Love those McDonald's fries, everything else was really good too. Great for on the go food.
The young lady at the register was very good at her job. She seemed happy, which you don't see too often in service anymore, lol.I ordered a caramel iced coffee. She said to me if I didn't like the taste that she could put more caramel syrup in it for me. I thought it was awesome that she would go the extra step for a customer! It of course tasted great!
Ok went to this McDonald’s this morning ordered hash browns and this is what I got after 30 mins of waiting very disappointed
I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru. They asked me to pull forward and park. The Hispanic girl who was delivering food handed me a bag of food (three large fries and 20 piece McNuggets). I told her I had a big order (4 fish filets, 4 orders of the Big Mac meal with large fries and sweet tea and an 40 piece chicken McNuggets) and this was not my order. She yelled at me and said, “everything is in the bag” and dismissed me. Then I saw her in my rear view mirror at the drive thru window telling the other employee that I refused my order. She comes back, takes the bag of food and leaves. I wait for another 10 minutes, she brings me four teas and three bags of food, doesn’t apologize, doesn’t look me in the eye, nothing. When I got home my 40 piece chicken McNuggets were missing. I called the McDonalds and the employee who answered was so apologetic but she said there was nothing she can do. She had to see the receipt to refund me my money. I told her, “keep the $11.79. It’s not worth my time to come back for horrible service.” Lastly the food was cold, the Large French fries were only half filled. McDonald’s used to be a good fast food but now the quality of food and service has gone down. Retrain your employees to know what customer service is. I recommend not to go to this McDonalds on Blackstone and Shields.
Unsatisfied with customer service, unable to get the order right three times, then they have the nerve to get upset with us the paying customer. Terrible customer service, will not be going there again.
Train staff better. 2nd window was rude and didn’t give me my correct order. I was missing a kids meal but she told me that was all of my order. Then told me I couldn’t get add a drink even though i had exact change because she didn’t have a register. I had to drive around and pick up my happy meal that was on my receipt and order a drink. Upon ordering the drink he told me the prices were different for Tea and Soda ?
I went to get coffee during my lunch at 12am and these workers dint have no hair nets, that is very unprofessional and the manager had her hair in a ponytail all around the food that’s not sanitary her hair could’ve fall in the food that’s not professional, never again will I go back and yes I am also calling corporate because that’s just unacceptable
Had an issue here and the general manager is not responding back to me about my refund. They said they dont have my order but gave me my drinks and then i showed my receipt so they “made” my food which im pretty sure was just sitting out because of how cold it was and said they did not have my friends order and wouldnt make it for him because it wasnt breakfast anymore when he ordered it way before breakfast ended. I just want my money back. The service here sucks and made me never wanna go back to mcdonalds, so thats pretty low already
Girl working the drive through was so rude we pulled out of line and went someplace else. It was all about her wanting us to use the app then when we gave her a number for the app she threw a fit that we hadn't order via the app and the number was just for points. Happened last week
Horrible horrible experience here, always employees giving attitudes and can’t seem to help until you get their attention. Go to a different McDonalds location if you don’t want to be seeing cockroaches around inside.
1 star for long wait time and bad customer service . There were 7 employees working at the same time and I was the only one in the store and still I have to wait 30 minutes for just a sandwich . Not acceptable at All + no employee was looking at me and I called them thrice of times that “ please come to the counter “ but they ignored me every time . Not coming at this Macd again in my life . 1 star for the rude employees here :( 👎🙏
I’m from Fresno have been to this location to many times than I can count yesterdays experience though was unacceptable was at the drive thru at around 730pm the lady at the drive thru speaker was AWFUL wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before she was saying “OKAY”OKAY” for example I ordered a meal she didn’t ask what drinks I wanted I had to tell her and her response OKAYYY with a bad attitude. I can hear someone else speaking to her in the back ground so I kindly asked I’m sorry are you talking to me “YES” with the worst attitude ever. I proceeded to order but I took me a second I literally heard her say OMG SHES STILL ORDERING. I get having a bad day or having bad responses to ppl who are you treating her badly (not ok) but I still get it. I wasn’t that person I’m also not the kind of person to be rude to her at the drive thru because I don’t want to get my food spit in. This was terrible almost felt like I was being pranked Whose training these people
Horrible. The person taking orders at the drive through seemed angry and had a horrible attitude with me for no reason. I have a lot a respect for food service people and I’m understanding of their work so it seemed she was having a bad time because the drive through line was long. But that’s not my fault or reason to be rude. I’m understanding when the line is long and that food might not be immediately completed but this was just unacceptable.
