If you want consistency in your fast food, Jack in the Box on Freedom Blvd has it going on! I don't think I've ever had an order wrong. The staff there always seems to be attentive And work well together and every window person I have ever had there has always been friendly and attentive. A+ food, and service. And while some things seem expensive, there are lots of others (they have A good dollar value menu!) Are reasonably priced.

I tried.. but not for me.. others probably love it and it was warm and gooey. The fries are always the best and the tacos were good. Service was prompt and friendly.

I stopped a one that I had never been to in a town on the California coastline. Sadly, due to poor internet reception? I could not redeem my points. I asked for some help and the cashier asked her manager to try and help me.. ( Here's where it gets interesting) The manager also could not get my order to go thru, and said please let me call corporate and see what the issue might be.. which he immediately began to do. Then he turned to me and said ... I am sorry for the inconvenience and please let us buy your meal for you.... NO THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I LOVE JACK IN THE BOX!!!!

Well, what can I say! I ate Jack-in-the-Box today! The menu is loaded with tons of guilty treats. I guess upon my diet I shall cheat. I sucked down a strawberry shake and gobbled up some fries. I had a fancy new burger with guacamole inside. It was all so good it was like it was a dream this Jack in the box on freedom will make you cream.

At the time that we were ordering at the drive-by after 8 pm. The assistants informed us that there were only two of them working and serving and apologized for the time that it was taking for us to get our food order. They were very effective and cordial with us.

I really enjoy going to this Jack in the Box. The service is quick, they have a great selection of food (my favorite is the chicken sandwich), and they are friendly all the time. They don't have ice cream, which is a downside, but they do have milkshakes that taste very good. For a quick bite to eat, Jack in the Box is never a bad choice!

Feel very rushed when food served. Paid and immediately food bag shoved at me. No time to even put coffee and change done. No line, noone behind me. Not the usual.

It's fast food! Just wish they'd be more careful filling your order. Lots of times something is missing, or no utensils when you order the teriyaki chicken bowl.

Everytime I go to jack In the box the food is always warm and perfectly delicious one thing I really don't like it's the wait time once I'm in the drive trew some times it could take up to 30 min but other then that everything else it's great.

Took the kids, they always get the same meal, nothing special. Good customer service, didn't take that long, I didn't get anything for myself, no.7 is my favorite, lol.

Food is not the same anymore. They are lazy making the food. Bread tends to be hard and the meat is always dry. I guess that because it's frozen and just thrown into and oven. Tacos are soggy , greasy and I've had old stale tacos before. Just ok

The food is meh, compare to other fast food restaurant around here. The service sucks most of the times i have gone. One time a manager tried to fight my friend who was with me all because she miss heard my friend.

It does need improvement overall especially hygiene. Sometimes the workers give nasty attitude like they dont wanna work there. Food wise sometimes you gotta check your bag or else they will forget the items of your selection. Sauces I mean they are decent on that sometimes there will be someone who give me lesser. Overall its not too bad though the bonus is its close to the gym 😅. Keep it up the good work and maybe I can change my reviews😁.

I placed an order from door dash and I requested sauces from and didn’t received them. The curly fries weren’t even curly and they were burnt.

They are using paper straws and wooden forks, so they're staying up with environmentally conscious measures. The tables needed to be cleaned and they were out of paper towels in the men's room.

I ordered a cheese burger but they gave me jumbo jack cheese burger.and they had no lids and no ice.

Normally the food is okay. We all know it's a mass consuming restaurant, let the stars explain the constancy with orders. You're feeling ugly about the people get a different job because you will get your feelings hurt I'm sure one day.

This place is the slowest fast food restaurant I ever been too the dining area is always dirty bathrooms r never cleaned food is not hot this is by far the worst jack n the box everywhere ur better off driving to the other jack

When we tried to call the phone was disconnected and to even drive out at almost 1am after work it’s just too much :/ (also hair in food is long , me and husband both have short hair)

VERY BAD service. Went by the drive-thru and basically got yelled at by the employee taking my order. I asked for 2 orders of the same thing but she insisted I order one at a time. I left without buying their food and will never go back.

The place was filthy. Service was unprofessional. No ice in the ice machine. Restroom were filthy. Found a strand of hair in our food. We will no return

This place sucks! The burger bun was dry and burned the fries tasted old. If I wasn't on my way out of town I would have returned the entire order.

Anytime we go there it's only for Breakfast and they always mess it up. When they mess up they deny it and your complaint goes nowhere. They are rude and won't fix the problem they created. So horrible

I asked for an Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and curly fries. I got a regular cheeseburger and curly fries. Asked for ketchup, I got taco sauce and ketchup. And it took quite a while as well.

Went to the Jack in the box today around 11:00 p.m. I ordered my food at the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window... One of the workers left me with my money hanging out the window...& The rest of his coworkers were looking at me all wear....& They lagg it in giving me my food....plus they did not give me my full order...way different order of what I ordered..but yeah I got charged almost $20 dollars for a order thats only $7.99..& I did not get my stuff jalapenos & a cheesecake.. I didn't noticed until I got home they gave me 2 baggs...I thought I had ary thing I ordered but no...& It's not the first time it happens..... really bad customer service.what happened to the good customer service from back in the days......I will never go back...👎👎👎👎not recommended..

disappointing service, got a breakfast sandwich and it tasted rotten/chemically. worst of all i saw a child running around in the kitchen the other night, i think the kid was allowed to be there by the staff?? wasn’t even wearing a hair net, very unsanitary and unprofessional

I don’t know why but jack in the box in watsonville is not open 24 hours as advertised.i don’t know about other city’s neear by, but for the past month they can’t take orders from 1:00am to 5:00am so don’t waste your time going to ether one of both locations. Freedom Blvd and on green valley. I hate it when business have fake advertisements, cuz it waste my time and money.

I just went to the jack in the box on freedom by kmart and order a spicy chicken meal with curly fries and got something totally different and ofcourse i didn't get a recipe. Worst place ever check your meals really good before leaving

There's a bug im my chicken sandwich! I always remove the lettuce before i eat it and i seen this little bug between the lettuce looks like a beetle. Couldn't eat my meal in disgust. Service was nice though.

There's a bug im my chicken sandwich! I always remove the lettuce before i eat it and i seen this little bug between the lettuce looks like a beetle. Couldn't eat my meal in disgust. Service was nice though.

Kid at front desk was very rude . I asked for some sauce and just tossed it on the counter My meal was supposed to come with two medium fries and they only gave me one if you can call it that...never coming to to location again if this person is working again

Very bad customer service, employees were fighting and shoving each other. The cook was not wearing gloves and was touching the food with his bear hands. They were throwing the food around. We found a hair in our food. Very unprofessional behavior…

As for the food well they may not have deeplyfried anything.. However it is usually consistent.. I've tried this Jack in the box location three times to be fair and all three times I had a bad experience from angry adversarial borderline confrontational employees to cold french fries all three times. I got onion rings & fries the last time thinking that it was just something to do with the fries but no my onion rings were cold as well.. So I know I won't be back.. Sad.. Could have been a good location..

Never go here in the morning!! As a matter of fact, don’t go there at all!! The ladies that work there are super RUDE!! Even my 9 year old that was in the car with me noticed it!! If you hate your workplace that much, WHYYYYY are you working there?
