken tenders and cheese pizza. The game room was a surprise bonus! Bring a few dollars or quarters bc most games take 2 or 4 tokens. Fun times and delicious! Definitely recommend!

Rizzo's is my favorite pizzeria in this area.it is among the best in western New York. We are fortunate to have Rizzo's here. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I ordered an assorted sub and got to choose the 3 meats I wanted. Which I think is great because I'm not a fan of salami. I ordered a half and it was big enough to fill me up. Highly recommended.

Stopped in on our way home from camp. Ordered two subs, full assorted and a half a chicken finger. Both tasted great and the prices were affordable compared to others local. We will deff be back

In October we ordered a steak pizza for pick up. Picked it up and when I got home I opened it to find a pepperoni pizza instead. Whoops! Just as I was about to call Rizzos the phone rang and it was them letting me know they made a mistake. Well here we are with a wrong pizza and it is supper time for us. Rizzos made good by delivering a pizza they had already remade and placed in the oven and told us to keep the pepperoni. The pizza arrived at our house in about 15 minutes and the deliverer would not take a tip. This is how a business stays in business. Oh, all our food has been excellent from them.

We stopped by here for dinner, and were very impressed. We got wings, garlic knots, desert knots and pizza balls. The wings were great, but the knots and pizza balls were out of this world. They said they use their own homemade dough, and you can tell. Definitely give this place a try and make sure you get something that has their dough in it.

Great first experience here. Staff was incredibly friendly when we called to order and when we picked up. Had a couple slices - decent, nice thick WNY style with a whole lot of cheese. What really impressed us were the subs we got. Had a turkey/bacon as well as a steak and cheese and both were excellent. Already can't wait to go back and try the other stuff.

The food is great! The service is a bit slow during busier times, but that’s expected when everything is made to order. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is good for a local pizzeria, but it’s not some super fancy place you’d want have a special occasion like wedding reception.

Holy SCHNIKES! We are camping locally and this was the closest option for pizza. All I can say is WOW, the people of Franklinville are SO lucky to have this pizza shoppe. It is fantastic! If you are in the area, give them a try, you WILL NOT be sorry!

I have been eating at Rizzo's for the past 7 years and can say they serve a great pizza, in a variety of styles, by the slice or as a pie. Good with a lager beer, or an India Pale Ale. Highly recommended! However, there Lenten fish fry is the best I have had in western New York. It is juicy, flaky, and crispy, a pleasant golden color - not the overcooked dried out hockey sticks found at so many fish fries. Man, it is good!

Honest review time! When they first opened, I wasn’t a fan. The prices seemed high and I wasn’t really into their food. Over time, they’ve become my favorite place when I order out! Their prices have remained pretty constant despite inflation which is unheard of anywhere else. Their white pizza is amazing and full of flavor when many other places make it bland. I appreciate that they listen to the delivery instructions- my husband works third shift so a knock on the door would make the dogs bark and wake him up- they leave the food right at the door without knocking. Customer service is amazing! They’re all so nice! I order from them and only them on my lazy days where I don’t feel like cooking. 10/10 for this business! Grateful to have them in our town!

When you will drive 1 hr away just to have their food instead of local , that says alot!! The pizza is outstanding!! They give you the option of using cup and chard (old style), or regular pepperoni. Make their own dough and sauce. Utilize all local business for their supplies. The employees are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Ashley and Eric (owners) are outstanding and stand behind their products... I've never had anything i didn't like served from here!! Great job Rizzo's!!

Where to begin with this place is a little difficult, but maybe it's best to just say oh yeah, I'm a happy guy! I'm all the way out here (home is about an hour away) fishing at a local lake, and I got hungry so we stopped by a deli that was absolutely atrocious, so I did a quick Google search and found this place, and I'm so glad I did! The subs pictured are a turkey club with extra bacon, lettuce, Swiss cheese, oil and mayo, and the other sub is an assorted deli meat sub, and both of them are PACKED with meat! The price is nice, the place is clean, the staff is fast and friendly, and my sub tastes amazing! I would even consider coming back again, even if I'm not out fishing!

We moved to Franklinville a few months back and order from Rizzos usually 2x a week. The food is good and the prices are even better. Being from Buffalo I can make so many recommendations from my experiences with so many pizza places but with this being in a small village it definitely meets the standards otherwise we wouldn't order from them so often. The staff is always extremely nice when calling and so is the delivery driver. I find their hours alittle weird for a pizza place but again it's a small village so the hours more then likely work for them. We will continue to order from them because the food is good and the employees are very kind.

Really like the Calzones and Stromboli. Their crust really compliments them. Not a big fan of the pizza and wings. The crust tasted good but not really for a pizza. Wings tasted fine but were small. I do understand they have to sell what they get and this review of pizza and wings is from a one time order. The Calzones and Stromboli we have ordered a few times.

The food isn't bad, however they have no reasonable pizza and wings deal for week days. Every other place in town offers a large and twenty wings for just about thirty dollars. At one place they give you a 2 liter with that deal for thirty. It bugs me that they offer a sheet pizza and fifty wings for 55 but not a half sheet and twenty five wings for thirty. With that all being said why should I or any one order pizza and wings during the week from rizzos? The taste?

Usually I love Rizzo's. I would order there every Friday while at work. Well, for about 2 months that were out of Sweet and Tangy sauce, though it was on their menu, so I didn't really order from there. I like my subs the way that I like my subs. Once they got it back in stock, I started ordering there again. Well I called the order, and of course, it's back out of stock again. I absolutely love Rizzo's food. It's definitely the best in Franklinville. I just wish they would keep stocked.

