Overall ok experience party in the back no way Jose not like other KFC's you see down in Riverside . Small issue restaurant wont answer. I called and complained over cashier kicking my dog. and saying no service animals !!!!

Ordered online and get a free 8.peice bucket! Okay well the loaded kfc bowl meal deal was only 7.00 here and it fills ya up. Chicken legs seem to be getting smaller but thats every kfc. They just asked for my name as i grabbed my order. Oh add sweet cream to.your cola. Taste like a float! So good. And the pie bites i only got 2 but they were good as well.

Keith was very helpful and courteous. The cardboard container got very soggy and absorbed the slaw dressing and the gravy. Took away from the mea l.

This is my first time coming to this specific KFC. The chicken was dry, I ordered crispy, it looked good but I was disappointed. That's my only negative review. The atmosphere is great. It's all clean. So I'm willing to give it another shot some day.

Service was good, but got home and found they had not give the 2 families I shop for all the correct pieces of chicken, and they didn't let me know they made a substitute to less desirable pieces. Both families were disappointed, but didn't take it back since it would have been more waste of energy, time, money, and gas. I should be able to expect that KFC could get the correct pieces of chicken in the bucket, otherwise let me know, and not just throw anything in.

KFC needs to do a better job of training their people. My friend was treated very rudely by the drive through person. Listen and understanding others is more important than you controlling others.

Not a good experience, not only did the intercom not work properly but nearly all the food I ordered I had to wait ten minutes for. It wouldn't have been all that bad but 26 minutes later I got my food. Worst part is that only one car had been through the drive through the entire time I was waiting, and there were only 4 patrons inside. What took so long? That and pushy service... No thanks. I'll try them again, maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Food was like something plankton would come up with thinking he would take Mr. Krabs customers. Cashier was rude reminded me of squidward with the attitude place was dirty and smelled like barnacle. They didn’t have my diet Dr. Kelp. Worst KFC I’ve ever been too the workers all looked like they drink hotdog water.

I saw on Instagram that KFC offers saucy nuggets with a garlic sauce that are relatively low on calories and high in protein. I went on their website and put my location in just to be sure it wasn't a short-term promo. The website showed they were available to order. I drove over and placed my order at the drive thru, but the girl there said they don't sell those. I told her I'm looking at the website for their location, and it says they do. She again said they don't sell those. No apology, explanation, or offer of something similar. After a few seconds of silence I just drove off. Pretty upset at the whole situation. I had been thinking if I liked them I would add them to my regular weekly meal rotation. Now I'm left feeling like I never want to go back there again.

Came here on my way home from school across town from where I live. I Tried to order from the menu on the website She said I have to order online and then they make it there. makes no sense to me but ok. I order something else. They weren’t very helpful, and she charged me for food that she didn’t even give to me and I’m required to come back in to get my refund. I live 30 minutes away, so not worth it but annoying not having all the food for my family I ordered and paid for.

I came in on Friday night, August 2, to pick up my order. There were two gentlemen waiting for their order before me. A KFC employee from behind the counter came up and said that there needs to be a "lobby check", that a table was dirty, and there were chicken nuggets on the seat and on the floor. Another employee came up from behind the counter to the table with a spray bottle and a wipe and removed the baby chair from the table to the area with the fountain drinks, but did not immediately wipe the table, or clear the chicken nuggets. That same person went to the back of the kitchen to retrieve a broom and dustpan and went up to the door, but did not come out with the cleaning materials. Meanwhile, a fourth customer came in. That person was addressed and given their order before the two gentlemen and I. I wasn't yet addressed. After 15 minutes, a third employee came up to the cash register and finally asked me if I was there for pickup. I responded "yes" and I was finally given my order, which was already on the pickup table, and was ready the entire time I was there. I went home and noticed that my order had the wrong items. I order legs and thighs and receive wings and breasts instead. I also did not receive a brownie that I ordered. I filed a report twice on the Uber Eats app but was not given a courtesy call, follow-up, or any notification that my concern was addressed. Normally, I don't complain or write reviews. However, this is a glaring exception to that norm. There was no sense of urgency, care, or attention to detail on the part of the KFC team that night. I won't return to this KFC. If customers have similar complaints with the other KFCs in town, I will avoid the brand altogether. Minimum wage for fast food workers in California increased to $20 an hour, which is warranted due to the cost of living. That comes with an increase in prices for the customers. Are we expected to pay for this type of substandard customer service? I understand there may have been a shortage of workers as well. That is no excuse for the poor care customers receive.

I ordered their new wrap combo in the drive thru. They asked me to wait in parking stall 1 for the fries. I waited literally 20 minutes and nobody came out. So I went in the store and asked the lady at the counter. She seemed to not know that I was waiting. She asked her manager and everyone else and no one seemed to know. They all literally forgot I was outside. Then they tried to piece my order together and they got it wrong literally three times. In the end the order was wrong but I was so tired of waiting I just left. I will literally never go here again.

They added on extra to my order and charged me extra even though I didn’t want it. They couldn’t even refund me the money for the food they unwillingly charged me for.

I came in today after not being to kfc in years I ordered a family meal that came out to $36 then I ordered a extra side of Mac n cheese Lg but I didn't get it in my bag it was only the 2 sides smh

This KFC sucks! Wait in the drive-thru for about 10 min. Place my order sitting at the window employees asks me to reverse so I don't mess up their wait times. Which I did no big deal. They wave me up after another 10 min. My order is wrong. Fix that. And when I hand the girl 2 $20 bills, she tells me they have no change. My change was $4 something. I said I would take coins, don't have that either. So I ask, okay, so.....then she tells me I have to go get smaller bills somewhere. Almost 30 mins, and I drove off with no food and an assignment???? Nope, I went to Jack in the Box. Horrible customer service. I will never go back again. I have had other wrong order experiences here as well.

