Buffalo Wild Wings at 3065 E Shaw Ave is a fantastic spot for casual dining, especially if you're a fan of wings and sports! I recently tried their House Sampler, and it was honestly the best I've had so far. The variety of wings, sauces, and sides were all incredibly delicious, and everything was cooked just right. The sampler gives you a great taste of everything, and it's perfect for sharing if you're with a group. The atmosphere here is lively, with plenty of TVs showing different games, making it the perfect place to watch your favorite sports while enjoying a cold drink and some tasty food. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is pretty quick despite the busy crowd. The only downside is that it can get a bit loud when it's crowded, but that's to be expected in a sports bar environment. Overall, I had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and will definitely be back for more wings and to try out some other menu items. Highly recommend trying the House Sampler if you want to experience a variety of flavors in one meal!

Came with 3 other people, the service was kinda slow but it was a Saturday so that could be why. We got two of the sampler plates as appetizers and they were good, the Asian zing flavor was by far the best one! I wish I got that flavor for my meal which was the 19.99 deal and the deal was so worth it. I didn’t really enjoy the buffalo or spicy garlic flavor and they were a bit dry. Next time I’ll just get Asian zing. Our server was super sweet and at first was slow but then she kept our drinks filled and gave me extra sides of sauce :) The nachos were rlly good

Food was delicious a bit sloppy but flavorful. The strawberry lemonade on the other hand was delicious. I didn't catch a pic of my wings but definitely my favorite. A bit loud & crowded but its a bar/food atmosphere so understanding Still had a great time. Great waitress.

Nice staff and nice environment. Personally, the flavor options for your boneless chicken is way more then Wingstop and has way more flavor. Very happy customer. Every Tuesday it's buy one (What ever you ordered ) and get another one, same exact thing free.$20 buckets for 44 pieces of boneless chicken!?!?! Yesss! Also the drinks are like $3 something each but it's free refills.

Got it delivered. I'm so sad. I ordered it with 3 ranches and carrots and didn't get any of them. No offense but now I have to eat them dry with the dry fries. Don't get me wrong I appreciate and grateful for being able to even have food. I'm just sad because I thought wings and ranch was a common practice. I agree with the other review that the fries are very stale, skinny, and hollow? When I bite into them and see the inside, there's barely any potato? On a good note, the boneless wings are real chicken and the flavors for them are creative but okay flavoring. My taste buds are not picky or that great, I love Arby's and wienerschnitzel, so it's not hard to impress my palette but man, that ranch could've elevated the boneless wings. Ranch is not a must for everyone but it is for me.

Ive place an order only and it told me to pick up my food at 7:50pm. So I waited till 7:40pm to go get my food. I went and got my food and went home. The boneless wings were dry and stale. I ordered my food on DoorDash, when I opened my sampler box 2 green flies flew out!!!! Absolutely disgusting!

I walked in it was dirty with empty beer cans on the tables no staff acknowledged us they were just talking. Then when we sat down, an employee came after 5 minutes and told us we can’t sit here, and pointed to where we can. So we did as instructed, then waited another 5 minutes for a menu. You would assume with it being fairly empty @ 10pm, with still 3 hrs till close, that the service would be quicker. I work at a restaurant so I try to give grace, but this experience wasn’t welcoming.

I went to the Fresno on Shaw location on 2/13 after a softball game to my surprise it wasn't busy. I have been to this location before and never had good service . We had a party of 7 we stood at the hostess table for 10 min till a waitress yelled at us "only bar sitting " we went to the bar area only one table was free it was loaded with dirty dishes. I asked a young lady if they could clean it off fir us ,she gave me a dirty look and said yes. We waited about 20 more min. Nothing....I started cleaning the table my self I put everything on a smaller table I got a cleaning rag from under the water station. Cleaned the table myself. My family and I waited for someone to come take are order another 20min. We walked out. I will never ever in my life eat at another Buffalo wild wing. I can't believe they are still in business. The worse service ever. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I am almost sorry I did not read the reviews prior returning to experience. Atmosphere was filthy disgusting, service was mediocre, manager did not care to visit table after hearing from waiter about poor quality of food, restrooms were pissy and atrocious. I got sick instantly after eating only a few bites, boneless wings are NOT the business. I want to say that place lost their quality, and I lost my appetite. Don’t worry I already reached out to the “CONTACT US” and left my concern for store 254. Call me a Karen, but my name is Kat, I didn’t feel like I left from a place of dining I felt as if I am going to get an airborne or food Bourne disease. Send district management staff out quickly to help save that restaurant. Also please retrain managers on health and safety codes, along with quality assurance customer service skills. I don’t understand how a slow Monday at 3pm gave me such a bad feeling. Absolutely disappointing for such a popularly known food chain in Fresno. Shame on the entire crew.

Went to go eat there with my family. Waited about 15 min to be seated when there was more than 3 tables open. Had to tell them what why we weren't getting seated when there was tables open. Ordered our food and it can about 45 min later. Also had to ask where our food was at. They said they were busy because they were helping other people. Finally got our food but it was cold by the time we got it. I won't ever go there again or recommend that place to no one.

I Got 20 boneless wings and a side of wedges ,the boneless wings were super dry and over cooked. Pretty much no meat. Super thin and hard to eat. Had to throw them away. The dog didn’t even want them. Pretty upsetting considering wings are their specialty. The Wedges were good , had to fill up with them.

This is by far one of the worst places for wings in Fresno. Every now and again I want some wings and will try this location as its close to where I live and am ALWAYS disappointed. The site will tell you a pick up time and you will wait a half hour after that when you arrive for your food to be ready. When you do get your food, the fries will be soggy and cold and the wings will be overcooked, without fail every time this location under delivers. God forbid you have an issue with your order, if you try to call into the store it will make you listen to the hold information and then just hang up on you. Don't waste your money here, literally anywhere else in Fresno will have better food at a better price.

If I could I would give 0 stars. From the moment i got there the host was very rude. Told us to sit anywhere & did not give us menu’s. Waited roughly 10 minutes for a server to bring menu’s and when taking orders she was very rude. I waited 20 minutes to receive my food. The food quality was TERRIBLE. The wings were extremely dry and hard, not to mention cold. And to make matters worse, one my wings came with a hair. My son ordered a Mac and cheese and it was burnt and disgusting. It was dry, cold & the cup was not even full. It almost seemed like it was leftover food. Once it was time to pay the waitress hinted to give her a tip & began acting nice when it was time to pay. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, food quality & the environment overall. I would like to request a refund.

Incredibly long wait time, even after the fights rush cleared out. Stayed waiting with 13 tables/booths opened. Once we were finally seated, we made sure we had our order ready so we could send it in asap. It didn't matter, though. Still waiting another 30-40 minutes for our food. Got to "enjoy" some stale mozzarella sticks in the meantime. Saw our waitress twice between being seated and receiving our food. Once we got our food, our waitress stopped by every couple minutes to ask us how everything was going. Where was this enthusiasm the entire hour before we received our food? Definitely won't be back again, only stopped by because Dog House was flooded with guests, and doors hadn't opened at our event at Save-Mart Center. Total time spent at establishment: approximately 2 hours. Side Note: Was freezing cold in the restaurant for no reason. The weather outside was 60s and partly cloudy
