Place always makes good taco bell, I've been to many bad ones this one is a good one.

The manager here is great. Really appreciate his understanding of my situation. The Taco Bell app was not working and I wanted to get a free large drink. I asked the manager to honor the offer that was on the Taco Bell app. He told me he will do it because he saw that the Taco Bell app was not letting me go through with my purchase. When you look for fast food restaurants...this is the place to go. It is the fastest Taco Bell I have ever seen. It wasn't because they were not taking other orders, it was because you could see the whole team working just like that...a team. To top it off, the place looks super clean and the person that gave us the food was actually smiling (not often in fast food restaurants). Congratulations to the franchisee for being one of the few to get a 5 stars from me.

The food is good, I love Taco Bell but I think they can do better with the duty assignment to the personnel because they take some time to attend you.

What can you say, when your a vegatarian and in a jam Taco Bell is the way to go. Stopped in after a long day at work, food was as expected but hit the spot.

Very clean and brand new looking store. Service is kind of slow sometimes, especially the line (you can see everything that is going on). Surprisingly they ask you for your name when they take your order (Starbucks style), and they call your name instead of an order number. Very conveniently located.

Register personel was there but not there. It was likw stepping on eggshells when asking for something as they seemed bothered as though distracted from somethinf else. But it is what it is. Youth at best.

I find myself alot at the waterfront looking at NYC lights at night. There are a few restaurants that are in the area and with the view of NY it's just fantastic.

Surprisingly good. Haven't been to TB since 1998 seriously. But it was good. Food was presented well, tasted good and service was over the top friendly. That's the one thing that stood out here great staff and service. Unlike a fast food place you expect.

UPDATE: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2022, 8:49PM: I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the employees wearing face masks. Given there are almost always increases in covid19 cases after certain holidays, that was especially smart of those employees to wear face masks again. I was also happy to see the Mango Iced Tea and the Dragon Paradise still available. UPDATE: THURSDAY, JULY 28, 2022: As usual, the staff at this Taco Bell are professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Josue took my order and he was very professional and friendly beyond the usual in most fast food places. He also provided me with additional information about one of the items I ordered. I must admit, it would have been nice to see more employees wearing face masks, especially since covid19 cases have increased considerably, since this past April, but I digress. Taco Bell has become a very nice convenience for my life partner and me. We always receive very good customer service, they serve coffee at all hours, the bathroom is well-stocked and cleaned regularly, and it is nice to see the employees wearing face coverings correctly.

I'm just eating their drive-though breakfast. Service was great, but on a cold day no one really wants a mountain dew with ice as their caffeinated breakfast drink. The food itself was above average for fast food breakfast. Please add hot coffee and tea to the menu.

We ordered 2 simple meals. Priced at over $18.00! $$ Kind of pricey. They took a few minutes to tell us it was ready. My burrito was completely cold. I didn't complain, though. I wanted to get a burrito to go for a friend and ended up waiting 15 minutes for it. The 2 men before me were waiting for 25 minutes for their order that never went thru. Meanwhile, one of the workers put something in a microwave that literally caught 🔥 fire! They need a manager to retrain everyone in there. And have a better system. The resaurant is fairly new and clean on a positive note.

This Taco Bell has been a quick food favorite for us for several years but the last few months have been disappointing. Last night the nachos order was packed with many small pieces of broken chips under a thin layer of a few large chips to hide the little pieces. The Mexican Pizza was not hot and most of the cheese hadn't even started to melt. There was a bad soda/syrup spill by the dispensing machines and the staff put cones out but no one ever cleaned it up the entire time we were there. I'm rooting for you Taco Bell but the quality is slipping.

Good taco bell store new clean the only thing is that when I got the taco it was cold and I even took a bite of ice in the taco nasty. The only thing I do like is the cheese fries other than that nasty.

I often come to this fast food place since there are many meatless options. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito as it has no meat but I was served a burrito with chicken. I placed the order at their kiosk machine so I'm positive they did not "mishear" me. I took a small bite before I realized the chicken and I spit it out so I didn't eat it or anything but when I brought it to the front to ask for a different burrito they made it sound like my fault. If I were given a different order I wouldn't have mind but due to religion I can't have meat and I wasn't about to waste money. All in all they were very rude that day and it left a sour taste in my mouth since I was being patient and polite the whole time. UPDATE: this is the second time they've put meat into an item that was on the veggie menu except this time they got the ingredients all wrong as if I ordered something else (double checked the receipt I didnt). No beans no rice just a sad serving of lettuce tomatoes and worst of all had chicken in it. Incredibly disappointing their quality has decreased beware if you are vegetarian or vegan always check they keep making it wrong :(

Went through the drive thru, made a small order, they made us pay at the window and move to the front, took quite some time..I drove off and realized too late they didn't put my full order in the bag, they were too concerned about shuffling people like cattle through the drive thru, so their timer didn't go up, maybe they should be equally concerned about getting the complete order in the bag after spending a little over 40 bucks

Visited the drive thru on 5/17/20 - ordered close to 20 items so asked for a lot of sauce packets considering we use up more than the average. Even tried to specify the number of packets we wanted knowing during drive thru they usually barely give enough for one item let alone multiple. Still received only about 10 packets total for 18 items even though we were told they’d give us more. Clearly they don’t care. Food was ok, rather go to other Taco Bell’s nearby as there are plenty of options if you’re looking for a drive thru

You get what you don't pay for. Over priced and not fresh food and portions are small for the prices. The only thing that was good was the service and the nice staff. For what you spend there you can go to a REAL Mexican Restaurant and get FRESH original food.

