New place and it's already pretty crowded for a weekday morning. Good vibe and clean place. Variety of yemeni coffee and regular espresso based drinks. Large portions and good quality. Will definitely visit again!
We Visited Moka & Co Café during their soft opening loved the bright, airy ambiance, perfect for studying, working, or catching up with friends. We tried the Moka Specialty Spice Latte (cold) something unique, Yemeni Adeni Chai Pot, strong and flavorful, and the Dubai Pistachio Latte, (cold) trendy but could be creamier; you can ask for extra pistachio syrup and less ice. The Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake was rich and delicious, the Chicken Roll was flavorful, and the Honeycomb with Zaatar offered a nice savory-sweet balance. Overall, a cozy new spot with great potential once fully launched.
Another Yemeni Coffee in the bay! Simple yet warm atmosphere in here. Hints of middle eastern themed interior. Quite spacious but more emphasis on 2-person tables. Might be challenging for groups and families to find space especially during peak hours. Already see a lot of chairs being moved from empty tables. We bought Mufaw’ar Coffee(hot), had a hint of cardamom. Perfect for avid coffee drinkers. And also bought Iced Biscoff Latte with light sugar. Perfect balance of sweetness from biscoff and the bitterness from coffee. Overall, more reasonable than the Qamaria. Will visit again! Disclaimer: Laptop mafia have found their way even here :)
I had a Dubai coffee drink and really enjoyed the pistachio cake—the consistency and texture were phenomenal. D had the shawarma and loved it. The atmosphere is the perfect balance: not too noisy, not too quiet, but calm enough to pop open a book and relax. The space feels inviting, warm, and fun. I’m definitely coming back. They also have an App :) very convenient!
I’m so excited for this new Yemeni cafe in Fremont! I tried their Saffron Adeni Chai and it did NOT disappoint! 10/10! I’m looking forward to trying their other drinks! I loved the ambiance of the place! The staff were all super friendly & they have purse/coat hangers at the tables!! Super thoughtful of them!
Mocha and Co. is a fantastic new Yemeni coffee shop in Fremont, offering delicious food and beverages with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is convenient, and the customer service is genuinely outstanding. It’s the perfect spot to relax and hang out with friends or family. I especially love the saffron latte!
Tried this amazing cafe for the first time today at their soft opening. The first thing that you notice is that the space is so chic, comfortable and relaxing. Clean decor and they even thought of little handbag “coat racks”. When I ordered, the workers are so nice and sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Lastly the drinks are spectacular- my husband and I tried the adeni chai, mufawar coffee, iced saffron latte, iced pistachio latte, and matcha. We liked it all! The saffron is strong - they’re not cheap! Also they have almond and oat milk. My toddler had and finished both the mango refresher and then the pineapple mango smoothie (you’d love it if you like piña colada). Both drinks would be perfect for a summer day.
Another addition to the ever expanding Yemeni coffee landscape in the Bay Area. This one’s on Fremont Blvd. Nice seating area with pleasing but not in your face decor. Not crammed Quick service. Small menu of eatables and the chicken fatayar was very tasty. The Adeni Chai had the right balance of tea, milk and sugar. Service was quick.
This is another Yemeni cafe at Fremont and I’m surprised that it’s very close to where I live. It’s nice inside with good decorations, which is similar to the one I usually go to. Also, there’s many people here probably because it’s Sunday when I visited. It’s a good place to work, study, and hangout. Iced Mufawar wasn’t too sweet which is a good sign and that I asked for sweetness. I haven’t tried their foods yet but when I come back, I’m sure I will. I also like the design of the glasses, which is something I’ve never seen before. I’m looking forward to coming back here to try other drinks and foods. It’s most likely going to be one of the places I’ll relax and work.

One of the best coffee shop in the middle of Fremont. I like their Spanish coffee a lot. The ambience is great. Finding place to to sit during peak hours may be tough
Many different pastries and drinks. I got the iced caramel latte. The portion size was good and the saltiness balanced the sweet. It doesn’t get too noisy so it’s perfect for studying.
