Just moved to the area was in the plaza asked a couple people where is a good place to eat so I took a chance i kid you not it def my new spot 1. Food the lamb chops is a must try like mouth watering delicious and for the price you can not beat it. 2. Service from Miriam an cat take service to a top tier level. And the the drink were perfect not to strong an def not week. If you’re in the area you need to try this place. I’m already making plans to come back this week!!!! Shout out to miram a cat if you ask for them you won’t go wrong. I’m in the industry for 20 years and idk if I work with ppl as good as them!

From start to finish it was amazing. Our 1st time here, we were greeted by Ezekial and he was super friendly. He was knowledgeable about the cocktails and menu. We ordered a pizza and the salmon with pasta, it was so so good. We cant wait to come back to try more menu items and definitely see Ezekiel again.

Excellent customer service, delicious good prepared fresh, farm to table. No waiting for a table. Superb drinks, food, staff and the owner cares about the customer. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. I highly recommend everyone go there for excellent food. I suggest the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, the peppercorn ribeye steak, and the beer battered shrimp tacos with cilantro lime crema. Delicious!

We were looking for a family friendly arcade pizza place, but not too loud and more of a cozy atmosphere. We arrived at this Round table, we were tended by JOSH, he treated us with the utmost courtesy and made us feel welcome. JOSH informed us of the menu and specials of the house, and was helpful throughout our dine in. Food was served promptly and was delicious. Big thanks to JOSH! Food was great! Will be back to try more of the menu. Drinks were good, service was a little bit slow but the food made up for it. Our server was sweet and friendly as well.

Been here several times and the food is consistently great. The service is 50/50 chance you'll get neglected or mediocre service. Drinks are also inconsistent and usually take long to come out. Although I live a block away, because of inconsistent service and slow bar, I end up usually driving a couple of miles to get drinks at mad duck who's food isn't as good but service is always on point. The good food is the main reason we still come back to the Hub occasionally.

The food on the day went was not good. The appetizers were cold and sent back. When we got them again, they were burnt. The pizza was really doughy. It almost tasted wet. The soda was empty of the flavor my husband wanted also. Though this is a bad review for the food, this location had excellent service. Even with all the problems and requests made, the staff was polite and accommodating. Since our visit was late in the evening, my husband called the next day to speak with the manager. The manager listened and made every effort to rectify the mistakes. Though the food wasn't great, the staff and great attitudes made me want to visit again.

We waited 15-20 minutes and no one came to our table to take orders, bring water, etc. When we asked at the bar, they sent someone over 5 minutes later. It took 40 minutes for 3 of the 4 meals to come. The fourth meal--a burger and fries--took an additional 10 minutes to come. They said it took longer because it was ordered well done. Yikes.

So disappointed in this place. I thought it’d really live up to the great reviews but unfortunately fell extremely short. First of all, walked in a Friday night and no greeting or signage so we assumed we just seat ourselves. Luckily it wasn’t that packed. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and the cheese wasn’t even fully cooked and the Parmesan on top had a funky taste. They were also on a bed of marinara sauce so super messy to eat. We ordered the angus sliders, pork sliders and a pizza. As soon as we grabbed a slice of pizza all the toppings just slid right off 😐 the pizza actually wasn’t that bad but it had the strongest taste of beer I ever tasted on pizza, I’m assuming it was beer battered? We ordered the tots which were probably the best thing we got but they were super cold when they came… my friend liked the pork sliders but I thought the sauce had a weird taste and we asked for the slaw on the side but that didn’t happen. The angus sliders were juicy and I actually really liked them but they lacked any type of sauce. We asked for a ketchup and it never came, we had to ask a different waitress for it. The waiter didn’t check up on us and he was rather rude towards the end of our meal. The atmosphere was fine, the music was great. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. That’s about it.

Made a reservation online to eat. Walked in and all the tables were full. Talked to the waitress and she said if you make a reservation online, they can’t promise you a place. You have to call them if you want to make a reservation. Why allow people to make them online if you are not paying attention to them? Maybe turn that service off if you aren’t to honor them!

Absolutely terrible customer service throughout the whole night we were there. Went in after a movie for a few drinks with family, instantly because one of the worst experiences we ever had. The female bartender had a terrible attitude, getting all frustrated because you have other customers doesnt mean you can disrespect other people. All we did was ask for our one drink that was missing and she came at us like a snob. Never coming back here and dont think anybody should waste time on this place the people who work here and own it are full of them selves.

