Charlie’s always has good quality meats and buns. This spot is just ok. The fries were a little soggy and the sandwich meat was not cooked to perfection as some other places. Service was fast. The spot at this mall is a mess. Floors and tables are dirty and it’s muggy from all the sweaty customers. Not a great dine in eating experience.

The Chicken California sandwich is DELICIOUS! No more philly's for me! Their fries are just okay but they have several variations so I'd try them versus the regular. Nice and clean location inside Fashion Fair mall

The meat is decent, but I feel the meat is skimpier here than it was in years prior. Play how to Chipotle Tabasco sauce on top of the glass to use, which was great with the sandwich. Personally, I found the bread to be off, and the weird mayo they use on their sandwiches might cause issues for some people. Most recently, I got the basic Philly cheesesteak sandwich This restaurant is in the middle of an indoor mall, and might be quite noisy for those who want to talk with friends and maybe relax at the end of a work day.

The quality of our Philly cheesesteak sandwiches was ok & no mushrooms found in the sandwich at all (I was looking and couldn't taste them either). Please improve the 🥪 sandwich, because for 13.49/Large this isn't what I was expecting at all! The girl “Makayla “ should not be in front she is very rude she was rolling her eyes because my order wasn’t made right. She need to be washing dishes or something because she to rude to be in front with that attitude and my food was barely alright and they lemonades are getting worst ! I never really get ice i get a warm lemonade I’m done with them

I assume the food is good as it is everywhere else, but the staff was rude as Hell! One guy in particular that wore a black shirt I'm guessing the lead. I always order a side of their chicken with nothing on it and they ring it up as 'extra chicken' it's less than $2... He rolled his eyes and told the cashier no, ring her up for the full sandwich. I asked why are you charging me $6 for a full sandwich when they usually ring me up for just a side. His attitude and demeanor boiled my blood. I will never come to this site again!

Completely messed edit up my sandwich, forgot my fries, and to top.it off the girl was rude when I told them it was wrong. Ended up just taking the sandwich because ndidnt want to deal with the attitude of the girl. It was supposed to be no lettuce no mayo and banana peppers. Not even close to being right.

Well their hours say they close at 8:00pm. Arrived at 7:25pm and they’re closed. 2 very capable workers cleaning up. No shame! All the other establishments were still working, but Charley’s is CLOSED. Will never go back to this location! Go to the Sierra Vista mall location where they actually honor the hours posted.

That dude Roy needs to watch his attitude of a little boy. Earlier, I stopped by and ordered a combo. Don't ask which one was it. That's not the point. Point is he didn't seem to pay attention and only charged for a sandwich alone and when I kindly let him know I asked for the combo, he brings up an attitude and slams the drink on the counter (while faking kindness with others). Is this why you hired him for? Maybe you should tell him to pay close attention to the customers to get the order right. And more important of all , you should be asking him to act his age.

They discriminate against those with medical conditions Update: I called & left multiple messages with corporate. I didn't receive one call back. When I noticed they replied to my original review with an email I decided to email them to inform them of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility of their employees' actions they tried to put the blame else where. Then said they hope I give them another chance. That definitely won't happen. Hope none of their future customers experience this situation because their food definitely isn't worth it & their actions show they are not about the customers

I don't get the hype. The bread is very very tiny and the toppings are minimal. In pictures the meat is overflowing because the bread is so small. I ordered a Large "oldschool" sandwich which was supposed to be double meat, long story short and $16.00 down, I ended up going to another restaurant because I was still hungry. The customer service I won't say is bad, they're all just very young and seem to not want to be there. I would have received a larger sandwich, with more fresh ingredients and more bang for my buck at Jersey Mikes * this is not an ad or paid promotion* With that said, I would not recommend to a friend, lo siento amigo. *update* I emailed the company, per request in their response, and nothing happened. Maybe it's an automated response system but in their hopes to "make it right" nothing transpired.

$1.07 for tiny ranch then you have to get back in line to pay again rude cashiers who also get the order wrong.
