As long as they aren't too busy they actually can take the time to make sure your food isn't nasty. Enjoyed a visit and they made us fresh nuggets because the other ones were expired.. Instead of just serving them anyway.

We ate lunch here. The food was typical Wendy's fare. The restaurant was clean. Although the menu featured salads, no salads were available. Coffee was on the menu but it was only available at the attached travel center.

The service was very slow and incomplete. It appears to be understaffed or miss managed. The person at the drive through seemed to be frustrated what the operation inside

This was our first visit to this location. We do not go to Wendy's often, but we had seen a commercial for the Thin Mint Frosty, and decided to try them. My husband and I each got a large chocolate Frosty. We paid and were asked to pull forward and wait. The wait was less than 3 minutes. The Frostys were not great and we would not get them again. The texture and the taste of the chocolate of the Frosty base did not seem right. The Thin Mint swirl was good, but primarily at the bottom half of our cups. The crumbled cookies at the top were nice, but sparse. We will not be trying them again, and in the future when we want a frozen treat we'll visit Dairy Queen. On a positive note, the employee working the drive-through window was very friendly.

Stale fries at a busy hour. Tenders were hot and guess what? Tasted like chicken albeit a little over breaded. What happened to ghost pepper sauce.

The cleanliness of the store is a very low rating. I feel like staff could have been much more friendly. I was very shocked that one employee was talking so loud that she was shouting. 🙄 the frosty was somewhat melted!!

Drive thru order, stopped halfway through traveling a 4 hour trip, stopped and ordered a medium Baconator combo meal. Charged $13.90. Fries were finger temperature warm and rubbery, not fresh. The sandwich I pulled from the bag was TINY! NOT a baconator! Maybe a Jr. Baconator or son of a baconator definitely not the big baconator burger. I was already back on the highway with no phone number on the receipt to call. And I didn't want to waste 15 minutes finding the next exit to turn around and go back so I sucked it up and took a bite. Pure rubber!!! This burger was cold, rubbery and when I forced myself to take a 2nd bite, I spit it out. It tasted off. 2 hours later and my stomach is warning me to get and stay near a bathroom! Wendys restaurant #8731 was a nightmare choice, was hoping to get a good burger for a late lunch, I stead i got room temperature, gut twisting, food that is probably spoiled with how my system is threatening rejecting it. The only decent part of that order was the Dr. Pepper.

I come here several times a week and I ask for no dairy or mayonnaise due to food allergies and everytime they put it on. When my food is made wrong it is a waste of my lunch break and gas to have to constantly come back to get my order corrected but if I don't then I am out the money I already paid and I go hungry, how is this fair to customers? I started to complete the surveys they send me with the hopes it would raise awareness that this is a continuing problem and I asked to be contacted and I have yet to hear from anyone. Fast-food employees these days are under so much pressure to get the food out in record time that food looses its quality and mistakes are made Im just glad its not a deadly allergy. If your wondering why I continue to come to this location because its the closest to my job and I shouldn't have to avoid a business because its staff is incompetent, I'll just have to educate them on comping food.

So disappointed in the service received. Not only did I wait in drive-thru for a good 30 mins but my order wasn't even correct. Ordered a sandwich with cheese and bacon no tomatoes just to receive a plain sandwich with only lettuce and tomatoes zero stars

Stood there for 5 minutes only to be told they don't serve burgers till 10:30. Heavens forbid someone drives all night and wants a burger instead of those crappy breakfast sandwiches.

Got a really crappy breakfast sandwich. The bread was over cooked and hard. While the sandwich was remade when I contested it, the end result was a sandwich of the same quality 🤦🏽‍♂️

This is a Pilot owned stop. The staff are unfriendly and the wait was 10 minutes for a medium fry that was half empty. How long can it take to put fries in a fry sleeve? Why not fill it up?? There were a lot of people waiting for their food. Their ketchup container was empty. Their trash can had little pieces of stepped on fries and food around it on the ground. And there was only one vegan option, a modified salad. Would not recommend.
