We stopped by to try the new Hot and Spicy wings. Since we arrived close to closing, there was none prepared. However Lucky (Lukwinder) kindly dropped us a fresh batch. Their customer service was amazing, they were kind and attentive. We ordered three orders!

Looks like they renovated the inside. It is very very nice! I’ve never been to a kfc this clean and i’ve never seen this type of decoration before. It was quite interesting and i couldnt stop looking around that I forgot i was at kfc in Fresno. The food was great and the service was great as well. However we came in later at night when it wasn’t busy. Because of the nice indoor, i would definitely come back again.

I love the way they cook the chicken thighs, nice and savory, not too dry either. This biscuits are the best part. Perfectly baked and fluffy, just the way I like them. Their lava chocolate cake is absolutely outstanding in every way, Its so rich in chocolate, I couldn’t ask for more.

Their special offers are online order only, so don't find out about it at the drive through. They could have made it more clear on the menu tab of this very page but didn't. Got the other family deals and they were good so still 4 stars.

Iwent threw drive thru. purchased the 12 piece meal on the board it said $30 and something cents purchas extra 3 extra biscuits, 2 medium sodas,1 bottle water total coast came out to $61.16? It just dawned on me when I got home that that was very expensive meal for 12 pieces of chicken! So I look at receipt and it says 45.49 for 12 pieces meal. I try call but no answer or say phone isn’t set up to leave a message! Next time I’m in Fresno I’m going back to see why they charged me so much!

We had a rather large order, for drive thru, and we could tell that it was a little bit unorganized inside. They didn’t have ice… but I won’t ding them for that because that is likely beyond their control. Once at the window, they were scrambling to try to give us the correct order, and when looked over, they made multiple mistakes concerning our order even to the extent of forgetting to give us our 1/2 gal. drink. The food still tasted fine, but all of the mistakes should be worked on.

We got 4 different meals with drinks I asked for a drink carrier the pretended not to here me. They didn't ask what kind of dipping sauces we wanted. Then they sent us to go park in front. My daughter had to go inside and ask for a drink carrier. The they took 20 minutes to get our order out to us. Then we told them we needed dipping sauces, so they had to go back in and get us some

The person who took my order was very polite and courteous and got the order 100% correct. The chicken however was below the KFC standards I'm familiar with. Extra crispy is supposed to describe the battered coating, but what we had was not crispy at all. It was more oil logged than I've ever had at a KFC. Maybe fryer not set properly 🤔... Too far to go back to swap it out. It did make me wish I'd gone to Raising Cane's instead...

Hadn't eaten KFC in a number of years, and now remember why. The taste of the food hasn't changed in 30 years (used to work there), but my tastes have. Maybe it's just my sophisticated palette ;), but there is so much better food out there. Having said that, the restaurant was clean, the guy behind the counter was nice enough, prices sure have changed in the last 30 years. The 2 stars are strictly for the food...

Placed my order for pick-up at 5pm but didn't get my order until 5:30pm. 5 workers but they were slammed. There was no chicken. You can see everything behind the counter, lots of stuff on the floor. Don't think I'll come back to this location

Consistently slow order times with very poor customer service, and when we were offered a dessert for waiting an extra 20 minutes for our online order that I had placed 20 minutes prior to arriving, they forgot to put it in the bag.

Paid over 50 doller for a bucket of the absolutely most dry chicken I've ever had the displeasure of eating. I could have gotten a bag of beef jerky from the gas station next door and it would have been juicer then that chicken. KFC Do better

Chicken was dry. large mashed potatoes had only three visible scoops in the container not full at all. No large sides available to order online just individual. 3.50 for two bites of mac and cheese is ridiculous. Chicken tenders also dry. This is the last time i will visit this location. The french fries tasted off also.

The lady taking orders rushed us so much that I pulled out and left. I asked for a moment to look over the new items and after I ordered 1 item she would say "will that complete your oder." She did this after each item, (3) Like girl, breathe let me look. I'm gonna drop like $60 and ur rushing me? I'll take my money elsewhere. 💰

I specifically asked for no gravy on my famous bowl and after parking me and wasting half my lunch time when there was no other cars in front or behind me when I ordered is ridiculous that they got my order wrong and I tried calling the store and I got forwarded to voicemail twice they aren’t busy so idk what gives

Not sure anyone reads reviews for fast food places…but I do have to warn you, don’t eat here! Went in to get some dinner and a female employee was touching her hair with gloves on. Ordered our food and watched her go to prepare it, without changing gloves. When she was done she proceeded to sit on the prep table. Another employee preparing the meal was touching his stomach under his shirt. Ended up asking for a refund, won’t be returning to this location. A shame because the gentleman at the cash register was really great and very friendly. Rest of the staff was just terrible.

