The place might look deceiving from the outside, similar to others on the street, but it's not! We stayed two nights in the apartments above, so we had a simple dinner, but it was so delicious it was worthy of a high-end restaurant. Then we stopped by in the morning for breakfast, and what can I say? From the soft-boiled eggs to the fresh bread with butter and jam, not to mention the excellent crostata! Truly excellent, recommended for those who want to eat well, with top-quality mountain dishes and fair prices. P.S. The hot chocolate is also amazing!!

Friendly little hotel with a large, reasonably priced apartment for 5 people. Hearty breakfast, ample parking across the street. Evening meals are a bit pricey, however. Ideal for a stopover in the region.

A small bar and restaurant on the road leading to Colle dell'Agnello. In addition to the bar and restaurant, it's also a small hotel with just a few rooms. All on the upper floors, it's all in the same building. The construction and furnishings are rustic, typical of mountain areas. The cuisine is traditional, featuring local products, especially cheeses. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the service is fast. The rooms: I was assigned a charming wooden attic apartment with elegant, tasteful furnishings. It sleeps five, has a comfortable double bed, and a large bathroom with a tub and shower.

We stopped for a royal swordfish appetizer, chosen honestly at random, and were surprised by the quality of the platter we ordered. It was large, high-quality, and truly rich. We also ordered four Franziskaner on tap, which you can't find everywhere. We paid €20 each, but with the platter, we practically had dinner. When the quality is this high, you're happy to pay that amount even for just an appetizer.

A truly wonderful surprise. The attic room is exceptionally clean and furnished with great attention to detail. The beds, while simple, are perfectly adequate and comfortable. The beef fillet was superb, with a delicious dressing on the side dishes. The food and drinks were a bit pricey at €80 for two, but we, two hungry motorcyclists, thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodations for €170. The owner is super friendly and makes a hearty breakfast. A real recommendation in this small town. Thanks and best regards, Dirk

I visited this place on numerous occasions, and would highly recommend it to anyone passing through. Here' s why : - access and availability : right in the middle of a village, and very handy for people traveling on the main valley highway, with parking spaces just across the road. Open from early morning to late evening most days ! - premises : picturesque, cosy and well maintained. - service : a warm and friendly welcome from the owner (Angela), every single time. - offering : a wide selection of drinks, snacks and meals. - bonus : free WiFi access ... a rare thing in Valle Varaita ! Enjoy !

We ate a plate of gnocchi that was listed for €11. The waitress assured us the portions would be filling. They brought us what we described as a standard dish. But when it came time to pay, they marked it up by 40%. Our simple question was considered a request. Not recommended.
