We had a large party, and rented out the back room. But they only gave us one server, and part of our party had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get their food. So we weren't all able to eat together. The food was good, and the pie was delicious. But I recommend at least two servers for a party as large as ours.

I came there with a bunch of other people and we were sitting in a large group everybody was eating and I just kept looking around the restaurant and I remember it looking better than that Marie callender's has been around for a while I used to work at the bagel shop Uncle Harry's belt 20 something years ago and I remember looking over at Marie callender's and it was very prestigious very clean nice when I was inside it looked dank and old I know that I will never come back there again I mean don't get me wrong The service was amazing the lady that was serving us had a really great attitude and just a positive vibe about her but it just seems more like a place that the elderly would go to no offense.

Looks fancy from the outside, but it smelled dusty inside. The food was decent but bland, except the mashed potatoes—they were great. Service was slow, and we barely saw our waiter besides when they dropped off drinks and food. I wouldn’t be returning

Hi good morning. I was disappointed in the dinner I bought On friday I spent $26 On a small abortion chicken and the shrimp stuff It was not enough food. There was not a love chicken or shrimp.It was very expensive for me to buy.i was not happy When I got home and ate my food. Their description, the play I bought, I was very dishonest and not the way it looked. The quality of the food, one of us not there and I rather go to olive garden to spend $ 40 to get a good plate of food

My wìfe purchase a French apple. The apples taste undercooked. If they should be al dente but they hard to eat. Yours pie are doing hill. They to be recheck. Do some kìnd taste test. In pass your pie was the best in town

Sadly, I asked of i could have my pie cut and was told , NO! Then I asked if they had disposable eatery ware and was told, NO! To top it off i arrive home after purchasing a whole pie and the box of pie cutter and to find out that the pie two cutter is not in the box!

After losing my mother whose name was “Marie”. Marie Callender’s became something special to me. It wasn’t just a restaurant. It was a connection. Back when I lived in Southern California, my mom and I had a little tradition. Every so often, we’d sit together, talk about life, laugh, and share a slice of her favorite dessert cream cheese pie, better known as cheesecake to most of us that grew up on the dessert. That small moment became a piece of my heart. Today, on my birthday, I wanted to honor her by doing something so simple sharing that same moment with my wife and children. I found a Marie Callender’s in Fresno, 75 miles away from where I live. It was far, but for sentimental reasons, I didn’t mind. I thought the drive would be worth it. I truly believed this day would mean something. When we arrived, I was filled with excitement almost childlike joy. I could feel my mom’s presence as I walked up to the counter, ready to buy that same pie that once brought her and me together. But what happened next broke me in a way I didn’t expect. As we were about to pay $24 for the pie, my wife asked if we could sit and enjoy it there inside the restaurant. The manager looked at us and said, “No.” At first, I thought I heard her wrong. I asked again — politely — “Why not?” She said, “Because it’s not taxed, and I’ll get in trouble if you eat it here.” Trouble? For letting a family eat their pie in their restaurant? Her words hit me like a punch to the gut. I was disgusted not just by the refusal, but by the lack of compassion. There was no attempt to understand the situation, no kindness, no humanity. Just a cold, robotic policy standing in the way of a memory that meant everything to me. In that moment, I told her to keep the pie. I walked out, trying to hold back tears. Because this wasn’t about money. It wasn’t about a slice of pie. It was about the connection to my mother a woman I can no longer share these moments with. I’m a grown man, but today I felt small again. I felt unseen, disrespected, and honestly, disgusted at how easily people can choose rules over decency. To the management at Marie Callender’s Fresno you didn’t just lose a sale, you lost a lifelong customer. You took a moment that could’ve been beautiful, healing, and meaningful… and replaced it with disappointment. I will never return to another Marie Callender’s again. And while that may not matter to them, I hope it matters to someone reading this because no one deserves to be treated unfairly, especially when all they’re asking for is a little understanding. Sometimes, it’s not about policy. It’s about people. And today, they forgot that

Absolute terrible service Arrived there at there with son awaiting wife for lunch Waitress arrived to take drink order yet before finishing said order waitress turns away to take payment from table behind her and walks away After another 10 minutes, she returns and takes our order. Our order was very simple just so much special so soup and salad a sandwich and a slice of pie. It took 25 minutes for the food to come out resulting in us being there for an hour without anything. My wife asked her to bring out the check and along with the food to just bring some boxes because we knew we would have to pack it though due to not having enough time to eat Well she brought our food out it was in to go boxes, which is not what we asked for. For some reason, it took her less than three minutes to bring us our food in the boxes and need to bring us the food out our plates. We spoke to someone at the front about our service even leaving our phone number, but I don’t think it’s going to be addressed.

Made an online order for pick up! 2 pie slices & a whole pie. When I got home, i noticed I recieved the wrong pie slices. & when we opened our peach pie there was MOLD on it!!! I called and spoke to a worker & they refused a refund! The worker was rude & had an attitude!

We ordered the pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving and it was terrible. There was a very small layer of pumpkin and absolutely no cheesecake. It literally tasted like whipped cream. It didn’t even LOOK like cheesecake. The picture clearly showed a layered cheesecake and what we got didn’t remotely come close. The crust tasted like gingerbread which was so overpowering but it did provide the only flavor in the pie. The topping (which is whipped cream) looks exactly like the “cheesecake “.

I went to this restaurant for the purpose of remembering the taste of the food. The food tastes normal. But the tall male waiter seemed to have a good attitude. In fact, the service quality is very poor. I asked him if he had a salad buffet, and he said the service had stopped long ago. At the end of the meal, he didn't ask me if I wanted dessert. He asked the guests this question at the other tables. Before my meal, when I entered the door, I saw that there was cornbread served as starter at the first table, but the two old people couldn't finish it, and there was half of the cornbread left. The waitress did not mention the cornbread starter from beginning to end, whether it charges or for free. Did he really think I was the first time to be here? Everyone for here knows Cornbread is always free as a starter. Even if it charges, as a waiter, he should ask the guest if he needs it or not. I think, this is the most basic thing a waiter should do when he charges 20% tip. Is it really different to be served for a foreigner?