Me and my wife ate here and were very disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich was AWFUL. And her chicken was dry and fairly cold. Will not be going back. Also they only had 2 or 3 people working. They’re kitchen was very dirty.

Asked for extra honey after spending 40+ dollars, was told I only have 5 biscuits. I told her I would pay for it, with an attitude finally gave me a few honey packets. She then did not return my credit card with my reciept, spoke to manager about checking cameras, said he can't, only district manager can do that. Be careful with the some of the employees here, I had to close credit card and order another one. Just a warning, ruined my KFC experience, my kids love the food.

Ordered 2 Chk Pot pie fill ups and got home and they were burned. Not just the outside, inside was horrible too! Normally the food is really good. I'm taking them back now and will add another review later. Hopefully a good one.

Ordered a famous bowl combo. It was thee worst I've ever had my chicken pieces were hard over toasted cause they tasted burned. Then we also ordered a big meal box my chicken was not cooked there was blood before I even got close to the bone. Then we asked for apple pie they said we would have to wait 5 to 10 minutes.

I was ordering through the drive-thru and I felt rushed. After everything we got the food went home I ordered chicken strips meal and a small bucket of original Chicken. When we got home everything was original chicken. A second thing the soda that they gave us completely wrong kind of soda it was flavored water and not Sierra mist. We come over here maybe once a year for this reason

The worst experience at this location: 7152 N Blackstone Ave, Fresno, CA 93650 The manager is a joke and should not have his title. I was told to park for my order and was informed the wait would be 2 minutes. I parked, and 10 minutes had passed. The manager never came outside to inform me of my order status. I walked in to ask where's my 2 minute waited order and his face looked as though it was a funny matter. He informed that he would get it together for me. He approaches the register to inform me my order was not completed, all while a laughing gesture on his face. This is the act of a manager? Pathetic!

So I made my order in the drive thru and when I received my order that was not what I order, went back with in one minute from receiving my order to let them know there's been a mistake,.. well Noah I believe that's the managers name told me that the sidings are small and that's it well how I supposed to know how to call them then and he said large sidings!!! Here are pictures attached of the large sidings ladies and gentlemen is a JOKEE!!! I ask replace my little minies siding and I'll pay the remaining balance! He said no can't do so I told him I was giving him a bad review and he said it was fine,... what a costumer service Noah!!! You not only lost a client but earn a bad review for this location.

First time here on Nov 15 and would have to say service is pretty bad. Elderly lady in front of me said she'll never come back. Our cashier was good, but she was so occupied with helping back end that there were long delays - it wasn't even busy. There was a younger guy in the back prepping the food - and he worked like he was hobbling on 1 leg, 1 arm and no fingers. He had a bad attitude towards his own team, to the customers, and seemed like he didn't want to be there at all. It took him a long time to complete orders, which delayed front end.

I went to get a quick meal. the food is good but the woman who handed me the food gave me and my mom the dirtiest most hateful look I've ever seen. I'm 15. she looked like she wanted both of us dead. def think that was insanely rude. I understand how she might be stressed because it is Thanksgiving and there are a lot of orders to fill but no excuse for the way she looked at us.

Went to KFC needing chicken for 5 people. I already had my sides planned. I explained what i needed and the people working there acted like i was asking for something totally strange. Told me to get the $58 family meal. I drove away with 8 chicken tenders and a 4 tubs of sides for $61 bucks. Just plain dumb. I will never ever go to this place ever again. They need to hire some people with a brain. Close this location just based on the employees not using that brain in their heads.

I order one two piece chicken tender kids meal with french fries and ranch dressing and a Pepsi and then a three piece chicken tender combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and honey barbecue dipping sauce and a Pepsi zero. And what I get in the kids meal is no french fries and a Pepsi that's not marked so you don't know whether it's diet or regular and it's the same size as the other drink in the regular combo. Also the regular combo had no dipping sauce and the chicken tenders look like they were chicken fingers instead of tenders they were very small and as cold as ice along with the mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't understand how a restaurant these days can afford to have such crappy food quality and expect to stay open customer service is obviously not their best thing and food quality is about the same. And here they close one that was closer to me and had better food and better quality. But I will definitely not be back to a KFC especially that one or anyone that is owned by that particular franchisee ever again. Oh and by the way when you try and discuss it with their AI on their app they say oh would you like to talk to customer service and then you tell them yes and they say oh there's not one available now check back later. I guess customer service is totally gone down the tubes really too bad. Unfortunately I only took one picture of the main combo meal and you can see by these little chicken fingers that they're not even close to a normal chicken tender.