The bad thing about McDonald's is they don't make the burgers like in the photo I ordered a chicken sandwich all it had was chicken 2 pickles slices and a smear of dressing what ever it was I threw it in the trash My big Mac was even worse 3 strips of lettuce no sauce or dressing I threw that in the trash as well I don't go in and complain because I'm not a karen and I refuse to be embarrassed. McDonald's is getting worse its expensive and I wish they would make our food like the food they show on commercials I try different places McDonald's to see if I could get a meal that is worth the money I pay . Trust if I worked at McDonald's you would get a beautiful meal like in the pictures in the menu I challenge McDonald's to give me a job to check and take pictures of what their workers are doing and we all know that will never happen 😆 🤣 😂 Well you all keep spending your money at the location you want and please message me and tell me which place serves you a meal like in the menu or commercials and I will be happy to go check it out .
Waited in that long line just for them to not put sausage of the Sausage McGriddle?! Had to go back. All they did was open the sandwich and put a patty in and said here you go. First the manager that opened it didn’t even have gloves. Just ended throwing the food away. Thanks a lot.
Terrible experience. I placed an order for three meals through the drive-through and was told to pull forward. After waiting 20 minutes with no food, I went inside only to find out they had given my order to someone else. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to remake it. Because of their lack of customer service and the extremely long wait time, we ended up missing our movie. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.
Unacceptable. I've been to this location a few times only because of convenience and proximity. Every single time I come to this location specifically the one on blackstone and shields, they are always messing up. Whether it's the quality of my food or simply forgetting to put items I ordered in the bag. Today I ordered a deluxe double quarter pounder and it tasted like it had been sitting on the table for 30 minutes then remade to my needs. The buns were "hard"??? The lettuce was soggy as if it hadn't been changed all day, the tomatoes didn't even taste fresh. On top of that I ordered 2 medium fries, a small fry and two baby fries. Every single fry tasted like it had been redipped in the oil to reheat them. They didn't taste fresh at all. This location didn't even follow protocol when it comes to putting two baby fries in the happy meal, instead they replaced them with a small fry. The nuggets I ordered were cold and the side of Mac sauce I ordered wasn't even in the bag yet I was still charged. The only good thing about this visit was the mcflurries. They were mediocre. I think we got unlucky and ended up getting the crumbs of whatever was left of the mix ins. The oreos was just powder and the s'mores was also just powder. On top of all this, about a month ago I came to this location right before it closed at around 12AM. A late shift. The MANAGER she had blonde hair and a manager blue outfit. Her hair was in a ponytail and swaying all over the place. She had a gold ring on almost every finger on both hands very pointy and sharp, she had long acrylic nails and gold bracelets going up her arms, along with huge gold hoop earrings. She would not get off her phone the entire 5 minutes I was waiting there. She was not following protocol at all, out of uniform and it's almost as if she thinks she's entitled due to the fact that she's the manager. She should be setting good examples not bad ones? I think this explains the overall laziness of the whole crew. Whether it's not dropping enough fries or not changing out the lettuce every few hours. It really shows how much this location doesn't care about procedure and it's clear to the public. If it's this visible on the outside it makes you wonder what's going on in the inside of the kitchen. I think it would be a miracle if this place even passes inspection. I know my one review doesn't mean much, but I do really hope this allows someone to talk to the employees to work harder. I've seen better, I've tasted better and I've recieved way better customer service from other locations. For example Chestnut/McKinley keeps your expectations high. Above standard food, Above standard customer service. Blackstone and Shields can be better, they just have to put in the work.
I could not stand to order in this location. All McDonald's have gotten worse. Futuristic dystopian location. 1of2 order kiosks not working. Loud announcement over the speakers about security checks. Bland and harsh interior design. Didn't even order food with my family. Let them eat and I walked nearby for less frustrating experience.
Terrible experience. We ordered thru the app. It took 20 minutes plus our entire order was wrong. First, they forget to bring out the drinks. Then forgot a fry , when I got home they gave me the wrong burger. They weren't that busy, we watched the drive thru clear out several times. I won't be coming back to this location. The photo, it was supposed to be a quarter pounder but was dripping in mayo.
Don't come to any McDonald's, especially this one, thinking that you know what they serve cause their employees like Alexa don't even know what's on their menu overhead. Ordered a number 7, which is supposed to be 2 cheese burgers but the picture shows them with fries and a drink (when asked after purchase I was told it does not come with fries or drink despite the fact that it shows it and has combo price and just the burger price) and even though I told the lady that they show right there 2 burgers in a combo she still only gave me 1 cheeseburger, then she completed the order and I showed her there's only the one cheeseburger when I wanted the full meal and she responds "oh uh I thought you only wanted one" and I told her no lady the number 7 is not only one cheeseburger, so after a long unnecessary process, cause this lady didn't want to get the order right, I had to order the full combo pictured in 2 separate ordered as separate items. People shouldn't eat here if they aren't going to be respectful when treated respectfully, we certainly won't be.
Waited 30 minutes for 2 bacon and eggs sandwiches and 3 McChicken breakfast sandwiches. Every car in line at the time, about 6, was told to park and wait for their food. Employees were friendly. The parking lot and street seem to be a common meeting spot for homeless and sketchy people, didn't feel safe while waiting for our food.
