Paradise is one of my fav place to grab Pho. After leaving the city of fresno for 10+years. Coming back and dinning at paradise. The pho still tast as good as the good old days. The only thing is the boba drinks are little expensive due to the size.

Typical pho place service. They are a bit strict on customizing your pho and at the end I said that I was willing to pay extra, which she finally agreed to (all I wanted was not to have Tripe in my dish and add Tendon). The both here is good. I'd say better than most in the area (especially the Pho places at the corner of First and McKinley...yuk). Dislike: just like other pho places in Fresno; they've gone cheap with the sriracha sauce. They are using that fake / copycat sauce that ruins the taste of pho.

Food was good, the selection comes in English and Vietnamese. The only issues are that you have to order $10 worth in order to pay with card, and also, they add a 4% service fee that I was unaware/not told about. They also charged me a flat 5 bucks for taxes. All in all, I enjoyed it, but j won't be going back due to their hidden fees. We had the beef pho and it was great. Servings are definitely value sized as well.

I’m glad the people that took over after Covid left and they are now under new management. The restaurant is cleaner and I did take a peek at the kitchen while going to the restroom it was much cleaner than when I last went in 2021. The pho broth is rich and good. All the workers were nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely go here again.

It was some good pho. Pho broth was nice and light, not super flavorful but just the right amount. The chili oil is god and not super hot so you can add a lot, peanuts are good, bean sprouts were good. I got the flank and steak, flank was good, steak could’ve been just a tad bit better. Overall good experience.

Barely any customers. You pick your own table. They have some picture menu. Didn't look at menu much because I'm just there for their pho. Nice big bowel with everything in it. 😋

Mixed feelings. 7 people dined. Pho is okay 7/0, I've tasted better. Bathroom cleanliness is a 5/10. Waitress miscounted # of order. Would I recommend? Maybe but not really.

The food itself was good and no issue but the bowl they gave me was absolutely disgusting and I will not be returning due to sanitation reasons

The food is good, now having said that, the place is dirty inside and out, you can also hear the microwave being used, and you know if your going to pay to eat microwaved food, that just sucks. The only kind person there was the server, all the other workers don't even great you. Lastly, I was a bit uncomfortable because as we were eating one of the workers was eating in the chair behind us and was just staring. Sorry hope this is not rude just MY experience here.

One had a metal wrapper in it, the spring roll had no herbs or anything normal like it, but some weird meat in it, and the bun cha had basically no vegetables/herbs (like mint or coriander) in it. When I asked for mint, they said they were out, although on the neighbor tables they served it with the pho.. Ambiente was bad, dirty, old menus and dirt walls.

THERE WAS A FLY IN MY PHO !! NASTY RESTAURANT. SHUT IT DOWN. Service is also bad! Restaurant looks disgusting. It’s not like how it used to be back then. WHAT HAPPENED !!??

Ordered takeout at 10pm website says they close at 10:30 , I called the lady took my order and as soon as I get here everybody is leaving and locking up the doors , I came about 10 mins later . Why would you take my order .its not 10:30.

Within 3 seconds of being seated, a waiter will ask you what you want. After saying give us a minute, she'll be back within a minute to ask you again. This has happened on mutiple occasions. I have never felt so rushed to order something in a restaurant than I did here. The food is mediocre at best. A lot of people like the pho here, but it is not my favorite. All in all everything is ok, with bad service.

We visited on a Sat night at 9 pm, place was dead. Service was poor, food was okay, & there was a black bug crawling in the spice area.