Went up to the customerless counter and didn’t get assistance for a couple of minutes. When someone came up, we thought the Wendy’s employee was getting his pickup, but he instead asked for food. (Not ordered, oddly enough. Are they sister companies?) followed by a KFC employee finally attending to our needs. The following are the events as they unfold: - [ ] They told us it up be an additional 5 minutes due the strips to be made fresh. - [ ] After 8 minutes, they came back to let us know that the strips are still frozen. Are we okay with nuggets? We looked at each other disappointed. He then said they use the same batter. - [ ] It took an additional 7 minutes to get our order. - [ ] All the while some employee from Wendy’s kept coming up for free food, was being really awkward about it, interrupted our mobile pick up, which we wished was JUST a pickup. - [ ] They forgot the Comeback dipping sauce. (My review back in 2013 states this issue of not giving ordered sauces as well. First time forgetting the sauces, shame on them. Second time without us double-checking their work [and not earning a paycheck from them] shame on us. - [ ] No napkins provide. - [ ] No plasticware provided. - [ ] The 4 piece leg and thigh meal turned into 2 legs, a breast, and a wing. Dark meat requested, mixed bag without consenting provided. So much for my preference for dark meat. - [ ] All of the chicken pieces were soggy. - [ ] The nuggets were lukewarm even though “made fresh”. - [ ] They forgot our drink for the kids meal. - [ ] 3 nuggets is NOT equivalent to two strips. We travelled this distance bypassing other fast food joints because we wanted their competition but wouldn’t drive to Fresno State University to get it. Now we understand the excursion for 5 additional miles (round trip) would’ve been worth it. The disgruntled looks by the other seated guests should’ve given us an indication of what was already going down, but we ordered via app. So all I ask is to incorporate that as a feature next time. A button that shows us real-time, live video of their restaurant so that we can Nope out of ordering from them quick. But with all seriousness, not meeting the minimum expectations set by their franchise owner is always a call for concern. It brings to question what OTHER violations they may be encroaching upon.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken strip meal and got chicken jerky. I got small overcooked old and rubbery chicken tenders that I wouldn’t even feed to my dog! They were disappointing to say the least. And the French fries were old and tasted as if they were cooked in dirty oil. I usually never go to this location for exactly this reason. Unfortunately, I was in the area getting food for the rest of my family and since I’ve been sick, the only thing that sounded good to eat was chicken strips. Boy was that a mistake An expensive one at that $50 for inedible food! I wish I could post pictures of exactly how disgusting and disappointing this food was. And I went through the drive thru at 5:30-6pm on Memorial Day so there were no cars in the drive thru or out front. There’s just no reason this food should be this bad!

Unbelievable! Where do I start!? The staff left me at the counter for 10 minutes before greeting me! The staff kept sighing like if she hated her job so much. Not even a smile! The floors are so oily I almost slipped! Lawsuit waiting to happen! Once I got my order, they left it on the counter for a long time before calling my number so I got my food cold! It wasn’t even that busy! They looked understaffed! The older man kept eyeballing me up and down creeping me out! Then they were talking bad about an ex employee laughing that they got their “way” and hope she stays at the new location because it wasn’t fare she got more hours!? Irrelevant of them!? This was the worse kfc store I’ve been too! And who ever that ex employee was I hope you see this and sue this company for retaliation! Never coming back!

Told us our order would be out in 7 minutes, 45 minutes ago, then when we called to ask about our order, they proceeded to tell us that their fryer was down and they can either make our order for us or refund us, like bro my wife is pregnant. Should have told us at the drive thru so we can order somewhere else.

Took so long to take us our order and then forgot most of our food and the one working the drive through was forgetting and asking over and over again what we said be service never again

These employees only gossip and laugh , they don’t work , I kept on waiting for my online pickup order for a long time , this is ridiculous, never going to come to this location, I request to the manager please guide these woman workers to work instead of wasting the customers time , 0 stars for long wait and customer service

Got 2 sandwiches combo, but no fries. Lady in drive-thru at 7:30pm (10/15/25) was in rush and handed my food without any care. Dropped my money when handed it to me.

I asked for an order of sauced wings and it was repeated back to me just for them to still give me the wrong order. I was leaving school on my way to work and called several times and no one answered and has yet to get back to me .

I ordered a 12 piece chicken strip meal and got chicken jerky. I got small overcooked old and rubbery chicken tenders that I wouldn’t even feed to my dog! They were disappointing to say the least. And the French fries were old and tasted as if they were cooked in dirty oil. I usually never go to this location for exactly this reason.