The food here is genuinely good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After tonight, I can confidently say I will never return due to the service alone. We arrived around 6:10 PM and weren’t acknowledged until nearly 6:20. By 6:30, we finally received water and were able to order drinks. When the drinks arrived, we ordered an appetizer and specifically requested the sauce on the side. The menu does not list the item as coming sauced, and we’ve ordered it this way before—so this wasn’t a strange request. The appetizer arrived completely covered in sauce anyway. Our server never checked back on us; we had to physically wave her down. We reordered the appetizer, and once again had to wave her down just to get basic service. She disappeared repeatedly and never returned to ask if we were ready to order. When the appetizer finally came out correctly, she dropped it off and walked away so quickly we weren’t even given the opportunity to place our food order. Meanwhile, she was behind the bar taking shots with another waitress. We eventually flagged her down again to place our food order around 6:50 PM and ordered another round of drinks. Those drinks arrived at 7:05—after she took yet another shot. During all of this, we witnessed another guest leave after finishing a single drink because no one ever returned to their table. Two other tables were seated after us and somehow managed to receive both drinks and food before we did. One of those tables even ordered the same items we did. We didn’t receive our food until 7:34 PM. The most frustrating part wasn’t just the delays—it was watching attentive, prompt service being given to tables that arrived well after us while we were completely ignored. The restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff was simply more interested in drinking at the bar than doing their jobs. It’s honestly sad to see such good food at a neighborhood spot be completely overshadowed by careless, unprofessional service.

First off when management responds to each negative review about reaching out to get this rectified no one responds to your Email. The quality & service at this location is terrible. Staff looks tired and not interested. We did finally figure out why we have had 3 of our last 6 pizza's in the last year re-made at this particular location. It's Trinity. We narrowed it down & confirmed it especially after tonite's flat flimsy under performing pizza pie she made. We literally watched her make it so we know it was her. And once we put two and two together we figured out she's also the one that made our other flimsy pizzas because they always look similar. My wife now refuses to ever come back to this location just because of this one employee. Like she literally put no effort into making it look like it's of Round Table quality or if it's even worth $35+ 🤷. And with all the competition nearby especially with Boston Pizza surging right down the street with a loyal following and their signature homemade sauce and not to mention Woodstock Pizza is coming this summer to the Fresno State area; basically if Round Table doesn't get there stuff together fast they're not going to keep up with the competition and I predict this particular location won't make it past 2027. With all honesty the particular staff they have working there right now it's a very poorly put together team 😞😔. Now to be fair not all the employees there make pies this poor but she does. We WILL NEVER LET HER MAKE OUR PIZZA AGAIN WE WILL JUST GO WITHOUT PIZZA INSTEAD OR JUST GET A PIZZA AT MOUNTAIN MIKES OR BOSTON. When this employee resigns or gets terminated we will gladly come back to this location 🤷. Btw the salad bar looked terrible, old and nasty, multiple tables weren't cleared either . We have lived in this area for 44 years and most of the Round Table staff we have dealt with since this location opened in our neighborhood have all been superb but the last two years the staff here is getting more arrogant and having arguments with customers after getting orders wrong. To make matters worse they bring the "tired" & "not well respected" manager over from the even worse Willow and Herndon location that particular location is worse than this one ! JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS DON'T TAKE JUST MY PERSONAL OPINION ABOUT THESE LOCATIONS READ BETWEEN THE LINES ITS THERE IN BLACK AND WHITE. These two underperforming locations are literally like the two least desired locations in all of Fresno County with continuous poor customer service, 4.1 Google review rating or lower, pizza pie consistency issues, skimpy toppings barely any cheese on half of all the pizza's, undercooked pizza's and bad attitudes toward customers when confronted about their erroneous actions & confrontational behavior when they think customers aren't paying attention or care. The pizza we received tonight I would give a 3 out of 10 & the pizza we received last week from a different employee we would give a 9 out of 10 that's how inconsistent this location is and it was the exact same order. I'm sorry but unfortunately our family will have to take our 28 year traditional once a week pizza family night ($40/$2000.00+ annually) to another pizza location where we are treated like family not like a ticket or roll call number. 🙏. Oh and please don't act like corporate cares because every negative complaint generates a A.I. automated response. Basically a real person does not read any of these reviews so nothing ever gets fixed an employee's never get corrected/retrained for their negative actions. What a joke 👎

Ordered a pizza at 4.11pm. Pizza arrived at 5.22 pm ICE COLD. I called for a refund and their "policy" is to only refund in person. Im not driving 4 miles at dinner time to get a refund on. $59 pizza. Charges will be disputed and I will NEVER order from RT again. There are plenty of pizza joints in town who don't operate this way. Me-N-Eds, Mountain Mike's, More than Pizza are much better businesses to spend your money with.

Quality has definitely gone down the drain here. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and half the pizza doesn't even have pepperoni. The garlic twist fall apart as you pick them up. Also, my kids had to take turns playing the only 3 games that worked in the arcade. Definitely don't recommend this place until it comes under new management.
