Great food! The new wings are a great addition to an already amazing menu. We eat here at least once a week.

i love me some corn. tastes good, just like the sliver in Berkeley. however this sliver has a limit on the number of sauces you can take. i think the number should be doubled. 4 sauces for a whole pizza is not enough 😔. I also didnt get the extra slivers of pizza on top, but thats probably because i went at 3pm. Anyway thats all the complaints i have. This sliver is newly opened so the inside of the store is nice and clean.

I love the Fremont location! The pizza is out of this world. So fresh and flavorful. Jerry is the best! He is always very friendly and remembers me and my friends whenever we come in. They also serve margaritas, which is a plus. 100% recommend trying this place if you haven’t yet. It’s definitely a favorite place of mine.

I’m from New York so it’s usually hard for me to recommend pizza places in the Bay Area. The pizza here is amazing. The sourdough crust has a perfect crunch, the flavors are unique and the ingredients are fresh. I had the roasted corn pizza and I think I’ll be having it every week from now on.

Many vegetarian options that taste even better than the meat pizzas. Best pizza in Fremont. Their Toast order link in the website needs to be fixed though it doesn’t connect to the people making the pizzas.

Jerry gave amazing customer service, friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a regular on day one. The entire team is super nice, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Not to mention, everything is so fresh and delicious! Definitely a new go-to spot for me in Fremont. Highly recommend 💯🍕👏🏽

Absolutely loved this place! The food was amazing and the service was just as great. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they serve pizzas without meat—and they’re so good, you don’t even miss it. They also have some unique dressings that are incredibly tasty. The person who took our order was super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We fully recommend this spot!

Honest opinion, I’ve had a lot of good pizza that is traditional, vegan, deep dish etc. Their pizza quality and options are very fresh and tasty. I have a specific taste preference and for their “pizza of the day” options I usually like most of them, for any that aren’t my favorite I’m sure would appeal to those that like the are interested in the ingredients. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly, they have alcohol if you are 21+ I think this is a quality hangout and food spot

Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. The green sauce is amazing, so good that I’ve literally stopped by just to grab some for the house. The owners and staff are awesome every time, and I genuinely love bringing my kids here, especially my youngest son. This is his favorite pizza spot. Anytime we’re in the area, it’s a must stop. Great place, great vibe, and consistently incredible food.

Service is excellent - The pizzas come out fast and they gave me loaded fries on the house (I hosted an event there and placed a large order). Highly recommend!

Excellent pizza on a slow rise sourdough base with fresh ingredients and variety of cheeses. This is what high end pizza is meant to be. Got the mushroom and the corn pizzas, in picture. Reheats well the next day, with a thin crust hit it back to life in 5min in the air fryer at 300F. My new favorite go to pizza place. The inside is late and spacious and never feels crowded. Family owned business that opened a location in Fremont about a year or two ago. They also seek slices which is great.

We opted for a half-and-half with different pizza varieties and the pizza of the day, featuring pineapples and corn. The combination was surprisingly delicious. What stood out to me was their daily special pizzas – it's not something you come across everywhere. The variety and uniqueness make each visit an exciting culinary adventure. I appreciated the fact that their pizza dough is made with sourdough and uses simple, healthy ingredients. It's a nice touch that adds to the overall quality and taste. All in all, Silver Pizzeria impressed me with its creativity, unique offerings, and commitment to quality ingredients. I'm looking forward to trying more of their specials in the future!

It’s great and exciting that some good restaurants are finally coming to Fremont downtown location. Loved this restaurant vibes, with music playing and pretty casual setting. The drink’s selection has beer, wine and some cocktails which were pretty good. We ordered waffle fries which were super awesome. For Pizzas there is no meats selection available. Only vegetarian and vegan options for pizza. Pizza selections and choices were super good. Being a vegan I can’t usually find a good pizza choices and variety, I am absolutely excited that this place offers vegan pizzas which are not only great with great mozzarella vegan cheese but also with lot of flavor and fresh vegetables. Love the different flavors of pizzas they offer thru pizza of the day. The flavors so fresh and refreshing. We ordered vegan corn pizza which tasted absolutely amazing and kids had half pizza of their pizza of the day. We have enjoyed this place and food a lot and I can see myself ordering this for takeout in the days to come. We will definitely comeback to enjoy the pizza in the budding Fremont downtown scenery.

