A special shout-out to the manager, Troy—he was incredibly attentive, helpful, and kind throughout our visit, which truly made the experience even better. Excellent service and great food. Red Lobster always gives consistently good food and service :) I haven’t tried anything on the menu that I did not like. Everything is fresh and warm. They give complementary biscuits before your meal to tie you over while you wait for the rest. 10/10

Last night I came in for dinner with my family and we all had a great experience. Both me and my mom ordered a Sesame soy salmon bowl, very delicious! Especially the brussel sprouts. My dad ordered a create your own ultimate feast and he had many different options to choose from. I think he had six different sides in total. The service from our server Samantha was excellent. She was very attentive and made sure we were happy. I will be returning when I have the opportunity!

Came here for my mom's birthday and was welcomed in and seated immediately. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food looks exactly like the photos and the prices are reasonable with generous serving sizes. A lot of seafood places tend to overprice the seafood and only give you a small portion. Everything had great flavor. Red lobster has always been a classic and I'm glad it stuck to its root. Will be going back!

We eat out 5-6 times a week. We have eaten at Red Lobster many times and are a rewards members. Our experience this time was less than satisfactory. Maybe we arrived at the wrong time. We waited and waited for our server, and then another server took our drink order. Our food was good, a little cool, not hot. My husband's steak was well done, not medium. Our server was overwhelmed when a large group came in and tried to get her existing tables taken care of, but we felt rushed to get the desert and our ticket paid. We will be back, but not at the 4 o'clock hour. This is an update March 1, 2025. We are back, this time at 3:30 on Saturday. We had no wait. Our server was excellent. She suggested the shrimp dinners, and we're glad she did. They were priced well and delicious. We will come back.

We like the garlic green bean, salted fish fried rice with chicken, shrimp balls, crab claws, pot stickers and hicken feet.

Came here for dim sum. My expectations were met with the food and service. The venue was nice and clean. Tried the shrimp balls, chicken feet, sticky rice, turnip cake, spare ribs, shu mai, and more. Everything tasted good. The only thing that was a little different was the turnip cake. They're usually more crispy; this time it was more watery and fluffy. Parking is free in their big lot.

First time being here heard good things about it. The food was really good, I think much better than Imperial Gardens noodles were good. The dim sums hands down really delicious the only thing I say about a lot of these Chinese restaurants they should stop putting celery in the dishes that’s not supposed to have it. It’s just a filler no need for it if it wasn’t for that would’ve been a 5 star for sure. Service was pretty good amount of food is great for the cost.

Actually if it’s possible, I would rate New City Chinese Cuisine a 4.5 star. Their food is good, not salty or greasy (like a lot of chinese restaurants do). Taste of the food can be hit-or-miss, I’d say 80% of dishes I tried tastes EXCELLENT, the remaining 20% of dishes are not my taste, but please note that it doesn’t mean the dishes are bad, just not to my personal taste. The interior of the restaurant seems a little out-dated, but it is kept fairly clean and neat considering that it’s an older building. The service at New City is great! They are always so busy but they keep a keen eye for all their customer and will tend to your needs if you need any. It’d be more welcoming if they can greet with more smiles. I have no complaint about their service but it could be better.

Really enjoyed the food here, especially the dim sum selection. Portions are generous, so it’s great for sharing with family & friends. The flavors were authentic and everything tasted freshly prepared. Service can slow down a bit when it’s busy, but overall it’s a solid spot for a casual Chinese meal.

The Almond Chicken we ordered had NO Almonds, but Peanuts instead! If you have peanut allergies I DON'T RECOMMEND this restaurant! We were eating out with family, so I didn't want to say anything. I knew the flavor wasn't right, and I wasn't seeing any Almonds, only Peanuts. When I looked at my pictures, it was clear that there were definitely NO Almonds in the Almond Chicken! The food was freshly prepared and the portions were generous with our family style dinner for 4, but we didn't get what we ordered. Service was pleasant, but I don't think my husband and I will be returning.

Don't go here and save yourself a hassle. We just had possibly the worst restaurant experience ever. Definitely the worst Red Lobster experience. We went at about 5 o'clock on a Tuesday was told a 30 minute wait even though there was hardly any people in the restaurant and PLENTY of open tables. We were told we can sit at the bar and eat which we did. We waited at the bar for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, even though there was someone making drinks right in front of us. A different person who was not very helpful came to take our order which we ordered 2 entrees and a appetizer. While waiting people started coming to the bar and waiting without being helped. Countless people left pretty upset. After about 30 minutes and 5 angry groups of customers later, we get our food and half of it was wrong. They forgot one side and the appetizer and gave us the wrong pasta. We asked about the mistakes and the server acted like we didnt order that, and didnt realize I was suppose to get 2 sides. We weren't going to go through the huge hassle it would of been to fix it and wait for the correct food, so we ate and left extremely disappointed and will definitely not come back. Red Lobster is one of our favorite places to eat but the Fresno location is a mess it seems like. Very sad experience that we will never forget.

We have not visited Red Lobster since 2019, on this visit our 9 year old grandbaby ordered, "the ultimate feast" it was delicious, a bit overpriced but nonetheless it was great. The "not so Great" item was the Fish & Chips. BURNT overcooked fish was dry, it was terrible 😒 So I picked off our grandbaby plate! The biscuits that we use to always rave about, were dry, had to wash them down With a soft drink. C'mon you guys can do better than this! For a Sunday there was no wait whatsoever....

So our last experience at red lobster was not very good so they sent me some coupons to go for a second time we went. It was worse. The food was burnt. My Grandson didn’t get his meal for 45 minutes. We had ours at about 30 minutes and it was just almost uneditable. My husband had to eat around the burnt fish part. I’m attaching photos. You can see exactly what I’m talking about expensive prices for food that was so bad. The manager was really nice, but not much he could do to help.
