I normally don't eat here but my son likes their food... I went through the drive-thru the gentleman was very friendly and inviting... I could tell they were short-staffed but he had a smile and greeted me with a great attitude...😁

When I really want a great burger this place never disappoints me. A scrumdilicious burger to say the least. I am definitely going back. I would invite you to go here for an affordable and quality burger. Just give it a try and you will definitely agree with me. Thank you Carl's Jr.

Staff was incredibly kind to us, give Caidence a raise haha. Our food came to us in a matter of 5 minutes. That was fast. I ordered the guacamole and bacon burger. The food tastes pretty good, but the sauce they added was a little much.

The burger combo I had isn't shown on the menu pictures. I had the lettuce wrap burger with unsweetened tea and fries. Was pretty good. The cashier was nice and friendly...Loved her lion tattoo! Nice experience and it wasn't crowded being that there was construction all around.

I called and someone answered right away. I asked if I can "exchange , get a return , or if they can't do much. Basically what can be done. He was silent!! Literally for more than 30 seconds just quiet . I can hear everything in the back but , he didn't hang up or say anything. I hanged up and tried calling a minute late but nobody was answering. Quick Update!! The manager called me today and apologized about her staff and she was very sweet. She didn't make me feel dumb about calling that day. She did say additional training will be given. She is proud of her store and changed my perspective on their customer service.

The only reason I went to Carl’s Jr. is because a friend wanted to go there as she likes their breakfast biscuit. I was shocked that a small coffee was three dollars, when you can get one at McDonald’s for a dollar or less as a senior citizen. The place was practically dark when I walked in. This was at 8 AM. Only one girl working behind the counter-that I could see.

It amazes me how expensive fast food is now. It shows how greedy the owner is. You are part of the problem, not solution. The service was nice. But your prices are as ridiculous as your responses to reviews. Do you ever have a genunine response ,or do you only know how to copy and paste that same general response? Also, I find it sad that during lunch, I was the only person in your resturant. Makes a person wonder why? Hmmm?????

The drive through girl was ok but these places need to understand that since we're can't dine in to be a little more patient with customers who have difficulty ordering with several people in the car. Feeling rush & assured our order was correct then things are missing or wrong sucks. Just take your time & be kind. We're all adjusting to the madness.

I am an out of town person who got nothing correct on my order. Very frustrating and no I didn't turn around, as I was already on the freeway. Drive through service, very subpar

This is, in my opinion, the most expensive fast food around... Last time I went here I only ordered a large soda and they were trying to charge me $4.99... for a fast food soda...

I am always respectful especially to fast food workers because I know work can be hard on you when you are constantly getting yelled at for things. But we were as friendly as can be while ordering and paying. We originally were wanting to order the chicken stars or tenders but they were out at that time. It happens I get it. My bf then tried to order a Oreo shake, they of course were out of milk. We figured it was just our Luck and came at a bad time. But While we sat and waited for our food we happened to overhear a male mocking us to the cashier about “can we get our chicken nuggets”. This was super unprofessional and rude. We never said anything rude about them being out of multiple menu items and continue to order 2 combos and went about our day. To spend $30 to get demeaned in the process for no reason was really uncalled for. I’d advise staff to keep their comments about customers at least away from the drive through window/dining area. Really dumb in there part. I would really appreciate someone from customer service to reach out to discuss a plan of action for customer service retraining and/or a refund.