I love the pizza balls! Service is great! Today got pretzel bites for the first time, and we were very disappointed. They looked like confused mozzerella sticks without an actual pretzel in sight!

i got nothing bad to say other than the workers are extremely rude and i no longer feel comfortable coming in here alone due to the lack of customer service and lack of kindness. i’ve always been nice to food service workers cause i am one, but the workers here are so mean to me for literally no reason. i have no clue what i’ve done to deserve this. the only things i ever say when i come in are “how’s your day going” “have a good day” so i know i didn’t do anything to deserve this treatment. even when i bring people in with me, the workers give me dirty looks, talk to me like i’m a peasant, and overall treat me like i’m less than them just because i wanted to order a pizza.

I ordered from here while we were staying in Ellicottville to avoid long lines in town… this was actually the only place that picked up the phone on Saturday night over Presidents’ Day weekend, and only by them taking our order were we able to feed our kids pizza, so that was a plus! The downside was that they mixed up my order and did not seem to recognize or care that I ordered three pizzas but only got two! I ordered another one and it came out relatively quickly, but, having driven 25 minutes on snowy roads to get there and having to turn right around and drive right back, it would’ve been nice to get a little recognition of the inconvenience, or maybe at least some free breadsticks or something?! But in the end it was good, hot, tasty pizza that we got to enjoy with our family friends back at the place we were renting, and that was what we really needed. So… three stars!

I guess they only deliver to certain locations when they desire...due to weather even though they have delivered to me in an almost blizzard 🙃 lol

Food is usually decent, last two times ordered delivery and both times later than what it says. I get you run behind etc but 20 mins late and food delivered cold twice and didn’t get the order right once.

I ordered a small tomato and cheese pizza this afternoon. The person on the phone specified, "you don't want a cheese pizza, you want a pizza with marinara sauce". I said right. (I've never heard of marinara sauce on pizza but that would be fine). When I picked up the pizza, the guy at the counter read my order-cheese with tomato on it. Sure enough, we opened the box and it was a cheese pizza with tomatoes on it. I repeated to him my conversation with the girl on the phone. He apologized and I said, that's fine I'll take it. (I had frozen food in my car, I couldn't wait) So I said does this mean I can get a free pizza next time? He said I can't make that determination. So on the way home, I started brewing. I spared them the hassle of making another pizza, spared them the loss for a pizza and thought, maybe he couldn't make the decision but he could have said he would find out. I don't like that he took advantage of my good nature. I can't believe it's so hard to get a regular pizza.

The pizza was dry and burnt! My Daughter was having a surprise party for a friend and we couldn't leave and bring it back and wait for a new one and we weren't calling in front of the guests and we have had better from them and it was bad on them for even sending that out the door with us is there any pasto salad is absolutely horrible. Usually, I've had anti pasto salads with tons of meat, olives and everything else that belongs on it. It was like somebody just put scraps on it. I was very disappointed. It was very chinzy, and like I said, the Pizza had very little sauce. The pepperoni and the crust was very burnt. And like I said, I've had butter from them.

Honestly, the pizza was so soggy it felt like it swam to my door. The cheese was somehow both greasy and rubbery, a truly impressive feat. And the sauce? Don't even get me started on the sauce, or lack thereof. Even my dog, who eats anything, took one sniff and walked away. Save your money, buy a freezer pizza.

Honest review, I truly do not understand how this place has so many high ratings. The subs are a joke, barely anything on them. The food is mediocre at best and is NOT at all consistent. Management seems very unintelligent. Sorry but that’s the verdict.

This place could make a killing on Halloween decorations. The only thing scarier than the sticky floors was the "cheese." Seriously, I saw a roach wearing a bigger pizza my way out the door. Don't even get me started on the smell – I'm pretty sure it followed me home. Do yourself a favor and just grab a frozen pizza from the grocery store.

Ordered food from here whilst in the middle of moving, thought it would be a good meal for everybody to take a small break with. Order came late and gave us the wrong order. Called them back to let them know the order wasn't mine and was placed on a 10 minute hold, then was told they were getting the manager and placed me on another 5 minute hold, they told me I was wrong that they didn't make a mistake and when I asked for a refund they refused to give one. This place does not care about customer service and making there customers happy. All I wanted was my correct order so that everyone working could eat. The order contained something someone was allergic too, why would we order that we said. They told us we ordered what we got. They lie and blame the customer and take 0 accountablity for their mistakes. Funny to say I am undable to order from this place since they banned me for saying they made a mistake.

Food is horrible. Sub was saturated in oil. Sub role was so soggy it fell apart. Fries were cold and soggy as well Should have came with rubber gloves. The bag and wrapper was leaking oil. And extra for bacon don't mean bacon bits. They need to do everyone a favor a close. Never ever would I recommend them to anyone.

If I could give a big fat zero I would. I grew up with the customers always right. This is now the second time I was giving the wrong order. They refused to fix it. Whether you ordered it or not you bought it. I brought the pizza back and they refused to give me my money back. This place is the worst establishment I have ever ordered from. They told my husband he was unprofessional when he brought the whole pizza back. I didn't know we were a business I thought they were. Then they banned us from there establishment cause we complained. Highly do not recommend. STEER CLEAR OF THIS JOINT!!!!

Ooof this was rough. I know the saying there's no such thing as bad pizza. I would've agreed ... before ordering rizzos. I saw all the glowing reviews so maybe I caught them on an off night. The pepperoni pizza was tasteless yet tasted bad at the same time? It was messy to boot - full of grease and the cheese slid off everywhere when you grabbed a piece. I'm currently stuck at the cheese plant across the street for 10+ hours so I ordered this just to get something to eat today but I don't even want it now. It'll be thrown out mostly still whole. I can say online ordering was a breeze and the delivery was quick - though being basically across the street likely helped in that area.
