Alondra y Demetrio were AMAZING!!!! The service was 10/10 and the food was soo good. We had aguachiles de entrada and the sushi was 2 for 1 on a Wednesday 🤍 we had drinks and they were so cute and good, we were about to leave but since the vibes are unmatched we stayed for drinks 🫶🏼

My husband and I went to culichitown in fresno today. Elsa was such a wonderful host. Super polite and the service was amazing. The food was great and the positions were huge. Needless to say we have enough leftovers for lunch and dinner! I highly recommend if you’re ever in the area

This was our first time dining at Culichi Town. It was a wonderful experience. We were warmly greeted with a live band and very kind hosts. Our waitress, Elsa was awesome. She knew the menu front to back and provided great insights on what to order. We had the guacamole appetizer (first time ever not having to "fix" for flavor), the Norteño sushi roll, molcahete, and the Ay Mama Device platter. Everything was perfect and the best way to celebrate 12 years married. Thanks again to Elsa for a wonderful dining experience. You made us feel cared for and that our evening mattered.❤️

It is my honeys birthday and from the time we walked in, the service has been phenomenal! All employees were very friendly and attentive. Our server, Veronica, was kind and patient- my fiancée speaks Spanish and I don’t, and Veronica was patient with me while I ordered or if I had questions plus if we needed a drink,, she was on top of it. Elsa, the manager came and introduced herself halfway thru our dinner and she was VERY professional and down to earth. I appreciated her customer service and attentiveness in such a hectic environment!! I also appreciated the extra effort in helping make my fiancés birthday special! We will definitely be coming back!!!!

This is our first time here. We had an amazing server named Elsa. She always had our drinks refilled and got everything we needed in a very timely manner. When we come back here again, I would request her just because of how well she took care of our table. My daughter got the cheeseburger and it was a lot bigger than we were expecting. She was very happy about that. My son ate the California role and loved it. My husband and I got three different rolls and they were so unique and fresh. Thank you so much again Elsa for making our first experience amazing!!!

I always have the best time here! Staff is super welcoming. Luis the bartender is extremely attentive and accommodating. Elsa, the manager is awesome as well! We came recently for my cousins birthday and they made it extra special for her. Great place with great vibes with delicious food and cool drinks, not to mention the Banda 💃🏾!

I had the ABSOLUTE best experience here on my birthday! Luis was our bartender and when I tell you he knew every single drink, on the menu…no lies told! Service was top notch. Our hostess Elsa checked in with us and the staff was just amazing. Food was delicious and service was excellent. I recommend 100%!

When we first arrived there was a live band playing/walking around and it was incredibly loud. It was our first time going and we didn’t know they had live music on certain days/times. Music was good and players had a great upbeat vibe, but just loud. If the loud music is not for you, just check out their calendar and find a day that would be a bit more calm, but don’t let it keep you from stopping here! Staff was incredibly friendly and super attentive - excellent service!! We got two aquas and the berry one was so delicious! Drinks were so refreshing and not too sweet. We got two rolls and the shrimp empanadas and the empanadas with the green salsa were my favorite. The rolls were super good too, but the empanadas were something I will definitely order again. We went for a birthday and while the birthday singing is a little over the top that’s what’s made it so awesome! Will definitely come back, great place for a group or a birthday dinner. PS the bathroom was so fun and loved the decor in there!

The interior decor was consistent & flowed together. Fun colors for a great time. The red & black decor was elegant. The staff was very attentive from the moment we walked in. We had an early lunch so our meals came fast. We had a party of 16 therefore I will not describe every plate here. I’ll describe our order in the photos. Cocktails were amazing. Cocktails were strong, pretty, and delicious. Food was pricey for the portions served. Smaller than average portions. Another dissatisfying action was that the waitress removed our glasses, plates and silverware too quickly. Make sure you let the waitress know if you’re not done with your silverware or plates otherwise they will be removed. We ordered platters which we still needed our plates to keep on serving ourselves. Trash is immediately picked from the table for example used napkins, straw wrappers, sugar packets, etc. I wasn’t expecting to pay for bottled water which was labeled with the restaurant brand. Now we know. Smart move on behalf of the restaurant. I’m glad we visited before the band started to play because we had a huge party of 16. There was a lot going already. I thought the alcohol cart was a unique touch. A staff member walks around with the cart throughout the restaurant going table by table to offer shots or specialty cocktails. As we were leaving the band was setting up, we timed our gathering just right. I’ll definitely have to return to try other items on the menu. Next time we’ll probably visit with all adults and stay for the band.

May 3,2025 was my first time at this location we went to celebrate my daughter 16 bday...I did reserve a table on the website so there was no wait time.... The server was really friendly but also the hostess...I took a cake in with me and we cut it at the end of nigth, they provided the plates and then came outside with a super sparkly candle with a flashing sign that said happy birthday, my daughter really enjoyed it..they had banda night so the noise was loud. They do charge per song in case you want them to come sing at your table..food had a Great flavor...I would totally go back..I would definitely recommend it to people that love seafood, just like my daughter,they do provide Sushi as seen in the picture.

This was our first time eating here,got invited to a party. My reviews are based on my own personal experience, this place is just ok, highly overrated and over priced. The banda was too loud, had to yell at the waitress taking our order. I had the shrimp cocktail which was bland, my son ordered the octopus at market price it wasn't cooked right (rubbery).