He made sure I could order what I wanted, was helpful in providing suggestions, made sure I got the yummiest cilantro sauces. Dear manager: Jerry definitely deserves a raise. Thank you for making my night and giving excellent customer service & making me the tastiest pizza 🤤 I got the mushroom but I’ll be back for the potato pizza in the future!

I've visited this pizza restaurant across four different locations, and each one has never disappointed me. When I heard about the new opening in Fremont, I was thrilled! Their corn pizza is my absolute favorite, and I'll definitely be returning.

After wondering if this location was going to open after Covid hit, it finally did this past weekend! The owner E (Eduardo, I believe) and his staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had a chance to chat with him for a few minutes and hear his story of not being sure this was going to open, and it was very touching. I’m glad he pushed forward and got it done! We need good pizza shops like this in Fremont! This has all the makings of a good go-to spot on any day to grab a slice and relax and chill. The atmosphere and vibe of the place is very good. It’s on a corner spot slightly tucked away from the main street traffic. There’s going to be plenty of outdoor seating on a spacious and clean block. The inside is perfect even for big families or groups to come hang out together. Overall, excellent atmosphere. The pizza is classic local Bay Area sliver / cheeseboard. My kids loved going out to Berkeley just for sliver, so we’re glad it’s now in our hometown. The green sauce is plentiful and an excellent addition to any pizza of the day. E said they offer a set menu of pizzas along with the pizza of the day. There are also some sides that look very good as well as a kids menu. E gave my son a kids pizza with a side (he got the corn), a drink, and a cup for gelato. They offer gelato for all the kids with their meal! Very cool. I love the heart of this place because of E the owner wanting to build his business for the community. There’s heart, with an excellent product, in an excellent location, with excellent residents in this city. Hope this does very well for many years to come!

This is our go-to pizza place. We started with the veggie pizzas (my favorites are the Potato Pizza and the Corn Pizza) and when they added meat pizzas, we tried a few of those (Love the Pineapple Chick). Waffle fries are great as well. They just started serving wings - and we got the Sweet and Fire sauce. So so so good. This place is a solid choice for your pizza place. Also a plus that the service is stellar.

The cashier was super nice and apologetic about an order that came out a little slower than expected. I really appreciate the hospitality - feels much needed these days. Food is appetizing and the lunch menu fully satiates.

This location in Fremont is brand new but I've had them before. I really like their style of franchise and of course the sourdough pizza crust is amazing. Definitely reminds me of that Upper East Bay Berkeley vibe with the unique toppings and the vegetarian friendly Focus. This location isn't selling beer yet but they do serve wine I'm sure more alcohol coming soon.

UPDATED JANUARY 2026 Pizza still great. The place is still SUPER quiet…barely anybody in there on last 2 visits. Was kind of a downer vibe when you want to go out to eat. Such is life in Fremont. Not much happening. They got rid of their liquor license and reverted to a beer & wine license. Smart move…saves some money, as nobody ordered cocktails here when they had a full liquor license, and they never really utilized the small bar they built. Sauces and vegetarian pizzas are still delicious and on point. Customer service was decent. I hope this place survives. Shame on the city of Fremont for not doing more to energize this part of town that they comically market/promote as “downtown.” Not sure what Sliver can do to liven things up inside and attract more customers to dine-in. It’s a large space. ——————————————————————————— ORIGINAL REVIEW (2025) FOOD: -very, very good vegetarian pizza. Potato pizza is a fav! -mixed veggies: lacked flavor, needs more seasoning. I love crispy veggies, but these needed to be cooked longer to soften them up just a bit. -sauces: always delicious. AMBIANCE: spacious interior. Dead each time I’ve been there. Guessing it’s more of a take-out/delivery spot? Noticed they have a full bar (but not staffed. It’s just kind of there, off to the side). Seems like an untapped (no pun intended) opportunity to turn the bar area into an after-work happy hour spot, where folks can congregate and have an adult beverage. Not many options for that in Fremont other than chain restaurants and a couple of bad dive bars. With their amazing food, it seems like focusing more on their bar could bring more people in after work and in the evenings (especially on weekends). Win/win! BEVERAGES: please add a decent non-alc beer to your menu. There are plenty of California-brewed "craft" non-alc beers available now (Best Day, Barrel Brothers, Athletic, etc). Thank you for carrying Mexican Coke and several of the San Pellegrino flavors. Love those! Overall, a really nice local/independently owned and operated restaurant with quality vegetarian pizza (and lots of potential in other areas re: food, beverages, making it more inviting to dine-in). Support Sliver so Fremont doesn’t become a wasteland of chain restaurants and fast food concepts! In fact, support ALL of the Capitol Avenue businesses…maybe this area can grow and actually become Fremont’s “shopping and dining district” like the sign on the corner of Fremont Blvd & Capitol Ave says it is!