Came here many times since their grand opening. Really good coffees and desserts. Reasonably priced. Nice to see another Yemeni based coffee shop in Fremont. The owners and staff are very friendly and can provide with great recommendations . Had their strawberry matcha. Wow! That was really good. Their desserts are very flavorful and not too sweet. Parking can be tight here. A relaxing place to visit and have a small business meeting. Highly recommend!
Lovely Yemeni Vibes 🇾🇪 Great Pistachio Coffee, Macchiato, & milk cakes 🍰
Must try. Nice ambience. Coffees and desserts are good.
Clean place. Nice vibes. Tasty food.
I tried the pistachio cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Paired with their biscotti latte, it made the perfect combination. The ambience of the café is incredibly relaxing; it truly feels like I’ve stepped into a different atmosphere, far from the usual busy coffee shops. The staff are ever attentive, friendly, and make the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great desserts, great coffee, and a calm, cozy vibe
Honestly, I’m so glad Moka & Co opened up here in Fremont. The vibe is really nice here; it's bright, clean, and relaxing. I actually come here sometimes to get a bit of work done and just enjoy my time. Their Yemeni Adeni Adeni tea is my favorite! It’s served in a beautiful cup that makes the experience even better. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. It’s just one of those spots that instantly puts you in a good mood, great drinks, good people, and a cozy environment. Thank you Moka & Co., for bringing authentic Yemeni flavors and warm hospitality to our community!
I love this place! The vibe at Moka & Co is super cozy - perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The coffee is always fresh and smooth (their lattes are top tier =), and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. They've got a great selection of pastries and breakfast options too. The space feels warm, clean, and modern without being pretentious. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. Definitely one of my favorite local spots - highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!
I recently checked out the soft opening of this coffee shop, and I was so impressed! The coffee is fantastic, and it’s served piping hot! The staff were super friendly, and I really loved the cozy vibe. The seating is comfy, and the music is nice and not too loud, which makes it perfect for working without any major distractions. I’m definitely going back often and can’t recommend this place enough!

I love moka and co i come here every weekend. Their adeni chai and biscoff latte is my absolute favorite and the customer service of the staff is immaculate.
I love the Adeni chai and Chicken Fatayer. Nice place to chat. If this place had outside seating, it would be perfect for me and I'd come more often! As a study spot I'd prefer better wi-fi and outside seating.
We stopped by this coffee shop and really liked it. I got the iced pistachio latte and my husband ordered the hot mocha spice latte. Both drinks were really good and we enjoyed them. The place itself was cute and had a nice vibe. Overall, it’s a good café and worth visiting.
Pistachio latte is pretty good, wish they did not add the pistachio syrup which was a little bitter. Saffron latte straight up tastes like saffron liquid very mild coffee flavor in that one. We also tried the Mufawer coffee, which was spiced coffee, interesting and bold. They were out of saffron milk cake but we also ordered the chicken fatayer (flat pastry with minced spiced chicken filling) when it came out it was not warmed up completely, not sure if it was sitting before it was brought to us as the place had the AC blasting and the staff had their hands full. The wait was quite long (20-25mins) and there was a line around noon on a Sunday. I wish the service was faster and that they clearly label if something is out of stock. Overall the coffee was different and tasted good.
New coffeeshop in Fremont. It is still on soft opening and will be grand opening on November 2. It is larger coffee shop with plenty of seating. There are unique coffee and tea from the menu. It has plenty of pastries also but since it still on soft opening, they don't display the pastries and just the name but you can order. If you are new to these type of pastries, it is hard to make a choice. We the ice pistachio latte is really good. It is not that sweet. Ice bischoff latte is also unique. Adenia Chai is on the light side. Dubai baklava and Dubai cheesecake are good. Since it is on soft opening, we need to pardon the slowness. It was good visit and will visit again after grand opening. It has free wifi.
Had a sugar-free Mufawar and a Chicken Fatayer. Nice and clean place. Noisy at busy hours but tolerable with headsets lol.