While leaving this place I was never offered my receipt. When I got home I noticed the guy did not even close my lids so there's a mess in the bag. But that's typical of KFC. But to get home and see I'm missing half my order was upsetting. I called and asked for a manger who then wouldn't give me her name. Then to boot she tells me without a receipt she won't be doing anything about this. After explaining my experience again to her she hung up on me. Please just save yourself time and money since the staff here is undertrained and lack common communication. I'm tempted to just call corporate for hanging up on me. Least you could have did was show some sympathy for your staff making a mistake.

I ordered crispy and told me we didn't have any.. I came in around 10.:30 am..and all should be fresh and available.. I'm Very upset . Kcf is not like it used to be.. I used to work in back in 1993.. and all staff were always making customers are always first regardless....

Customer service was horrible...order a famous bowl and didn't provide utensils. Came back thru drive thru and waited about 10 mins to grab a staff attention. When she approached the window, didn't even ask what we needed, just stared at us. We have to ask for it and when she handed to us in the bag, she didn't even say anything at all. What happen to good customer service... and this is the service we get for staff getting paid at $15/hr....

Every single time I have to pick up an order it's the worst experience. Even when I'm the only person there (inside or drive thru) they take FOREVER! Walked inside today took 5 minutes to get someone to finally come to the counter. No greeting no nothing. Told me the order was being bagged just to comeback 5 minutes later to tell me they hadn't started one of the items and it would be another 15 minute wait. FOH what a waste of time!!!!!

I'm a delivery driver and went in to pick up an order for delivery. The manager on duty basically threw the bag with the food onto the counter, then brought me a drink carrier with 3 empty cups. I told her I didn't think it was my job to fill the drinks. She said "huh?" I repeated myself and said "but it's whatever". She shot me a nasty look and turned away. As delivery drivers, we DO NOT have a food handlers card, therefore filling up drinks is the responsibility of the restaurant employees. She's rude, obviously lazy and has no customer service skills. She has no place in the food service business. It's sad that we, as delivery drivers, get blamed if the food spills and the restaurant has no responsibility. I told the customer to complain if his food was spilled.

They said fryers were down at 9:30 and it’s a fried chicken place. That makes no sense. Girls were rude and unhelpful, never coming back.

It is no longer a KFC but a new place. I don't know if it is good or not because I have not eaten there. The one star is only because I couldn't rate it I don't know.

Every time I go this particular KFC I always have a bad experience and this is the last straw! let me share you my bad experience here today... 2014/09/29 5:51 pm Ticket # 1836 Charged $29.63 with tax Cashier: Brenda When I told my order at the inter comm then drove up to the window to pay for my order The Cashier Brenda was rude to me. She repeated my order before I paid and got the 2 sides wrong. I told her my 2 sides again for the order she repeated my order again with a rude tone and mean look and got the 2 sides wrong again! She gave me that mean look like that what sides she wanted me to have or willing to give me, but I didn't back down and told her the correct 2 sides again till she repeated the order correctly. She then suggested 2 apple turnover $1.39 each and I said sure and let her added it to my order. I paid for my order and she later on then handed me my order and told me to have a nice day and reassured me everything was there. When I finally got home and distributed the food the 2 apple turnover were missing in the bag. Turns out she didn't give them to me! Not only did I have to deal with a rude cashier, but she tried to change my order then charged me for food and not give them to me! I will never eat at KFC again and for others that do avoid this place! You owe me $2.78 KFC.

Manger was unapologetic while I was getting my order replaced because the cashier put 2 heavy famous bowls in a paper bag.?? Why .. so I told the manager I thought it was stupid to put 2 famous bowls in a paper bag why not in a plastic bag too n she gave me a blank look n said mam we put 4 Ina bag . I didn't like her attitude she could've went about it differently. Manger put plastic bag on counter n turned around n didn't say anything just walked away. The cashier apologized after so called manager walked away

I got two chicken pop pies from this location for me and my grandson and found bones in it so disappointing my grandson could have chocked and when I call to speak to the manager Ray she was not willing to do anything about it and didn’t even seem to care about the whole situation. All I wanted was for her to check the other pop pies so that no other child happens to choke.

I ordered some food from here and let me tell you I regretted when I got home. The workers were rude and did not understand my order. When I corrected her at the window she had an attitude. I got an order of large fries and fries were cold and not filled up all the way. I politely asked for sauce and the girl at window did not give it to me. The food was disappointing. The kfc on ceasar Chavez is better . Don’t waste your time and money.

Get my order drive way across town home only to not have any gravy for the potatoes which comes in this bucket meal. Drive way across town to get the gravy, I got no apology not even a glass of water for their incompetence. Even the quality of food here at this location is poor chicken tastes like someone stole 9 herbs and spices. The biscuits falling apart and dont even get the mac & cheese totally gross and watery worst flavor ever. I will not go back to this location or any KFC location the quality of food and the customer service is gone.I would give it a Zero if I could.

I placed on order at the drive-thru and pulled up to the window for my order. No greeting or smiles. One of the employees came outside to the window. He looked at me and said nothing. The clerk handed him a large bag of food. He took it to a car parked ahead of me. He returned to the window for cup holders, etc. When I received my order and the clerk handed me my change, didn’t count it back to me. When I got home, there weren’t any straws included for our drinks. Both employees were quite rude and I won’t be returning to this location. Perhaps, some additional training in customer service may help.