The menu was very robust with many options. I tried the number 1 which was with Roma tomatoes and it was great! The server also recommended the green sauce which was phenomenal 👌 . A bit pricey but you get what you pay for- great tasting, good quality pizza. I also wanted to mention that we got the crispy waffle fries and Garlic roasted parmesan mushrooms which were very flavorful! The Agua fresca lemonade was okay 👍.

We ordered a half potato half mushroom pizza for takeout and it was ready in about 15 minutes. The crust is thin with plenty of toppings and wasn’t greasy at all. I think it would’ve tasted even better fresh in the store, but I can see this being a great pizza reheated as well. Plenty of parking and it’s not busy at all!

Otherwise, the non-whole pizza consists of toppings that are mentioned on the white sticker. They just started and maybe this location will expand. I tried the pizza and they’re really good. However, some toppings are as hard as a rock and some fell from the pizza bread. The sauces are good though, but just the pesto one I tried. They don’t have a fountain machine for beverages but they display them on the glass display. Anyways, I’m hoping that this place expands and perhaps redesign a new menu. Other than that, pizza is delicious.

Not so good for a spin off of a very good pizza spot in Berkeley, the cheeseboard Co op... The atmosphere is missing and too many pizza choices... Also the street are not so well made... We ordered sweet potato fries and they were undercooked or charred alternately.... What we did like was the pizza of the day.. The corn pizza

Looks like they added animal corpses on pizza now and tried to cover it up as 'protein style'. -- old review Their pizza of the day is a ton of fresh toppings and amazing. I'm now in love with cabbage and corn on pizza. I previously just ordered their 'regular' mushroom pizza but that was just good but not surprisingly so. The half/2 slice daily pizza deal is also good for vegan pizzas too. They'll make a new one if someone else hasn't ordered it vegan yet, so need to wait a little.

Bought the mushroom pizza and cheese pizza with tomato sauce for our family of four. We were all deeply disappointed. The dough was so tough and chewy, it made it difficult to bite through. The toppings were not particularly flavorful either. We’re not picky or one to waste, but we opted to toss most of the pizza out. That’s how bad it was. Not coming back again.

I called this location at 9:35 PM to place a pizza order for in-store pickup. I knew the store closed at 10 PM, but the person on the phone told me that if I wasn’t there within 10 minutes, they’d close early. I explained that I lived just a mile away and would be there quickly, but he repeated that they would shut down if I wasn’t in the store within 10 minutes. It felt unnecessarily rigid, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt—maybe it had been a long day. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, I asked for an extra pesto and red sauce, as I’ve done many times over the past 6–7 years at other Sliver locations (Berkeley, Oakland, and Fremont). I was immediately told I’d have to pay $1.50 extra, and the interaction felt more like being lectured than served. I didn’t argue—I paid the extra charge—but I did mention that no other location had ever made this an issue, and that I usually tip generously. His response? “That’s the policy. If you have a complaint, go ahead and file one.” This kind of attitude is exactly why we used to come here every couple of weeks and now only show up every few months—if that. The previous staff were friendly, respectful, and created a great customer experience. Unfortunately, this new guy, who has been around for a few months, lacks even the basic courtesy to talk to people respectfully. No wonder the place was empty. And I know I’m not the only one saying this—just read through the other recent Google reviews. If the owners care about the long-term success of this location, I strongly recommend paying attention to that feedback.