Moka and Co is a good place with a nice vibe and great staff.. Overall, it’s still a good spot
Atmosphere is great. I go here to study or with a group of friends to enjoy with a adeni kettle. only issue is outlets, only 1 side of the cafe has them.
Moka and Co is a nice place with a great vibe and friendly staff. However, my experience was slightly mixed because some items listed on the menu were not available. Overall, it’s still a good spot, but I hope they improve menu availability to better match what’s advertised.
I’ve visited many times for dine-in and pickup, and I really enjoy the atmosphere and how kind the staff are. One small observation I wanted to share is that some menu items tasted different on different visits, sometimes excellent, other times less so. Consistency would make the experience even better, and I hope this feedback helps.
Visited Moka & Co with friends and ordered the Adeni chai. Unfortunately, it tasted like regular tea and didn’t feel like a specialty drink—I’ve had much better Adeni chai at other coffee shops. The tables weren’t clean, it was very loud, and I didn’t like the utensils/cups they used for the tea. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.
Overall great vibe of the cafe. But I specifically asked for the vegetarian fatayers and confirmed two times with the staff at the billing counter. Yet when I checked my to-go package at home, they had packed me a beef fatayer. The other two fatayers I got- potato and spinach & cheese were good.
Ironically this was my third time visiting but the first time ordering and trying out their beverages. My husband and I stopped by the day before their official opening on a Sunday. We came in and were ignored by both the managers and the staff behind the counter before we had to reach out and ask if we may place an order and they told us to come back tomorrow. Although we were surprised by the lack of warmth, we ended up coming a week later and wanted to try out their beverages. We showed up on a Sunday and the line was to the door. We waited for over 20 minutes and when we got to the front, the staff member told us that it would be a minimum of a thirty minute wait. We were on our way to Modesto and couldn’t wait, so we left. It would have been a courteous gesture for the staff to have announced that during the wait in line so those who have events to attend could make the decision to stay or leave earlier and not waste so much time in line. I tried again today and stopped by and purchased a large to-go of the Adeni tea and a Moka latte. The staff today were really sweet and the decor was chic. I loved the modern spin on the traditional Yemeni decor. With all that said, the Moka latte was awful. It was like drinking a cup of milk with crushed cardamom on top. One can only purchase a 16 oz ($8) and I could not take more than a couple of sips. No coffee taste at all. My mom also tried it and she said we can save the cup of milk and add an expresso shot when we return home. I purchased the tea for our family gathering tonight and I hope that that will be passable for everyone.
I ordered a chai to go. It’s felt like I have hot water with sugar very disappointed on the top of that I had Kanafa felt like a rock
I’ve been a regular customer here ever since they opened, and our usual orders were the Muwafar, Saffron Latte, and Spanish Latte. Over the past two weeks, however, we noticed that none of these drinks tasted the same. They were severely lacking in coffee flavour as well as the specialty flavours for the coffee drinks we ordered. As a regular customer, I felt it was important to finally share my honest feedback. Let’s be real—we’re paying a decent price to enjoy these drinks, and if the quality isn’t consistent, it simply isn’t worth coming back. When I went in and politely shared my feedback, the manager showed no willingness to take it positively. He kept going in circles, insisting the recipe hadn’t changed and suggesting that next time I should ask for extra espresso shots and extra flavour etc. which I never had to before when the drink tasted better. This clearly showed a lack of customer service and appreciation for customer feedback. What really offended me was when he said he could do me a “favour” by remaking another cup of coffee at no cost. That’s not a favour—if the drink is made incorrectly, it should be replaced without hesitation. To make matters worse, he didn’t even have the decency to apologize or properly remake the drinks. I ended up walking out with the original coffees, which eventually went straight into the trash. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend a place that doesn’t value customer feedback or experience. There are plenty of other Yemeni cafés that offer far better drinks and overall service. No amount of marketing can make up for declining quality and poor customer service—especially just a few months after opening. Good luck keeping customers that way.
