Never had any issues here, never had to wait too long in line either. Sometimes they are very limited on specific donuts so be mindful of that when you come in. They have a variety of delicious sandwiches and hashbrowns as well.

I give this Dunkin donuts 5-star because it saved me from a horrible headache. The veggie egg white omelette saved my life. Plus the Excedrin I got from the gas station.

The employees there at freeville Dunkin donuts are great. Always have a smile an very very helpful especially with the Dunkin Donut app. An they are very polite when ever I see them at any time of the day. So I like to give a big thanks to the freeville dunkin crew. Keep up the great job

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee! A lady in line bought my coffee so I've been buying the person behind mes coffee everytime I go in and they really enjoy serving coffee. The staff is kind and humble for the most part. I do wish it would be more cleaning done.

I ordered off the app. I used my points to get some free food. I only got the food I paid for and they never gave me my food paid for with points. This dunkin wasted my points. I also ordered an iced coffee with butter pecan and vanilla flavor shots and they never put that in my coffee. Just espresso, cream, and sugar. They got my order all wrong. Im not happy at all. Do better dunkin. And learn how to read online orders smh.

There was an unidentifiable bug in my coffee, I got it at the drive thru didn't notice until I was home and had consumed most of my drink.

Coffee is not good quality it used to be good before now is more expensive and less quality

No bathroom per gas station attendant. Not sure how you get away with serving food/drink without having an accessible hand washing sink and bathroom. Won’t support this Dunkin/gas station with my business any further.

Terrible people working in there! As a truck driver it is very limited to where I can get in to get the coffee that I love so this is one place where I can easily pull to the side and walk in and get my coffee but nope not today! Drive thru only! I stood at the cash register waiting for about 3 full minutes till someone finally took the time to yell at me "drive thru only today! They refused to allow me to walk up to the outside window to get my coffee. I finally found a good lady coming through the drive thru that I gave her $10 just so she could order it for me.

Went to DD to get 1 of my normal 2/3 while baby girl getting groomed on Lower Creek Rd. Older man at the counter looking down, didn't scan my app, so I will be getting my coffee in Cortland before I go there. Will never go there again.

Got a coffee at the drive thru last week. When I got down the the last gulp I felt hard stuff in my mouth, some of which I swallowed. I poured out the remaining coffee--there was a ton of (what appeared to be) many tiny pieces of black or brown plastic...probably over 100 PC. I made my concern known to "national". They said the local owner would call...which they tried, but we have not connected. I am not looking for free coffee. This should be investigated. It doesn't appear accidental to me. I ingested some of this. Lucky, still alive and not sick. No more Dunkin Donuts from here! Too fishy, if you ask me.

I was at this store attempting to put air in my car tires. As I begin to check my tire's air pressures, I notice a Dunkin employee smoking a cigarette in front of me. I don't have a problem with smokers, especially because I smoke but I would NEVER SMOKE IN FRONT OF A CASE OF PROPANE TANKS AND LESS THAN 10 FEET FROM THE GAS PUMPS. I politely asked her to not do that while I was trying to inflate my tires and she literally ignored me. I then head into the building to find someone to ask her to move to a safer area and the Mirabito manager could do nothing about it because they do not work for him. Of course as we come outside she had moved but is this the type of people you have sharing a space with a gas station? That would have made a pretty click worthy headline had something actually caught fire.
