Good service, kind clerk and fast to prepare the food. The inside of the restaurant need a bit of love. The WC were really dirty even if it’s locked by a code that you need to obtain from an employee. The corn and chicken bol was a bit too fatty for my liking. In brief, okay experience

The food was excellent, and the employees very helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was a disaster and obviously hadn’t been cleaned all day (toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, dirty toilet and sink, out of soap. Homeless folks hanging out by the front and coming in for free refills kills the atmosphere.

Good food, good customer service, because of the situation of the surroundings, it is often a bit on the dirty side. Not because of the employees lack of responsibility, I think they do a good job, I have seen them try to have the place very clean. Like many other things in California, the prices do keep going up often. Hopefully they stay were they are at or I will have to look for other options of fire grilled chicken.

Healthy and delicious chicken without fats. Salads and corn are very good. Most outstanding is their service staff MASON was so thoughtful and recommended us family meals that suited our family of 4. We noticed that he is very hardworking, he clean toilet and dinning area to ensure that his customers can have their meals in a comfortable environment. Thank you MASON, keep up with your service.

The rotisserie chicken meal was absolutely delicious. The leftovers made for some really good chicken salad. The macaroni and cheese was really good as well.

3/5 Because years ago my Mother and I went to El Pollo Loco for an AVOCADO chicken Salad. With Avocado as a main in the salad. We got the salads, with I'm talking one avocado cut in half, if that. I know some companies don't wanna pay for avocado because I hear they're expensive, but you can't have it in the name of an item and be stingy with it. You also charge $12-$15 for the salad. Fast forward to 2026, I ordered the Mexican Caesar Salad, almost same thing, few pieces of chicken, this time not even half of an avocado. No exaggeration, it was half of a half. Not acceptable to me. I still like El Pollo Loco, I enjoy every now and then, just tired of them doing that. No other place that I know of, does that with avocado. Even Subway gives you more lol. Service was great, there was a lil mix up, and the ladies opened the door and handed me my order instead of making me get in my car and go through the drive thru for it. Didn't know they had closed yet. I appreciate things like that. Overall not horrible but doesn't get me up and excited to go to El Pollo Loco. The app is cool, got a deal, which helps a bit. Taste of the food was decent, just would like a lil more food in my salad is all. God Bless!

I really like a lot of the menu here. Personally i think the chicken has great flavor and the sides are tasty too. The mild house salsa is excellent. Service here is usually quick, even if the drive thru is busy. Usually crowded around lunch time. Edit: I usually go here or the In N Out nearby. Today (May 17), I try the drive- thru here around 6pm. The girl who took my money was pleasant but guy that brought my food to the window just stuck out his arm with a bag. I took it and said thanks. He just shut the window. Few seconds later, he returns with my change and receipt, I say thanks. Window slam again. Nothing. I see why In N Out constantly has a line and this EPL is rarely busy. This place used to have polite people.

It's ok when you are hungry, I usually order there tinga burrito and it's ok but I decided to try the chicken tostada and the tostada was really bad and didn't have much chicken i would not order that again

I come to this place frequently and I’m always treated well. But today the cashier, Mason, was rude and tried to rush us. Someone should speak with him about his poor customer service. Employees are paid to provide good service.

Its dirty the bathroom are so disgusting and they wanted to charge 0.40 cents for chile serano avocado and pico de gallo i will not come to this place again
