Every time I visit In-N-Out, I understand why this place is so popular. Always fresh ingredients, juicy burgers, crispy fries, and that incredible signature sauce. The staff is polite, service is fast even when it’s crowded. Clean, cozy, and genuinely delicious. One of the few places I want to come back to again and again — highly recommend!
Great classic American burger. Hand cut fries. Good prices. One of my favorite burger joints. Usually busy. Walk in if the drive thru is too long.
Great affordable quality food. There was a wait to get the food but it is worth it. The burgers are excellent - meaty and the ingredients taste fresh and they have unlimited fountain drinks. Chips were a bit average (not super crispy or hot) and I'd avoid the vanilla shake again as it was thick and to get the fountain drinks.
Everytime I am in California, I have to stop at In and Out Burger. Good fresh burger made the way you want it. I like their fries..... not in love with them, but like them. Their crew always seems to be very caring and helpful.
Now these people work FAST! There were at least 15 cars in front of us at the drive through but we kept advancing and it took no time to get our order through, payed and ready to go. Even more amazing is the friendly service, even at rush hour. Food was excellent.
Phenomenal as always! Best burger there is. The right was to do it is double double animal style with animal style fries!! Get the peperonccini from the condiments counter as well!! The 0 sugar lemonade is also good and their shakes are so real!! Every time we visit California we look forward to in-and-out!
I arrived at the restaurant shortly before noon on a Monday (8/26/24) and was happily surprised to find an open spot right in front of the building (I'm handicapped). Although the restaurant was busy, the front counter had no customers (attributed to the efficient customer service). I was greeted warmly by the cashier, and my burgers arrived quickly and to order. I wanted to give a special shout out to Carol, who was patrolling the dining room picking up baskets from customers that were finished eating (even though she almost accidently almost took mine before I was finished, which I found quite funny). She was very friendly and even took the time to compliment a young child on how good he looked in his new In-N-Out cap that he had received from the front counter staff ("You look like you could work here!") I hope that someone in authority will read this and give her proper recognition for making my experience and my day much better! I will return to this location in the future. Thank you for a great meal.
The food is somehow always delicious no matter how busy they are. The staff is crazy friendly even with hundreds of people coming in and out in the time it takes my family to eat a meal. My only issue is just how many people are in close proximity to myself and my family. That's a personal thing... not much they can do about being popular other than getting a bigger place.
Consistent and always good food. Fast service. My only complaint, though minor, is that they don't have sweet-n-low. They only have Stevia packets which I really don't like.
Always consistently GREAT!! NEVER sorry I ate at any In & Out Burger. And one thing I really love is the small menu makes it super easy to order especially after a long day and it keeps things moving smoothly and quickly 😊
Despite being very busy (went at lunch time on a Friday), walk up service was exceptional. They immediately opened up another register when the line got more than 3-4 people. The food was ready within a reasonable time and came out tasty. A good lunch all around.

The food is good. It feels affordable. Secret menu is Awsome. I like their customer service I know it's not easy when dealing with the public, but in n out definitely makes a great effort to maintain great customer service.
I just love me some in and out. The food is amazing. Gotta go animal style for the fries. The toasted bun was so yummy. Get ya some grilled onions on the double double.
In my house if somebody wants takeout food & bring it to the house, then that person has to pay for everybody's meal living in the house from the same Restaurant...Like when I want Chinese food then I take everybody's orders & I pay for everybody's meal and the good thing is we all eat together. Drive-up & All Employees doing a Great Job, Customer's all Getting Their Meals on Time...
HD a protein lettuce wrap double double so good. Food was so yummy fresh and nice customer service. Actually pretty fast for the drive through line.
Great food as usual and fabulous service as well. Love this place and the simple menu that is very flexible for various food needs. My only complaint is that the bathroom wasn’t as clean.

We don’t have In-N-Out burgers in Canada. My curiosity suggest that I should try and I did. It was very busy at night and that would suggest that it’s very good. Food wise, the burger patty is in a smaller size and a bit dry. Probably due to busyness of the joint itself. Burger wise nothing special to me but the price is very affordable and I’ll give it to that. Fries was amazing as you can taste the potato. Texture wise it is not crunchy on the outside but that’s preference of the person. Service is amazing and the workers on this particular joint is very efficient and fluid as they deal with orders from the inside as well from the drive thru. Atmosphere the place gives it a retro feeling and you would feel like you’re eating on a diner.
The pickled green chilli and fresh fast foods at In-N-Out Burger will never let you down. It would be great if there were branch outlets in Asia one day.
Awesome burger joint. I love going here. I was getting car parts next door at the Pick-n-Pull, and after a long day, I was tired and hungry. I went here for a meal and got exactly what I wanted. The protein-style burger and flying dutchman were terrific, and the service was friendly. That's for the great service.
Another great , in and out location , AVA who was my server was very polite and was great at customer service . She even brought my order out to my table . It’s employees like this that make all the difference in customer experience. Aside from customer experience the burgers were neatly made and perfectly cooked. Also location was clean and parking was easily accessible as well as the restrooms.
I don't know what was better, the food or the staff and we all know how good the food is! It was my little guy's first time ever trying In-N-Out and we definitely had a great time at this location!