I used to like Taco Bell back in the days. I stopped frequenting this restaurant because of the bad service provided at many locations. Locally, this franchise has employed some really rude and lazy people. A good example is the location near 31st Street Kennedy BLVD in North Bergen, NJ. About two years ago I stood in front of the register waiting for the cashier to take my order, or rather, waiting for the cashier to stop chatting with another employee. She would turn to acknowledge me but before I could say anything she would turn back and continue her conversation. Just as I would ask, "Excuse me?" "I would like to order." She would look at me upset that i had just interrupted her conversation. She then turned only halfway and ask what I wanted to order. As I was giving her my order, her co-worker walked over to show her some pictures on her phone. Again I had to wait for my order to be taken because the conversation began again. I got noticeably upset and demanded for my order to be taken. So the cashier looked at me again and asked what I wanted to order. This time I had to give her my order 3 times because the cashier was still focused on her co-worker's story. I sort of felt like if I was being filmed for a TV show to see how much until my temper level was reached. Eventually she took my order but I received the wrong items. All in all, I was there for about 25 minutes. It's because of this that I really stopped going to any Taco Bell. I don't know how the service is now nor do I know anything about the current status of that 30something Street location. Taco Bell pretty much lost me as a customer.

I’ve tried to be patient with this location. I order on Uber Eats very frequently and I always have issues with this location either sending the wrong item, not sending a whole combo, missing items, etc. this is ridiculous. I went to this taco bell today and let me tell you i am absolutely horrified. to start off my order was completely wrong so like a normal person, i went up to the counter to see if at least part of my order could be fixed. The cook from the back came out and when i told her what was wrong she started yelling at me. She told me that i’m “not aware of what i order” and that i was in the wrong and she was in the right. i had my receipt with me so I showed her that the receipt clearly showed what i wanted added, taken off, and substituted. She kept on with the idea that i was wrong until another worker came back and review the receipt and went to fix it. The order was still wrong but it was better than before, I didn’t feel like fighting anymore so i left it as it was and ate even though i wasn’t satisfied. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the customer service and lack of professionalism. Will definitely not be coming back here ever.

Gave my food to someone else and then wanted me to contact customer service to get my money back because they wouldn’t make it again. They gave it to someone that went through the drive through even though I placed it for pick up in counter. The manager doesn’t take accountability for her mistakes when she said she gave it to someone else. So upsetting and unprofessional.

I'm so glad this survey came up for me to complete. As many of you are well aware, everything is out-of-this-world expensive. I was walking home from a doctor's appointment and stopped at Taco Bell. I was sooo hungry. I only eat once a day. In any event, I ordered 2 bean, rice and cheese burritos. They were the most inexpensive. There was an option if spicy or not spicy when I ordered the burritos. I don't like spicy food at ALL. I also ordered the Fiesta Potatoes which is really potatoes with cheese and sour cream. I ordered one with extra potatoes, cheese and sour cream. I take it to go as I was tired and wanted to get home. Once I got home and started eating the burritos, I found they were spicy. Like REALLY spicy. I couldn't finish one let alone both. So, after taking a couple of bites from the first burrito and realized it was way too spicy, I decided to just eat my potatoes. And what do you think happen? The potatoes were VERY spicy. I just wasted $11 on food I couldn't eat. Because the food was so spicy, my stomach was upset so I couldn't eat anything else. Ugh. Needless to say I was very upset and angry. It was too far away for me to walk back. Not to mention it started raining. And that's just the food. They had a bunch of children working their with no customer service skills whatsoever. NONE. I just want my money back. I couldn't eat the food. My son couldn't eat it. It went in the garbage. That's a shame. And a waste. And I despise throwing food away. You ought to all be ashamed of yourselves. Employees, company and especially management. Bad management. That's where it all start. SMH

So…I have been going to this location for 6 years now. I just ran down 4 blocks from my home because it was 11:45pm and I knew their lobby didn’t close until 12am. I certain male employee( see photos below) wouldn’t let me into the lobby to order!!! I had 15 MINUTES UNTIL 12am which is what their website says and their door!!! How INCONSISTENT, INCONSIDERATE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The after “HAGGLING” with him and his 5 minute conversation with the woman at the register…by the way who was taking care of TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS that’s were already in there!!…he tells me condescendingly that he will allow me to stand a outside and walk up to the drive thru and order!!! Are you kidding me…like how unsafe tattoos me how embarrassing….so I just had enough of being patronized and went to McDonald’s next door instead and I left! Usually the staff is very kind and professional and follows the rules….The owner needs to supervise his nighttime management team better. If the lobby stays open until 12am then that means that customers can ENTER THE PREMISES AND ORDER UNTIL 12AM!!! Unless I’m mistaken and the Lobby closes at 11:45…then it should state that on yiur website and store door!!!! And this “employee”( see photos below) needs A LOT more training!!!!

I specifically told them to make sure its beans and no beef, I even asked on pick up windows as I used drive through, I don't understand how can you screw up even after reminding multiple times. Once you are home, you can't do anything at midnight. I just have to throw it. I feel like all tacobell locations make same mistake over and over. They need to train their employees. One day I will sue them for sure.
