My family and I dined at this restaurant last night for the first time: from appetizer to dessert, everything was simply perfect… The meat was TOP! The gratin ravioli were also excellent… not to mention the fried porcini mushrooms! I recommend it for its good value… and the very well-kept location! The staff were very helpful and friendly! P.S.: Dogs are welcome! ☺️ We'll definitely be back!

Arriving after a tour of the valley at an unusual time for lunch and without a reservation, we were warmly welcomed and immediately seated at our table. The food and service were excellent. The first courses were delicious, with a special mention for the breaded tomino di Melle with delicious aioli sauce, the truly tasty parmigiana, and the delicious bread.

Beautiful restaurant in Melle. Brand new restaurant and excellent food. Wonderful selection of Florentine steaks and rib-eye steaks (highly recommended for lovers of this type of meat). Very extensive wine list. Friendly staff. Average bill.

Magnificent restaurant in Melle in the Varaita Valley, completely renovated and very modern. Seating is available indoors as well as a magnificent outdoor terrace. Piedmontese specialties, including special cuts and cured Piedmontese Fassona beef. Excellent value, definitely worth a try if you're visiting this beautiful valley.

I came here one evening with friends and today I returned with my family. It's a wonderful place, with attention to every detail, excellent service, and the girls and owner pamper you with great attention. Let's move on to the delicacies... fried tomino di melle (lightly fried and perfectly done), cheek with Barbera sauce that melts in your mouth (my wife, who isn't a meat fan, finished the cheek once she tried it). The ingredients are top-quality, and the wine list is very well-stocked with labels for all tastes, not just regional ones, but also from beyond the region! The price is absolutely right considering the high quality of the products and the service! I absolutely recommend it, and I extend my sincere compliments to the girls and the owner for their dedication and care for their customers!

It was a bachelor/bachelorette party. There were 25 of us, so they reserved the upstairs room (very private, with a bathroom on the same floor) just for us. Impeccable service and super friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. The location was elegant and clean. The food was excellent, and they catered to any allergies or intolerances. We chose the grilled meat, and it was delicious!

Beautiful and well-kept restaurant. It's a shame the rain forced us to eat inside and not be able to enjoy the garden. We started with rustic wild herbs, crispy melle tomino cheese, and Fassona beef tartare; followed by Val Varaita ravioli, lasagna with ragù, and mixed grill (an exception to the menu). Desserts: mini Sacher torte, tart with plum jam, flan Parisien with salted caramel, and panna cotta (spectacular). For 4 people: 4 appetizers, 4 first/second courses, 4 desserts, 1 glass of Nebbiolo, bread, etc. = €135. Excellent! 🔝🔝🔝 Reservations recommended. We'll definitely return to try their dry-aged beef, their signature dish. Well done 👏👏👏

Servizio scadente dato che la ragazza che ci serviva ha servito maleducatamente il vino, ha fatto cadere gli addobbi sul tavolo e le forchette, é stata sbadata su tutto, ha portato la carne sulla piastra con l’olio bollente che ci zampillava addosso, per il resto io ho preso un antipasto con una fonduta e uovo morbido portato congelato, la mia ragazza il flan anche quello congelato, i primi niente di che e carne niente di che. Prezzo molto alto per quello che ho mangiato, unica cosa che salvo é la location