Arrived at noon on a Monday.a small line but the had an outside ordertaker. After that it was rolling along good. Great burgers and other options. Must know the secret menu items. 3x3 is fantastic. With animal style on fries.

It's sad when your fighting to finish a burger from one of the other burger chains, but when your regretting eating that last bite of your IN-N-OUT burger. No other place like IN-N-OUT burger!!!! This is the Only Fast Food place that is always consistently Great! Everything is Fresh never frozen. If you've never been to a In-N-Out you have to give it a whirl~you will learn that Fast Food doesn't need to be tasteless, empty calorie junk..it can, and should be real food. In-N-Out is Real Food and Great prices!!

overall, you can’t complain about In-N-Out Burger. The food is fast fresh and friendly service but it’s just overrated in my opinion not a amazing burger just kind of run at the meal burger. But great for a fast food experience plus very quick service and always excellence presented so that’s definitely a plus. So when you’re just looking for something to eat, that’s quick and simple. This is a good place, but it’s not the wild factor more of the nostalgia factor

This location is VERY busy. During lunch, expect to wait for a while, inside and outside in the dirge thru lane. Customer service was great. Ordering was easy and simple. By the time we were done ordering, we waited for about 5-7 minutes to get our order and the line was beginning to be out the door. As for the burgers, it was okay. We ordered one burger with extra sauce but it was not written on the burger so we didn't know which double-double had the extra sauce. Parking is easy when it's not busy but if you're planning to go to the drive-thru, expect to wait as this location is very busy. We don't have one in Minnesota so this was our first time here and it's what you expect from a fast food restaurant. Double-double burger was good. The other burgers is what you'd expect them to be. For the price, it wasn't bad for the quality of the burgers. The fries were a miss though. You can see them cooking the fries fresh but they tasted like it was microwaved. Overall, expect it to be busy when it's busy. Not a bad joint but also don't expect it to be better than your favorite burger.
Amazing food as always at an In & Out, issue with this one is the parking lot, being next to the free way, a busy road, and a chick-fil-a the parking lot is busy can probably find a parking spot but hard time getting out with all the moving cars for the drive thru and just the amount of people driving around. I recommend just parking a bit further out and walking up.
In n out has not disappointed. Husband typically gets the double double animal style with animal style fries. This time he got rhe 4×4 which we didn't know existed. I always get the #2 with light onions. Always great service, lines in the drive through could take some time but worth it
Decent CA chain 🍔 burgers. So so fries. Love the employees in their paper hats like 1950s MacDonald era look. Recommended burger for that drive thru dinner.
Worker kind of ignored me but she said sorry. This little kid was bothering me and yelling for no reason? Didn't appreciate it. If you recognize him stay away. Cheese fries were fire.
Food was good like always. Bathrooms were clean as well as eating area. Service was amazing. The only reason this is not a 5 start is they don't have changing tables in the bathroom.
Everything was great but one of us got e-coli and is in the hospital now. Did anyone eat there Friday when the executives were working there? Is anyone else sick? We are the cheeseburgers with onions and everything else on them along with fries.
Service is pretty good. But long lines and mediocre fries just don't do it for me. I think spending a few bucks more to visit Five Guys or Habit may be in order. New Hammy's Smash Burger is legit too
I ordered a cheeseburger,2-fries animal style,2-shakes and a flying Dutchman through the Drive through. First mistake!. Get home and First of all the flying Dutchman was just 2 hamburger patties with cheese.? I thought it had onions?My first time ordering it. And my last.I had 2 gift cards. The cashier said they were invalid? So I paid cash $28.50 I then called the number on gift Cards. Both were good with a $10.00 balance on each card. What a racket THEY WON'T & DO NOT HONOR GIFT CARDS GIVEN BY IN-N-OUT A Bit upset enough to make this review.
I will not be returning. 40 minutes in the drive thru, lukewarm burgers, and cold fries. It took nearly 10 minutes to leave the parking lot 😞. I'm not doing that again. Colorado Grill is a mile away, and better food, with only a 15 minute process.
