Have been going to Otto's for forever. It's always a good time and good food. Recently, I took my niece for lunch for her birthday. It was a great time. The service staff are friendly and welcoming. They are accommodating and hospitable. This is the reason we visit time and again. The food is consistent. And have no complaints. Nautical Mile is ever evolving with new trends, rebranding, and rebuilding when a hurdle gets in the way, but I think Otto's may be the longest standing food establishment here...

Two Sundays ago I was there with friends they never had been before. The service was very poor. It seems they had no training of any kind. We had to repeat twice our orders. They waiter made a mistake on the bill and came with a new one of higher value after we had paid. The Bossboys seemed like they're lost with no idea of their function. I've been at the Otto's Grill many times before Katrina and COVID. I had always a pleasant and excellent experience. I'm sad I can't say the same now.

Had food here before that's why we returned, had excellent food and service. We come here because we can bring our puppy. Very disappointing this time, however. Were seated for a while before the young waiter came to us. Our Diet Cokes were flat. Waited almost a half hour for our wings, which were stale and just lukewarm on the inside. Had to ask for paper napkins. My cheese burger was tasteless and dry, no lettuce or tomato. The fries were actually quite good. The menu has been whittled down and overall the food was very mediocre. Would not recommend... will likely never return

Nothing to rave about. The surf and turf burger would have been good if the seafood was fresh it tasted as if it had been sitting around for awhile. The crab cakes tasted as if they were pre-made and in a freezer for awhile too. The pasta with shrimp was okay. Can't say I wouldn't try it again. Just don't have high expectations. The serve was very good and the atmosphere was good as well.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon with a friend, not too busy. We were seated immediately but then no one came over to us for about 20 minutes. A server who was delivering someone else's food asked if we had been helped and we said no. The first drink I asked for, they said they were out of ingredients to make it. Asked for another drink and placed our order and then it took another 20 or so minutes to get everything. I ordered the calamari salad. Supposed to have avocado. Came with none. When the bill came they had already added 18% gratuity for a party of 2. Also charged 3% more for using a credit card. And then still had a spot to add a tip, which I thought was unreal. Spent about $100 for 2 drinks and 2 salads. It was nothing to write home about and wouldn't go back. There are places that are more affordable with better food and service. The waitress however was very apologetic about the wait and was very nice.

I have been coming here for years, but I’m not sure exactly what happened here. Food was disgusting, I ordered salmon and it was complete mush drowned in oil/butter. Shrimp were under cooked and inedible. I only ever got the chance to order 1 drink, since our waiter never returned while sitting here for a total of an hour. The food arrived about 50 minutes after ordering. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Also got attacked by bees the entire time. Another couple was smart enough to get up and leave after how long it took for the server to come out. I couldn’t even finish my food.

Place is dying . They have the best guy come to perform (travelen Max)There is about 10 tables close to where he is . Wanted to have dinner . Hostess wanted to put us on other side of deck. Asked to sit closer and she said they all reserved. They were waiting for bigger parties . Hope they stay empty all night

Hey friends! I wanted to take a moment to share my experience about this place tonight, we were 4 people only and we order 4 drinks very simple drinks, we order 2 appetizers plus two main dishes and that’s all, and the bill was almost $300 the food was not enough it’s was little and we didn’t even got full.. terrible price for very little food… not recommended at all…

The price is too expensive, and it’sn the best food, one long island ice tea $20?. Margarita $15? And a plate of caserole seafood $38? With 3 Shrimps only one dry potato food is terrible.. not worthy for the price we paid, ohhh on top of everything 20% of gratuity.😡😡

Went to Ottos sea grill for lunch and the food was horrible. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted outdoor seating or indoor. We preferred indoor because it was very hot outside. Upon being seated the waiter did not bring us water. Also the indoor seating area smelled musky. We ordered two Sangria's which were watered down. My wife ordered the twin lobsters and after several minutes waiter came back and said no twin lobster available. I ordered the fried fish and she ordered the Salmon. My fried fish was loaded with breading. It tasted horrible. I informed the waiter about the food so he went and got the manager. I informed her that the fried fish tasted horrible. The manager did take off the fried fish from my check. My wife had the salmon which was bland and super dry. They also charge me an 18% mandatory gratuity for a party of two. This is BS…We just paid and left disappointed. I will never step foot here again.
