The food here is absolutely scrumptious and the service is without a doubt some of the best I've had in a very long time, not only is there a beautiful view of tower from the inside, you can also choose to sit outside and enjoy the festivities that happen throughout the area. The staff are amazing and very polite, I've been here twice already in the same week! I will 100% be coming back again.

Chill and classic diner in an awesome location. Not sure what took me so long to visit. Warm greeting when you walk in and great service throughout our visit. Went for the country fried chicken breakfast-so yummy! Perfect portion size-I ate it all and enjoyed every bite. Great coffee!

Super friendly staff. Food was amazing. Small diner with booths inside and patio seating outside. The old diner booths are worn but don't let that discourage you. Food arrived hot and well seasoned. Large portion.

I love Irene's! The staff is always friendly and attentive, even when super busy. The atmosphere is comfortable and casual, it's a great place to dine alone or with friends. The patio is perfect for people watching while enjoying the best Mimosas in Fresno. The portions are huge and the food is delicious! I love that the owners are there working and supporting their team. Supporting local businesses has never been more important, and this business is worth supporting!

My friends brought me here for lunch on my birthday and it was quite nice! The wait staff were friendly and knowledge, good service overall. The food itself was also very good. I ordered the Monaco sandwich with fries, and I didn't think I would get full but I did and was tasty and satisfying. My friend gave me a piece of their BBQ bacon burger and it was really good as well. The location is right in the center of the Tower District. You can dine in and sit outside or inside. The wait for our food to arrive was around 15 minutes, but it was worth it. I will come back again!

Great food. Great service. Waiter was very attentive and came by frequently. Atmosphere felt like it longed to be what it once was and felt like it had once been the happenin' place, but is sadly now an untapped local resource. I even saw the owner there. That is incredible. And my older date told me amazing stories about it and the owner's heyday.

Always amazing food and wonderful staff. Martin makes everone feel like family. He is a valuable valuable part of the restaurant. Every person I refer there always has wonderful things to say about him and his warm service. The burgers are delicious. They have won many awards. It is the place to hang out when there are events happening in the Tower District and grab something amazing to eat. The pastas for dinner are mouth watering. Oh and the bread pudding, that Irene personally makes the sauce for is to die for. I used to work there for 5 years and Irene & her crew are top notch.

Great atmosphere, being in the bustling heart of Tower District. The serving staff are attentive. They don't skimp on the patties on their burgers. Great flavor! Also, don't forget to try their ranch dressing.

The atmosphere is good. Music at a good volume. The staff is friendly and prompt. The food though, is mid. A bit bland. Not terrible. Just didn't wow. Comfortable setting and I would recommend overall because of the friendly staff. Pass on the biscuits and gravy. Good coffee.
