We celebrated my birthday with a beautifully delicious Japanese Wagyu A5 steaks dinner tonight. The service was fantastic, Elizabeth thank you. She went through the menu and explained everything very well. The presentation proved by the manager was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions. This was my first experience and it was unbelievable. Thank you for having us and for the delicious lava birthday cake. Highly appreciated and recommend.

This was our second time at this Fleming's in Fresno. First of all, our server, Judy, was exceptional - she was patient, helpful, humorous, and attentive. The deconstructed porterhouse steak was perfectly cooked and the premium cocktails were very well done. The restaurant decorated our table helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary. Start to finish, another wonderful experience at Fleming's!

I had such a wonderful time today at Fleming’s! There was an ambiance and wonderful atmosphere. We were very lucky to have Michael Sciacca as our server. Michael went above and beyond with his service, he made sure our food was correct, and our drinks were delicious. The manager Ye also was very attentive with us and made us feel very welcome. I will most likely come back for the service I received and the food was one of a kind. Thank you Fleming’s!!

My first time at a Flemings, and it was for Thanksgiving. There were four of us in our party. Elizabeth was our server, and I just can't say enough about how great she was. Elizabeth was the best server we have ever had at ANY restaurant, HANDS DOWN. Our drinks were always filled to the brim, and the food was outstanding. I'm a big foodie and oftrn have questions. We asked Elizabeth about a few items on the plate and she went into detail about how things were made. She helped us to understand how to make their special candied walnuts at home, and that made my night. I don't eat gluten, so I 86'd the stuffing and gravy from my turkey entree. The chef gave me extra turkey to make up for the fact that I wasn't able to eat the stuffing. I didn't have to ask, they just hooked it up. So cool! The Fleming's staff REALLY impressed us. My girlfriend and I can't usually afford to go out to eat to places this nice, so I just want to personally thank Elizabeth for making our night such a special Thanksgiving. Thank you Elizabeth! You provided the absolute best service any of us have ever experienced , and the fact that you were able to do all that while also giving the same level of service to the rest of your tables is beyond understanding for me. You are very good with people, and your family and friends must all consider you their favorite. 😁 FLEMING'S, GIVE ELIZABETH A RAISE! SHE DESERVES IT!

Our server was Chris and Ashley assisting as well as another gentleman with dark brown hair, it was our anniversary and it was the best we came from Bakersfield and we’re treated so kind and speedy service constantly. The food was amazing, warm, tasteful and a joy to have. Thank you for the experience and great attitudes and food.

Everything was absolutely perfect. You made our anniversary so special and a night we will never forget! Thank you so much Brittany and the rest of the phenomenal staff. We would not change a thing! From the moment we got there the customer service was great. We were lead to our table that they decorated special for our anniversary with a signed card from management and confetti everywhere. They accommodated to my husband's peanut allergy and gave us complimentary truffles as a gift. The whole experience was worth every penny and we will definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommend this great establishment!

We came to Fleming’s for our 32nd Anniversary. The place was mostly empty, but we were sat at a big booth by the bar. The bar was loud. My husband loved the food. The staff was very pleasant.

Tomahawk Tuesday is the best! I went on a Friday and without an appointment. Didn't wait long...good workers, very good food, and atmosphere is great 👍🏼 👌 Now, stay away from the scalloped potatoes, YUKE!! Just terrible... menu has changed and they removed some key delicious dishes, bad idea!! Portions are almost half the size they were 4 years ago, but prices have gone up. That's interesting 🤔. Food delivery time was slow... perhaps short staff.

We haven’t been to Flemings in a very long time. Someone wanted to take us out to dinner to thank us so we chose it. For a Friday night it was not very busy. We got cocktails at the bar and then we went over to have our dinner. The service was excellent our server from the bar actually became our same server at our table. He was very attentive. The food itself was good. My steak was good,I had a ribeye. My husband had Seabass, my sister had a filet and her husband had ribeye. All of the steaks were cooked nicely and very flavorful. We had the wedge salad and ordered the lobster mashed potatoes which were just OK. Then for dessert we shared carrot cake. I do think that it is a place you go for a high-end meal and not a daily occurrence when it is well over $100 per person and more if you have any drinks. Additionally, at the location if you want to park, you need to use the valet or walk if you can find a spot elsewhere and they charge a fee. If you have something to celebrate, I recommend dining there.

What can I say about Fleming’s that hasn’t already been said? Probably a decent amount, but I’ll keep it fun and to-the-point! Steaks: High marks all around—especially if you go for the dry-aged cuts. (Treat yourself! You deserve it.) Cheesy Spread & Bread: The spread was so amazing, we ordered extra bread just to mop up every last bit. Truly irresistible. Calamari: Cooked perfectly, but I wasn’t a fan of the sweet sauce. Not a deal-breaker, just not my favorite. Martinis: Major kudos for keeping them cold, frequent, and generously gin-forward. Sides: We tried almost all of them—Fleming’s potatoes (think gratin), mushrooms, lobster mashed potatoes, and fries with mayo (because I’m indulgent at heart). Each one was lovely in its own right. Service: A tiny hiccup at the start when it took a few minutes to get water and order appetizers, but once I mentioned it, service was excellent. Overall, Fleming’s delivered a tasty time, and I absolutely recommend it for a special night out. Go dry-aged, don’t skip the cheese spread, and enjoy every bite!

Mixed feelings. So far I've been here three times, twice in 2024 and once this year. In 2024, both times I had one of the best steak in my life at Fleming's, much better than any cut of steak I ever got from Elbow Room or at Disney restaurants (and I have been to quite a few, including Le Cellier and Takumi-tei in Orlando and SS Columbia in Tokyo Disney). To me, Fleming's steak was just as good as A5 imported wagyu from Takumi-tei or michelin star restaurants (in a different way/flavor). I'm not exactly rolling in money, but $300 check for a group of two did not feel like a waste at Fleming's. But when I went back in 2025, the steak was underwhelming. The meat was "good", which is a problem at this price point. It was not as juicy or fatty as before, and was even a bit tough. I'm sure they source only prime grade beef and probably from Harris Ranch in Selma where they slaughter really, really fat steers and heifers that you need to trim several inches of fat just to get to the meat. I do not know how badly someone needs to mess up in the kitchen for me to receive a mediocre steak from such fatty beef cuts. It was properly medium rare so it was not the overcooking, but there are other ways to screw up I suppose. The seasoning was also lacking. In 2024 it was properly salty and well seasoned with char broiled fatty taste on the outside and juicy inside. In 2025 it was bland and it was missing a lot of seasoning and salt. After leaving the door feeling like I've went to Texas Roadhouse for steak after paying $300 for two (after tax and gratuity), I loaded up more of Texas de Brazil gift cards from Costco, where they consistently hit the mark every time. It is a shame because I really liked Fleming's steak, but I can't gamble this kind of money away if the consistency is this much off.

My first time at this restaurant and pretty disappointed. The food tasted okay but the service lacked etiquette and wine knowledge. I ordered a salad as one of the sides with my steak and the waiter rushed me to finish my salad and on the third attempt to collect my salad, he told me “they don’t let us bring out your food till you finish your salad”. Then our food arrived and my medium steak was well done with an extremely dry exterior. My boyfriend’s lobster was also dry on the outside. I am very disappointed. Waiter didn’t come to check on us until we were almost done with our meal and quickly walked away before I could say anything. He knew our food was messed up and chose to avoid the table. He only came back to give us our check and that was it. The flavors of the food were good which was the only thing saving our night. Very heartbroken I spent good money on a ruined steak. I work in a well established restaurant and would lose my job if I gave a service like I received last night.
