Good food, chill environment, beer. Everything you'd expect of a pizza parlor... This place is very clean and quiet. Peaceful.

We ordered a large Everest and a small, two topping to be picked up. The pizzas were ready when we got there at the time we were told they would be ready. We were helped by Leo. He was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of quickly. The only negative was the limited toppings on the small pizza. The Everest was well made and tasty.

I was working nearby mountain mikes pizza one day. On my lunch break I decided to stop there for lunch. I chose the loaded fries from there bill of fare and a cold Modelo cerveza( beer). I finally got my loaded fries. All be it lightly loaded . I tried them and they were ok. The manager was helpful and polite. I documented with a picture of the loaded fries. $19.00 for 2 beers and the "loaded fries".

Not a big fan of the pizza here. It could be better. The pizza was just a little more on the salty side and the flavors just didn't balance out well. The bread of the pizza was ok. Tried the jalapeño poppers and it wasn't my favorite too. It was too soft for me. I prefer my poppers to be more on the crunchier side.

The pizza buffet used to be great. But now since the new management took over it's not so good. There's hardly a selection of pizzas for the buffet. They need to put more out. They make half and half pizzas which there's only like four slices and those go quick. There's hardly any toppings like before. You could definitely Tell there's been a change in management. It's too bad this was my favorite place to go eat.

Horrible experience I just had with this location. I was double charged by the merchant (mountain mikes), both charges were POSTED to my bank statement. I called them to see if they would correct their mistake and instead the manager laughed at me and said "take it up with your bank". Well I did and my bank verified that they did double charge me and now I'm in the middle of a dispute. My bank told me that if they did it to me, they are probably doing it to other people as well which makes sense by the reaction I got from the manager, so beware!! Never again will I order from this location. The food was okay, not great, and the service sealed the deal. Edit to add my receipt total was $95.18 my second charge was exactly the same amount. Imagine paying $190.36 for two pizzas, bread sticks and a dr.pepper.

I’ve been going to mountain mikes for over 15 years & have never had such a terrible pizza from any of the locations. We ordered a simple pizza, pepperoni and jalapeño’s, which had barely any toppings, especially for mountian mike standards, and pretty much zero pizza sauce. The only reason why we didn’t return it, is we were already home, across town when we realized it. Do your self a favor, skip mountain Mike’s & hit up Dougy fresh if you are in the valley.

This is the 3rd time I come out to this pizza place Mountain Mike’s pizza and it’s horrible. I used to live Mountain Mike’s pizza, I used to live in the Bay Area and that’s where. Always bought my pizza from. Now that I moved to Fresno this Mountain Mike’s pizza had given me bad customer service, bad quality pizza and is horrible. Today was the worst customer service than the other two times that I came before. The lady “Alyssa” was so rude with an ugly face of madness she had. She didn’t even looked at me one, she was speaking to the ground not to the customer that it was me. That’s very disrespectful, very unprofessional and uncomfortable to be there in that position. This is the 3rd horrible service so I will never come to this Mountain Mike’s Pizza ever again. How employees treat customers is the amount of customers you will have. If you have employees that don’t know how to do their job. They are scaring away customers with their actions. They should be more polite and respectful towards customers. I am very upset with this employee that I don’t even know. Upset for the horrible treatment I received at the pizzeria, I don’t think anyone should be treated how I was treated as a customer there. So sad how people like this exist. If they treat people like this at their work I just imagine how they are out there when they are not working. So sad.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mountain Mike's Pizza on 6/4 between 4PM and 5PM. The cashier had difficulty speaking English, which made it extremely hard to place my order. To make matters worse, the food took an extremely long time to arrive, and I was left holding my baby in the intense restaurant heat, the restaurant does not have ac— it was unbearable. The service was absolutely awful; the restaurant was heavily smoked out, and when I asked if they had air conditioning, I was told they didn’t, and fans in the kitchen weren’t working. The staff's response was dismissive — they simply said "oh well" and walked away. The whole place felt unprofessional and unfriendly, and the health conditions for both employees and customers seemed to be overlooked. I would not recommend this location due to the poor service, unclean environment, and lack of concern for customer comfort and safety.

My food takes forever and the pizza was chewy. It seems like their oven needs to be calibrated or something. And to make it worse, the temperature of the restaurant was very hot. I will not be bringing my family to this restaurant ever again. Service was awful.

The lack of consideration of this location is ridiculous… I called to order a pizza and they gave me an hour timeframe and after the hour passed, I called to get an update and the person that answered the phone said oh yes, we’re going to make your pizza right now and put it in the oven and then take it to you and I was confused because I had already waited an hour. He apologized and said that he had just got there and that his boss should have called me to let me know that it was taking longer than usual, but I did not receive any call nor an update. And their solution was just to say sorry and if I still wanted it if they didn’t have the capacity to make the pizza, they should’ve never took a delivery order
